Wonderful property with great views and super barbecue

Weather was wonderful, suite was large and lovely. There was a problem with the hot water which was fixed quickly. Lovely location and suite. Would recommend to anybody.

Lovely property close to Bucerias

We have stayed at various units in the Punta Esmeralda development for the past 18 years, and have always enjoyed the beauty of the manicured grounds, multiple uncrowded pools, and the excellent beach club restaurant. Perla 3 is located on the second floor of a terraced 3 storey building on the waterfront, away from the highway. The unit was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen supplies, and the beds were comfortable. The owner and property manager were very responsive, and remedied a couple of minor maintenance issues promptly. The property is a 5 minute taxi ride from the very lively town of Bucerias, and a short drive to the lovely neighbouring towns of La Cruz, San Pancho, and Sayulita. Recommended!

Excelent!

We always love to return. The location is excellent, very safe, with a multitude of pools to choose from, easy access to Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerias with their restaurants, shops and markets. The house is very clean, very spacious easily hosting 2 full families same time, great bay views and a large terrace to enjoy a beer and a BBQ. There is even a room with bunk beds so kids can have their own space. The owners are very nice and accommodating speaking excellent English and Spanish of course. Until next time!!!

Come Stay, never leave til fly home.

One bed " comfy smooshy" one bed quite hard. We had to switch room with each other. it was a bit like Goldilocks and the three Bears. Nicely appointed kitchen!!! stainer, glass left over containers, juicer, coffee maker, hot milk maker, nice knives, pitchers, glassware, ice cube trays... it so nice to have everything so it you could actually live here. people above scraping chairs in morning, otherwise quiet. Water pressure varied, but never bad. the water very hard and you'll want to drink and cook with bottled water. Doesn't stink, or harmful, just salty. View is quite nice, sun in am when you want it, cooler and off to the side in the pm. Parking for car so great with marked spot. Gated, so felt more than safe. One pool really warm and the other nice and refreshing. Quiet...no spring breakers here, but had nice visit with fellow renters. Best part by far, the Cafe. We so enjoyed the cafe at the main pool house, that we rarely went out. It was better than all the meal we had in nearby towns. As foodies soooo impressed with presentation and quality.

We stayed there last year for 1 month, it was fabulous and we loved it. Hope to be able to rent it again in 2016. It was a beautiful rental and the owners were great to and always available if you required anything. I would give this place 5/5.

Townhouse with a marvellous view

My wife and I have been coming to Perla 3 for many years, we look forward to our time at Perla through out the entire year. If you are a golfer there is a golf course very close to Mega, the grocery store in Bucerias only a few miles away. The property is beautifully landscaped, a picture to behold. The view from the patio is spectacular For us Perla 3 is like coming home, thank you Tom and Elena for sharing your lovely townhouse

This condo is a perfect joy, it has a marvellous location right on the beach just minutes from Bucerios and La Cruz. Quiet and lovely, truly representing the sea and gardens I highly recommend this condo with it's exceptional owners Elena and Tom, such kind people. The condo is close to shopping and fun. Three bedrooms with attached bathrooms are awesome You feel right at home immediately. Wonderful restaurants available very close to the accommodations. Thank you Elena and Tom for sharing your paradise.

Outstanding Property....Outstanding Vacation

This property is in an optimum location. Close enough to Bucerias that its just minutes by bus but far enough to be seculed and peaceful. My family of 4 stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The property staff are very friendly and helpful. Security is thorough when entering and exiting the property gates which made my family feel very safe, This particular condo is family owned and you can tell. It offers all the ameneties that we mom's have in our own kitchens and pantry. There is everything you need in the condo; the towels are plush and the linens high quality. There is filtered water in the kitchen..just be sure you understand how to use it so you dont purchase bottled water unnecessarily. Let me say this...where in the world can you stand in the shower, see the beach, the ocean, the city scape in the distance and yet be set back so no-one can see you...it's amazing! Take the bus...eat at the street side taco and churro stands. Have a beachside massage!! Learn a little Spanish...you will have so many rewarding experiences. I would highly recommend this condo in this property. Well worth the cost and truly does sleep 9 so a large faily would do very well here. I can't wait to return one day, and when I do I will bring more family with me. Thankk you so much to Miss Elena and her husband for sharing there beautiful vacation home with us.

