Esta casa única frente al mar de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños es ideal para una escapada divertida a la playa en Hilton Head Island. Disfrute de las vistas frente al mar desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa. Al ingresar a la casa, verá una gran sala de estar con chimenea y vistas al mar de pared a pared. Justo a su derecha está la cocina totalmente equipada y el área de comedor, las cuales tienen excelentes vistas al océano. Fuera del comedor hay una gran terraza con parrilla y área para comer. Esta cubierta conduce a una cubierta solar de nivel inferior con una bañera de hidromasaje. A la izquierda de la casa hay dos de las cuatro habitaciones. El primero es un dormitorio principal con una cama king, magníficas vistas al océano y un televisor de pantalla plana. Fuera de la habitación hay un baño privado actualizado con ducha a ras de suelo. El baño principal tiene acceso a una cubierta lateral donde también puede disfrutar de las hermosas vistas al mar. El dormitorio de invitados tiene cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. Esta habitación también tiene acceso a la cubierta lateral. Justo al lado de la habitación en el pasillo hay otro baño completo con ducha / bañera.

El segundo piso cuenta con la suite principal con terraza privada, gran televisor de pantalla plana, chimenea y un gran baño privado. El baño tiene dos lavabos y una gran ducha a ras de suelo. El gran rellano abierto mira hacia la sala de estar. El cuarto dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. El baño tiene una bañera / ducha. Afuera es donde está toda la diversión. Disfrute de las grandes terrazas y la gran piscina que dan a su propio paseo marítimo privado a la playa. Tome una siesta en una de las dos hamacas, o camine hacia la terraza a pocos pasos de la playa. Por la noche, puede disfrutar de una tarde relajante alrededor de la fogata antes de dar un paseo nocturno por la playa..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week in Casa Beleza. It is such a beautiful setting and view that can be enjoyed from a large bay window on the main floor and master bedroom and the second floor. A great surprise was the visit we received each morning and some afternoons from deer that wondered onto the property. Overall the property is well kept and beautifully appointed. The only problems we encountered were: 1) The upstairs twin room was quite warm; the one a/c vent could not adequately cool the room. But two fans were available to help. 2) Many of the pots and pans were ruined and/or put away dirty (especially fry pans); 3)difficult to keep the pool area and pool clean due to dropping pine needles and other tree debris. A blower would have helped. But the beautiful view created by the trees made it worth it, and the pool was large compared to most properties. Customer service by Beachside Getaway was outstanding. The a/c went out in the downstairs bedrooms and maintenance was there within about an hour in early evening to address the problem successfully. The Beachside Getaway staff was always friendly and professional and eager to meet our requests. Our family members said that Casa Beleza was the most beautiful vacation home we have stayed in.

The house was set up perfectly for our family and even nicer than I expected! The grounds were excellent and so easy back and forth to the beach. Wonderful memories for our family and I hope to return!

Great vacation!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is amazing. We loved the décor, amenities, and had everything we needed and more. Loved the walkway/sun deck to the beach with flagpole! Extra beach towels were great too.

Ocean direct spacious home with all amenities included. Our family had perfect vacation. Home was very clean, beds comfortable, decorated in up tp date fashion. Truly cant think of a thing we would have done differently.

Lovely home, though the air conditioning did not work in the second upstairs bedroom. Could use a little TLC in the paint department as some walls were badly scuffed.

Terrific Vacation in Casa Beleza!

This is a terrific property! Had a week there in the summer with our 3 adult children, and my wife and me. The setting is one of the best on the island (we have been to HHI rentals >10 times over the years), easy to get to, close to dining and shopping, and near golf, tennis, etc. The outside areas are beautiful and well-kept - pool is nicely shaded most of the day, which was great for summer. Walkway out to the beach is probably 150 meters long, and well-lit for night. Beach is typical HHI - broad and beautiful, white sand and sparsely populated with people, even during the high season. House is comfortable and stylish, and nice areas to get away and read, as well as a lovely common room. Bedrooms are nice and big, with the 2 masters having great views. Management was responsive to a few small maintenance issues we found at the beginning of the trip. Very happy with this place and this vacation!

We throughly enjoyed the home, pool and the beach. Upon arriving at the house, the view from the front door all the way through the house and out to the beach was priceless. The beach was not crowded at all and the walkway out to the beach saved our feet and helped us not have to drag all of our beach stuff back to the house everyday. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool after spending a few hours on the beach and we especially liked that there was a mid-week pool service to clean the pool from all of the pine needles that collect there. Finally the house…...what a beautiful home with terrific views and accommodations. It was clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and used the washer/dryer once while there. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. Would highly recommend.

