Lovely fully equipped apartment with all utensils and cookware,consists of 2 bedrooms,kitchen living room with ocean view(24 m2 terrace overlooking the see where you can have lunch,with sunbeds etc)With a nice mediterranean park in the front.Free Wi-Fi & parking spots.
This area is ideal for people who don't like crowded places.It's is located in the south of Gran Canaria, in a calm part of Maspalomas.Shopping center, restaurants, bars in 5 minutes. Close to Aqualand (Water park) 2 min by car.

DISTANCES - the island itself seems like small, but in the reality there are distances, highs and lows due to the geographical location of the area.
MOVING - it's recommended to rent a car, doesn't matter where you book (directly or close to the beach of Maspalomas there are almost the big hotels, and the private lodging places are located out of the first-line-beach zone). Altough the public bus connections are very good as well.
PARKING - generally problem is parking in the touristical areas or in the capital. But not in the residential zones! There are blue-line-zones, it means that you have to pay for parking and in the downtown you might have to drive around half an hour to find a spot ... It’s annoying in the touristic areas, but I share with you the best way how to avoid this. The residential zones are situated around the touristic areas, in garden-cities, where the parking is for free and always enough places to find one close to your accommodation.
SWIMMING POOLS – It’s good to know, that most of the swimming pools are not heated in the apartment complexes. Sometimes the ocean itself could be warmer in some bays on the south/west part of the island (I recommend you hidden beaches nearby).
WHEN TO BOOK CHEAPER? -the warmest months are july and august, in this season the prices are reduced. From september-october begins the high season and the prices of the accommodations are much expensiver than before. It's worth to book before this season to get discount prices for the winter season.
TRANQUILITY OR NIGHTLIFE – Maspalomas is very big and has two different areas: there is the touristical and the residential zone. If you like to enjoy the nightlife and live with other tourists in your neighbourhood, bars and restaurants in the building, then it is recommended to rent a property in the touristical area like Meloneras, Playa del Inglés or San Agustín. If you like to escape the crowds, live between locals and enjoy the real spanish/canarian atmosphere, then choose properties in the residential zones like San Fernando or El Tablero. Relaxhosting Maspalomas is that place to be.
The places located in these quite parts of Maspalomas have many advantages :
-free parking zone directly in the front of the building with guaranteed parking places at any time
-there are no noisy activities in the building (no discotheque, restaurant or bar), so you can sleep and have rest and relax
-the cheapest shops (boutiques, grocery stores etc..) you can find in these zones within walking distance and on local prices
-ESCAPE THE CROWDS ! we can recommend you hidden beaches nearby, not known by tourists, so you can be there in private and not stressed of the mass tourism
-if you like to eat on local prices there are really nice canarian restaurants nearby with authentic local meals, where the food is not taken from the fridge. You will taste surely the difference!

Complejo turístico con campo de golf Salobre Golf Resort y Campo de golf Anfi Tauro son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Dunas de Maspalomas y Playa de San Agustín son lo que necesitas. Parque acuático Lago Taurito y Holiday World Maspalomas también merecen la pena.
