Esta gran unidad de 1475 pies que admite mascotas se ha actualizado por completo con nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimeras de granito, todos los baños nuevos y azulejos en todas partes. Excelentes vistas a la playa desde los patios cubiertos. 1 lugar de estacionamiento cubierto reservado y un pase de estacionamiento disponible por orden de llegada para los huéspedes. Televisor de pantalla plana en LR y dos de las habitaciones.

A 11 millas del Daytona International Speedway y del aeropuerto internacional de Daytona Beach, a minutos del Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, a 3 cuadras del famoso muelle de pesca de Sunglow con el restaurante Crabby Joe's, donde se puede comer mariscos frescos cosechados a diario. Dentro de una hora en coche de algunas de las principales atracciones de los estados: St. histórico Augustine, Kennedy Space Center y Theme Park, Walt Disney World, Sea World y Universal Studios, solo por mencionar algunos.

Great Family vacation

Great location for for my elderly parents, my aunt, my wife and I. Appreciate the way this condo had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Cathy and Paula were fantastic in response to our concerns. Also great location with our dog. Overall a well equipped clean vacation spot.

Had a great time

Stayed while my adult kids attended a concert. The place was huge and clean. Only complaints is the master bed was uncomfortable and everything was oout dated. There was a light fixture in a closet that was hanging by the wires. The host cathy was amazing and responded so quickly.

Great place to stay for a Disney + beach vacation

We were in town for my son's graduation and stayed at this condo. The owner was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The place was clean and we had everything we needed, so that was great. The amenities were spot on and we could literally walk to the beach, so that was nice. Orlando attractions were only a short hour away, so this is a great place to stay for a Disney + beach vacation.

A lovely home away from home

This spacious condo had everything we needed for a family week together on Daytona Beach. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked . A lovely hostess, who replies quickly and kindly. Thank you, Cathy! The condo is at the back of the building, so there is not a direct beach view, but the outdoor side yard is a perfect place to enjoy coffee in mornings, with the waves of the ocean in the peripheral. It’s just few steps down the stairs to the beautiful pool and the lovely paradise.beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

Home away from home

Cathy’s condo was a great place to stay. She was always available for anything we needed and had great recommendations. We had our dogs with us and they even put up a temporary fence so I could let them get out and enjoy the sunshine too. Patio is on the side of the building and not directly on the ocean. At first I was disappointed but it turned out just fine. We still had a view of the ocean from the patio for sunrises and then from the other direction we saw sunsets. Would definitely come back again.

We love this property. The condo looks exactly like the pictures if not better. Sit outside on the patio and hear the waves crashing. I loved the master bed and bathroom. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was spacious and filled with everything needed to cook meals away from home. The unit has a full size, top-of-the-line washer, and dryer which we loved, overall we love this unit. Wonderful place to stay. Kathy was so nice and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent this unit again thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very nice

The location is great. Condo very clean and well equipt. Beach chairs and toys for the kids available for use. Owner was very accomodating and allowed us to bring our large breed dog which often is not allowed. The only issue we had was we did not know about a county ordinance that does not allow dogs(even on a leash) on the beach. We saw plenty of dogs on the beach everyday but since we were told of the ordinance on day two; we did not go on the beach as a family the remainder of the trip because we did not want to leave our pet alone inside a strange place. If we had known we would have chosen a different county to visit. We actually picked the location because it is pet friendly with beach access and our dog loves the beach. I recommend adding the limitation to the listing so future visitors are aware. All in all great place to stay without your pet.

Private, spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen and linens. We love this building.

This is a private home/condo that is very large and room for eight. We spread out and everyone had plenty of space. The beach ramp is one building over. This is the best beach as cars are not allowed to drive on this section. We didn’t have to worry about kids getting run over. We will definitely be back. Loved the new kitchen and the colors. Owner takes a lot of pride in keeping this unit up to date. Extremely clean too! And very cold AC! Best vacation ever! Thank you for everything.

Best of both worlds

There were 3 adults, 3 children and 3 small dogs in our group. While we were not facing the ocean, we had two sliders to grassy areas for the dogs. We were only one floor from the pool and no drive beach. There was also an elevator right next to our door so very convenient to haul everything to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. The condo had many extras with beach toys and chairs. Kitchen good size with a lot of storage. Nice size living room with plenty of space for the little ones to play. There was an electrical plug in the guest room that was very loose in the wall but everything worked and was very clean. Hope to come back!

Beautiful even without the views

What a lovely spot! This very large ground condo has many amenities, is beautifully decorated and provides almost everything you could need. The owner, cathi is very helpful and truly tried to provide a relaxing environment for our stay. The property is located on Daytona beach but faces the street, what's great is that we NEVER heard the traffic! The primary patio faces the next building over but when sitting there, it's soothing to listen to the waves crashing and with a little maneuvering you CAN see the ocean. Also, the condo is on the private section of the beach which means less people and no vehicles... better yet? It is walking distance to the pier that crabby Joes is located on (Our favorite place!) Not to be confused with Joes crab shack.. that's down a bit further and probably 10 minutes car ride to the Daytona beach pier. Cathi is doing a great job at keeping up the condo, even putting in a new leather couch the morning of our stay! If I had any constructive criticism.. i might recommend that the cleaning folks try to find a day to do the nooks and crannies cleaning like grout joints and under the bed sweeping etc. -we had dropped the tv remote behind the bed and the dust bunnies were getting along VERY well under there but I promise mine at home likely no different, LOL. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Beware: Not as advertised

Everything that is currently being advertised on this property is not accurate! When I contacted Cathy and asked her specifically if the condo had been damaged by the hurricane in December 2022 she told me no damage to report. Unknown to me and my family until I got there in March 2023 and saw a notice posted on the mailbox that the pool, pool deck and beach access were all closed. Not great news for my 91 year old father who was now pretty much stuck sitting on the patio with a very limited view of the ocean and a full view of the common area that was mainly weeds and gravel and the side of the building next door. Needless to say if you are considering this property make sure to check and make sure all of the amenities she advertises are actually available and useable. We kept getting a promise from Cathy that she would give us a partial refund for our inconvenience but that was predicated on us not leaving a bad review. Needless to say I opted to discontinue my efforts to work with her for a non-existent refund and instead write the review that she deserves by not disclosing pertinent information to me in time for me to have the choice to cancel my reservation. There were multiple properties in the area that are much nicer for equal or lesser cost.

Wonderful Unit and Location!

Cathy made the stay virtually flawless. Arrive with the keycode and enter a beautiful spacious condo with everything you need! The beach access ramp is a one minute walk! Enjoy the side patio with the sound of the ocean while you relax! Loved that we could bring our little dog as well, she had a blast! Very good experience and look forward to returning! Thanks!