Great beach house

Fantastic house! Can’t say how much we loved it. We def plan to return. Kids loved the pool. Walkway going out to beach was beautiful. Great stretch of beach. Property is very well maintained. Some suggestions for improvements: - We loved the new fire pit. Had s’mores every night. It would be nice to have a stock of wood in/near garage for guest use to replenish fire pit. - Pool floor and walls could use a bleaching/scrub. Some discoloration. - In addition to blowing off pool deck, it would be great if you would also vacuum pool once a week during stay. We had some passing storms which blew debris which sank to the bottom. - Provide guests with 2- 4 beach chairs with your logo similar to the beach towels. If they lose any, charge. Buying chairs is expensive and bulky to transport. Would be so much easier if they were provided. - Plant a large shrub or fencing on side of pool along walking path. There is a large gap now and people can see into pool area as they walk along path (which was very busy!). More privacy would be nice. Again, we loved the house. You’re doing a great job keeping it very nice. Quality of furnishings are great - Frontgate, crate and Barrel, etc. We’ll be back! Thank you.

Great house and location for family

We had an excellent stay at the house. A couple of caveats for families or groups of more than 6 people. The dining table only has 6 chairs. Very challenging to add more to the table. Outdoor table has more seats but it was too hot and rainy to use it. Management company handled our calls very quickly. Easy to get food deliveries to home from Walmart and others for no-touch shopping. Loved being at the beachfront. Easy for kids.

Location, amenities are awesome. Beachfront was amazing. Pool and hot tub put to great use. Terrific family vacation in excellent property located within short bike ride or walk to beach shops and restaurants. House was beautiful with great views of ocean. Loved the home itself and especially the beachfront location

The home was lovely and comfortable. There was, however, an odd odor that lingered with even the pantry items that we brought home. We had noticed the odor initially upon arrival. Just, hopefully, constructive criticism. Have recommended the home to a friend - with the caveat of the odor.

The property was beyond expectations. My goal was to find a home with lots of windows where you could see the beach from the home, walk easily to the beach AND there was a beautiful pool! Great location - easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf and more. 6 adults with 4 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 baths...open floor plan with kitchen next to breakfast area overlooking open living room with large television! The house has been updated and no expense was spared! As I write this, my husband is saying, “When are we going back?”

Great Place w/ Ideal Location

We recently returned from 10 Sea Oak on our first trip to Hilton Head and couldn't have been more happy with our choice. The house is well kept with a great setup for a family vacation. We had 4 adults and 3 small children and could have easily fit another family in there as well. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom (2 upstairs, 1 on main floor), and a fourth bedroom with two trundle beds with a bathroom immediately in the hallway (main floor). Kids absolutely loved the deep, spacious pool - a key distinction from many other properties that may have a small, shallow pool that isn't very useful for kids. We paid for heat which got the pool temp to around 80 degrees, which was very nice for April. The beach is less than a minute walk on a well kept pier/walkway over the dunes. Also a great entertainment setup with cable/netflix/roku/dvd player, which was nice for the little ones to unwind at night with a movie or cartoon. Another thing we appreciated is the ideal location. Located in South Forest Beach, you do not need to pass through a plantation gate to get to the house. Also, it's a very do-able bike ride to Coligny Circle, which is the hub of the beach area (groceries, restaurants, typical touristy stores, etc). My parents are in their mid-70s and were able to make this bike ride (easier for them on the bike path along south Forest Beach road, but they could also make it on the beach; it's about a 5-10 minute ride on the path). The nice thing is that even though you're a bike ride to the downtown area, the beach area in front of the house is not very busy. Also, there's a public pathway right next to the house which makes getting your bikes onto/off the beach very easy; but don't worry, there's not a lot of foot traffic on the path so you still feel very private in the pool and deck area. Just a fabulous place, great location, and we will definitely be going back to this house. If we were forced to find some negatives it'd be that the refrigerator does not get that cold (they note this in the guestbook), and some of the windows are fairly weathered making them not very practical to open (something only relevant in spring/fall when its not too hot to open the windows). But these are very minor issues that did not prevent us from having a vacation to remember.

We have rented many houses over the years, and this was by far the best! Great location. Great pool. Had a great time!!
