Terrific place near the beach in Cambria

We stayed here with 3 couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very nice layout, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and spacious home with lots of beds/bedrooms, nice big kitchen table, and two living spaces. Very nice views and conveniently close walk to the beach. Perfect for a big group. Hoping to return soon!

Lovely spacious home with ocean views. A great spot for a special weekend and easily accommodated 3 couples. We’ll stocked kitchen, nice outdoor decks and an easy walk to Moonstone Beach.

Beautiful home and location. Rooms were very comfortable. My family has vacationed in cambria every summer for the last 15 years. Our family keeps growing along with the house size. This home was spacious, clean and we will definitely be back next year. The only negative would be the dining room chairs, they’re falling apart. Oh, and maybe a larger t.v.

Lovely home in great location

This house was perfect for a weekend with our friends! The kitchen had most of what we needed. The dining room was large and had a beautiful view. The living room was comfortable and also had beautiful views. (I wish they had cleaned the windows, though.) We watched the sunset with a glass of wine!

90th birthday party and vacation

Loved the house, where it was and everything about it. So close to Mom on moonstone Beach Drive. A little disappointed, the fireplace didn’t work in the main living room where you do spend a lot of time. the kids loved the fireplace downstairs and was nice and the fireplace in the bedroom was nice. Also, it was a little disappointing that the Jacuzzi tub didn’t work but all in all it was a great stay. !!

Beautiful home but kitchen not well stocked. If you want to cook, bring your own foil, cling wrap, condiments, etc. No coffee. Nice laundry facilities but no detergent or softener. We had to run to the store for items that all other vrbo’s we have stayed at provide. Queen beds were small. Unfortunate really as the home is beautiful.

The house is great, the one bedroom and bath on main floor was much smaller than the pictures showed. However over all very nice house (there were a lot of spider webs on outside staircase and by front door).

We brought our four children with us and the house was perfect. Everyone could spread out and enjoy their time and it was a quick walk down to the beach to collect some drift wood. The house was clean and in great shape!! Thank you Val and Kimberley for setting us up in the perfect house for our family. Definitely will be going back!!

The set up bed-wise was not like in the description, but actually better: 3 rooms with queen/king beds, and then hold outs in the loft and (large) den (rather than one room having 2 beds). Was missing a few basic kitchen amenities that in non-covid times might not matter but otherwise well stocked. Would be nice if basics like shampoo and salt/pepper were provided but not a big issue. It poured rain while we were there and the roof leaked a bit (put a pan to catch drops) but not a big problem either. I would love to return — only downside is price

The location and amenities at the house were excellent and the space was just right for our large family! There were a few odd things like the large oven was out of order so you had to light the range in order to cook on the stove (though we were able to use the small oven so that was fine) and one bathroom’s door on the main floor was very awkward to get into the bathroom—perhaps the hinge should just be changed so the door swings outward instead? The views and the deck were lovely. And, otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The house is clean and large (rare to find 3 BR, 3 bath) and was very comfortable for our party of 5. Nice ocean view and the ocean air was a welcome change from the heat back home. Lots of great walking from this house, to south (the preserve), north (the beach boardwalk) and east (the west village). Easy check-in and no problems. Would certainly stay here again.