Great getaway place!

It was an awesome experience, we just stayed at the Condo for a long weekend but I wished we have more time to enjoy the place, it was a family trip with our kids, nephews and my parents and I can say that all generations had a great time. You have there everithing you need to rest, have fun and share a great time with your family, plus you are close to the market, restaurants and downtown to go party at nigth. Thank you Elena and Tom for sharing this great place with us.

An awesome vacation in a stunning townhouse

We had an awesome time at this townhouse for 2 weeks in February of 2011. This 3 bedroom condo is absolutely stunning, very spacious and, with 2 large master bedrooms with ensuite baths separated by a huge living/dining/kitchen space and a beautiful terrace, it is just perfect for 2 couples. We loved having our coffee and breakfast on the terrace after watching a beautiful sunrise over the bay. We spent our days lounging around one of the many pools, often getting a snack or drink at the small café. One afternoon, they even delivered mojitos to our place, always very polite and accommodating. The complex is secure and very well maintained, and the staff at the gate most friendly and helpful. There is also a well equipped exercise room available to guests, and, of course just walking the beach is great too! This condo is extremely well located, the bus service into Bucerias is straightforward, and it is easy to find a taxi to bring you back if you don’t have a rental car. We enjoyed many of the restaurants in Bucerias and La Cruz and look forward to returning to visit even more. The concierge was very pleasant and accessible, he gave us several good recommendations of restaurants and check in instructions very clear. We especially appreciated the high speed wireless internet available in our condo, as well as on the beach. Elena and Tom, you have a lovely home and we appreciate you sharing it with us. It was also fun to meet you in person after many email messages over the past 2 years

The community where our condo is located (punta esmeralda) is a piece of Heaven on earth and we are glad to share it with our rentals. The community is a safe and beautiful spot where you find little need to leave as it has a quiet and beautiful beach, so many activities and pools available and a wonderful neighborhood feeling you soon find yourself socializing with the permanent residents.

Tom and ElenaWe wanted to let you know that we greatly appreciated your allowing us to stay at your spectacular villa. We had an absolutely awesome time…..and only wished we had more time there. The nearby towns were great and we thoroughly enjoyed Bucerias (went there a couple times and our kids made friends with local boys and played soccer with them). The beach at Sayullito was great and the sunset and cocktails at San Francisco was great. Your villa is in such a perfect location and the décor was perfect. We used all the pools, loved playing at the beach and hunting for fish, rays and crabs (found tons of them when it was low tide). I am pretty certain all your neighbors knew who we were by the end of our stay (in a good way J). We loved it so much we toured several remaining units at PE with Oscar and are seriously considering the investment…..and no matter what we will definitely return for a vacation. We loved our vacation in ...

We loved our vacation in Bucerious. The condo was wonderful. When I was looking I thought for sure it was one of those "to good to be true" deals. But the pictures are acurate. It is beautiful and the condo made me feel like I was in heaven. We took the bus to Sayulito and into Puerta Vallarta a couple times. Very easy to do and very cheap. And quite the experience. Getting to the grocery/liquor store was easy and they are very helpful in Mega if you can't find what you looking for. Kodoos to the staff at the Mega. Saylito was fun and loved watching the surfers and hunting for sea glass. We also took a water taxi to Yalapa. That was beautiful also. We enjoyed spending time at the condo to. I ran on the beach every morning with my daughter as the sun was rising. We always ended up looking for sea glass on the return. We felt very safe here. Punta Esmerelda is amazing as my 18yr old daughter kept telling me. The pools were great, always a chair to lounge on, and the workout center very nice equiptment. We loved it, thank you Elena and Tom for the use of your beautiful condo. We hated coming back to the snow and cold. Oh, and the security people at the entrance of Punta Esmerelda were so helpful and happy to help us out.

We stayed in this villa f...

We stayed in this villa for almost a week and we had the most wonderful time. The decor is exqisit and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed many of the pools in the complex and also tried out the gym a few times but most of the time we just played on the beach, which is a couple of steps away. We drove to all the small towns which are quite close by and thoroughly enjoyed them. I would recommend thisplace to anyone.
