Beautiful duplex apartment

Absolutely beautiful apartment . We had own own sunbeds …v quiet small complex we had the pool to ourselves but we went to the beach every day as it was a 5 minute walk … the apartment is close to the shops and restaurants … perfect location . Super clean will definitely book again . The only negatives are more towels and we couldn’t get the Netflix working … and we didn’t know where to put our rubbish … definitely 10 out of 10 👌

Lovely home between old and new town

Excellent spacious and very clean accommodation with great range of cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses etc. As advertised it overlooks tennis courts and has sea views. Large balcony with comfy seating off main bedroom and terrace with seating off the lounge. Both have sun all day, but awnings and parasols are provided for shade when needed. Parking can be found on road outside. This can be a little problematic but nothing that another circuit of the 1 way system didn`t sort out for us, in finding a space. All in all a brilliant property with plenty of space and very close to all amenities

a 10/10 apartment, located close to the heart of PDC, check-in was easy keycode loaded 15 mins early. Apartment 5 mins away from the supermarket and 10 mins away from the beach, harbour and strip. On arrival the apartment was clean and tidy and has everything needed for a self catering holiday. (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge freezer, TV with Netflix,Youtube etc.) Plenty of room in each room and beds really comfortable. Main bedroom with balcony with pool and sea view. Great for letting the kids play in the pool. Pool was quiet and plenty of sun beds. Check out was straight forward. I would recommend this apartment, it sleeps 6 and has plenty of room. we had a great holiday. Thanks

the location was perfect and if you are looking for a quiet and chilled holiday this place is for you, my 2 year old granddaughter had the pool to herself [first time in a pool] the pool was outside our door, the size of the property was amazing! it was so close to all amenities, the beach a short walk to a little cove which was where the locals hang out, they know the best places, but if you want a much larger beach then a little walk further is also good. lots of lovely restaurants, my granddaughter was made to feel so special, her food brought first and drink which helped so much. the property is so safe, 2 locks to actually get in to the property, then it's gated and no one can enter unless you have the codes. finding the property was so hard, there is no address so taxi or us didn't know where to find it, we were just dropped at playa grande which is the whole strip, had my daughter not been able to use google maps to find it we would not have had somewhere to sleep, we were at a point where we thought we had been scammed, the locals do not speak much english, why would they? which made it even harder, at that point my phone had run out of battery where all my info was stored, luckily we could charge up in the taxi drivers taxi which is when my daughter found the address. you can't just hail a taxi either so check what to do when you require a taxi back to the airport. everything in the property worked well, washing machine, cooker, microwave, filter coffee or pod machine, pans cutlery and all crockery was enough, huge fridge/freezer, wardrobe space, the beds were so comfortable, some can feel like camp beds, but not these, we all slept well, you have to buy the air con, we didn't use it and there isn't one in the room with the double bed, but there is a fan.

Super location but too many negatives.

The entry code for the gate to the complex should have been given "one to three days before arrival" but didn't get sent until after our flight took off. Completely unacceptable. We were making plans of what we could do if we were the victims of an elaborate on-line scam. Would we have to book in to a local hotel? The bed linen had the appearance of not being laundered properly and was not up to my own standards. My husbands sheets had a small red stain and another spurious brownish mark. It was not pleasant. I don't know if Jorge inspects the property at changeover but I suspect not. I think his cleaning girls may be doing a second-rate job unknown to him. The bed linen was not changed on the due day. When I enquired, Jorge said that the cleaning girls could not access the property because we had left a key in the lock on the inside. Absolute rubbish. It was changed the next day but the girls seemed to have linen for only single beds. I was using a double and they replaced the undersheet with a single size bed sheet. However, the beds were comfortable. They were not interested in replacing the one tea towel. You are expected to place used toilet tissue in the small bin provided in each bathroom and not flush it down the WC. This is the first time we have encountered this in Puerto del Carmen. We could find no manuals for any of the appliances. We could receive no English channels on the TV. As my husband was drying himself after a shower, a large cockroach scuttled into the shower tray from under the bath mat he was using. Jorge did not comment when informed of this. The pool in the complex couldn't be used by us because we would have had trouble getting out of it. It was 1.9 metres deep throughout with a vertical wall mounted ladder at each end for entry and exit. The lowest rung seemed too high from the base of the pool to comfortably reach, so we stayed out. We are both nearing 80 years old and I am a bit arthritic. The shallow end (0.9metres deep) was quite small and seemed really for children. We used the beach instead. The patio loungers had no cushioning and were uncomfortable to lie on for too long. The equipment was sufficient for six people. There was a hose on the patio so that beach sand could be washed off before entering the apartment. The hot water system was very efficient giving some of the hottest water we have experienced. The location meant that there were plenty of restaurants within 5 -15 minutes walk.

