Una acogedora casa de vacaciones en Llanelli para relajarse y una ubicación ideal para explorar la costa sur de Gales y los valles. Otras atracciones también como Wetlands Center, Race Course, Kidwelly Castle. La playa de Llanelli, el club de golf local y el spa están a 5 minutos en coche. La casa está convenientemente situada cerca de la playa, tiendas de conveniencia, tiendas, restaurantes, comida para llevar, etc. La estación principal de ferrocarril de Llanelli está muy cerca, y los trenes van a Tenby, Saundersfoot, Swansea, Cardiff, etc. Wi-Fi gratuito y todo lo que necesita para un alojamiento confortable que sea autónomo y que ofrezca una excelente relación calidad-precio. Llanelli es de fácil acceso desde la salida 48 de la autopista M4. Aparcamiento fuera de la casa. Precioso patio / jardín para sentarse afuera y relajarse. Perros bien educados muy bienvenidos.

Hay 2 dormitorios arriba con camas dobles (temas de puerto y sala vintage) y un colchón individual de repuesto en el dormitorio principal. También hay una cama en la planta baja en el salón y hay una cuna de viaje plegable. La cocina cuenta con encimera de gas y horno eléctrico doble, nevera-congelador, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, utensilios, cubertería y vajilla, etc. Edredones / almohadas, así como ropa de cama y toallas. Si usa una cuna, proporcione su propia ropa de cama. Hay un patio exterior atractivo y una zona ajardinada y agradable para sentarse al aire libre. Los horarios de check-in pueden ser negociables si no llegan otros huéspedes el mismo día. Es un lugar hogareño que es cómodo, fácil de usar y una excelente ubicación para explorar Gales y muy cerca de la playa. Disponible todo el año. Paddock Street

A 1 week stay for work reasons, the place was great, very clean, well equipped, the garden is a real bonus in good weather. The tv was just basic freeview but I didn’t find that a problem. I would definitely book here again and recommend it.

Lovely wee house

Lovely, well fitted hoise even has a piano. Well kept, clean. Beds were comfortable. The stairs were steep but were informed about them but i in keeping with the age of the house.Would go again.

Lovely little winter getaway

Beautiful traditional row house with a lovely nautical theme. Close to the beach, and the train station, kept us cosy over Christmas, with some lovely little decorations put up by the owner!

It had everything you could need and was comfortable.

My friend and I were only there for three night’s we found the beds comfortable and the home had everything we could possibly need even if we were staying for two weeks.

Working Placement

The owner was very accommodating and informative of the local area. The house was clean and well maintained on arrival. Overall the house is very homely with plenty of living space, the neighbours are quiet and there's plenty of parking close to the house. I enjoyed my stay, it was cosy and fitted the bill during a tough working placement at the local hospital. I'd recommend this place to any small family, couple or students who need a get away or need a home away from home. Again, I cannot express the kindness of the owner, as they were extremely welcoming and aimed to please throughout my stay.

Nice clean house good as a base

This is an ideal base for exploring this part of Wales. I had a pleasant stay. Be aware that the staircase is very steep so not somewhere to stay if you have any issues with going up stairs.

A cosy lovely house

Very easy to find and park. A cosy little house but very spacious and nicely decorated with a seaside feel. Everything available that we could possibly need! 2 adults and 2 dogs- the only place we’ve found so far when it says secure garden - it was properly secured! A typical little town, so quiet and we felt safe. A few minutes drive from the nearest beach (St Ellie’s) we didn’t attempt to walk it as were shattered from our huge walks in fairly nearby Mumbles and Rhossili Bay. Also had a lovely walk around Sandy Water Park, also very close by. A lovely weekend and would definitely consider staying again, thanks to the host Diane.

Weekend break

It was a cold weekend and the cottage was warm and cosy, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for my husband who was playing Billiards at the Terry Griffith snooker club just a short walk away. There was a green outside the front of the house which was perfect for my dogs first thing in the morning and ample parking right outside the house

Super impressive property!

The whole experience has been a very positive one. Super surprised by the accommodation which was not only clean, comfortable and loads of parking but there was nothing we needed in the rooms inc kitchen that you wouldn’t have at home! The theme was seaside and modern with a great secure garden for our little dog. I would be hard pressed to fault the accommodation and owner plus locality to shops and takeaways. Altogether a lovely experience which we intend to repeat!

Highly recommend! Perfect summer house!

Myself and my daughter stayed in this "summerhouse" as my daughter called it. We had friends drop us off and the time got away with us with the beach 10mins walk away, so they stayed with us the first night. Plenty of room. I love it's modern yet kept the vintage furniture adds soo much character and history! My daughter loved the piano and vintage dresser. My daughter also has caeliac disease and we always struggle eating out somewhere new but there is a restaurant the half moon and they do amazing GF options. Highly recommend. Will be booking another week break again next year. Everything you need within walking distance so idea for those that don't drive and train station stop 5mins away from house too. Thank you so much! Made soooo many memories with my daughter this summer. 100% beat the stress and anxiety of the airport's how they have been! Thanks again. From Liv and AJ Xoxo

Lovely accomodation.

Diane really was a super host. Always came back quickly with any queries, either before our stay or during. The photos don't do the property any justice. Very homely. Well stock with everything you might need. Out side space is quite a suntrap. The surrounding area has many sites for investigating. We were staying with our dog and found plenty of shaded woods / reservoirs to walk around. Would definitely recommend

first time renting a home

host was very helpful prior to checking in with a friendly introduction upon arrival. property was easy to find with plenty of on street parking. the property is presentable on the outside, clean and tidy inside.. it is mid terrace but the quality of construction along with considerate neighbours makes you think your the only people in the street. the location is close to local shops and a “fifteen” minute walk to an asda.. we had a dog, although there is a rear garden we walked him around a green area infront of the property morning and evening.. we also found some local woodland walks.. the local beaches are dog friendly.. you have to look for free parking but it is available!! (we now know where) there is lots of industrial history and visual reminders. we love the local area and it was a joy to stay at this property.. a home from home at your holiday destination

Clean and lovingly furnitured

We do a lot of short holidays, always self-catering, so we much appreciated the utter cleanliness of the cottage as well as the super-friendly communication with Diane, the owner. Thanks a lot for the attention to detail, Diane! Only thing we missed, although the heating works perfectly fine, was a blanket. Gotta have a blanket :-) Other than that, great stay!

Clean little house

Lovely little house well kitted out and nice and clean. Good position to travel to the Gower and Pembrokeshire. Nice little yard and also enclosed garden ideal as we had dogs with us.

Wonderful

My friend and I were so impressed by how lovely the home was, very clean and nicely presented. The location was excellent and we managed to visit a lot of places with our dogs during our stay, within in a short car journey or walking distance. I can honestly say we fell in love with Wales and the people. Diane was lovely and made us feel really welcome and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do. So close to Llanelli Train Station and trains go to areas on the South Coast of Wales and into the heart of Wales. Conveniently situated near to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Very close to the beach and golf club and spa.