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful location just a short walk to the strip or the old town. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay great.It was peaceful and scenic around the pool and made for a relaxing time.The customer service was amazing and they were very communicative.

L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un residence a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalla zona viva della città (con locali, ristoranti, supermercato, negozi raggiungibili a pochi minuti a piedi). Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa per la notte. Servizi come descritto nell’annuncio. Host disponibile e reattivo. Istruzioni per il self check-in chiare.La casa ha in comune con gli altri appartamenti del residence una piscina e una zona esterna, molto belle e comode.Non dispone di parcheggio riservato ma sulla strada ci sono molti parcheggi liberi a disposizione.

Had a lovely 2 weeks in the apartment. Everything was very clean, had a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine which was a huge plus. Lots of space within the apartment, and lots of storage too which was great. There are quite steep stairs within the property and quite a few stairs within the complex, which could cause an issue for someone with mobility issues. Had a problem with the shower which did take a little while to be resolved, however when maintenance did come he was very good and fixed it within the hour. The location is perfect between the old and new towns, within easy reach of Biosfera, Playa Chica, and the strip. Complex very secure and quiet.

A great apartment with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Close to the beach and restaurants - everything within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for our holiday, a nicely equipped kitchen and a washing machine to freshen up our towels. The balcony to the master bedroom was perfect for an early evenings and the patio great for sunbathing (& only a few steps to the pool to cool off!). Glad to finally make it after having to re-arrange many times due to Covid-19. The booking, check in and check out was flawless, as was communication with the owner. A great holiday!

Stayed for 10 nights at this great apartment with my wife, toddler (3yo), and parents, it was clean and as advertised. As it’s a duplex (with a downstairs twin room) this meant we did not feel as if we were short on space. The pool was great for our toddler and the upstairs double room with access to the balcony is lovely especially to take in the sea view first thing in the AM and during the day/evening. The central location of the apartment is amazing it overlooks the tennis courts and has quick access to Centro Deportivo Fariones (health club), which is a short walk to the beaches (like Playa Chica), the Biosfera Plaza shopping center with the restaurants of Puerto Del Carmen’s old town. to be expected for its location. Would recommend

I booked our rental in playa grande through plus villas lanzarote in early 2020 and with covid couldn’t travel, but we got to travel in July 2021, the property booking was made very stress free with allowing us to move our booking when we needed. The house was superbly located with all amenities and plus villas were always only an email away to answer any questions that I had or if I had a service query. They were super efficient and fantastic to deal with. Anemente and Reciba were very professional and friendly and it meant that even though we weren’t in a resort we had all of the information and help we needed to have a fantastic trip. The house was very clean and well equipped and you were able to access old and new town very easily. Perfect location for the shopping centre and all the bars, restaurants, beaches and harbour. The location of the apartment is ideal. It is 5 minutes walk to Playa Chica. It is a quiet area but there are small market and shops. Also its very close to the shopping Centre. The apartment was in very good condition and clean. It is spacious and bright. The swimming pool was practically for us the whole time.
