Perfect family vacation

Wonderful, comfortable, super clean, well stocked villa! Great views from the patio. The resort staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Check in was efficient. Owner provided us with a great contact for transportation to and from the airport. Location is great and convenient to the marina and downtown. Walking would be doable, but an Uber is much more comfortable in the hot, humid weather. We ate dinners off the resort and used grocery delivery the day we arrived for all of our breakfast, lunch and snack supplies. The swim up bar has great drinks (expensive). We will be back!

Good place terrible concierge

This place is better than the pictures really clean and pretty new. Kitchen was well stocked and groceries were delivered ahead of time. The only issue was the concierge she kept screwing up our reservations for the tennis court this happened 3 times.

Amazing Spring Break Family Getaway!

What an amazing spring break getaway. The villa was perfectly suited for our family of 5. So spacious and felt very luxurious. Oscar was a great property manager and we especially enjoyed the welcome guacamole, pico, and fresh margaritas! A great touch and especially appreciated after a long day of traveling.We loved the ease of having the full kitchen to have quick breakfasts to get down to the beach or pool and to come back for a lunch to give ourselves a break from the sun!The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The pool chairs filled up quick but we preferred to start our day on the beach and those were more available.Loved the balcony and the loungers to sit in and enjoy the beautiful view. Even if the cruise ships were there, the view was still amazing.We did not do the all inclusive option offered by the property (I don’t even know if that was an option for us since we booked through Vrbo) but so glad we didn’t. So many awesome restaurants to try around Cabo!Highly recommend Metate, Edith’s, and Jazz on the Rocks. Neptune (next door at Villa Del Arco) was also delicious. La Casona at Villa La Estancia was delicious but very expensive.Had a great time diving with Manta Scuba and taking a snorkeling/sight seeing/whale watching sail with Lands End Luxury Sail & Snorkeling. Even though it was the end of the whale watching season, we were lucky enough to find 2 females and a calf! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay in Cabo

Our stay here was fantastic! The villa was just as shown in the photos, offering plenty of space for the four of us. The view from the spacious balcony was wonderful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Johana gave us a warm welcome by greeting us with delicious margaritas, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo! She went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay! The resort itself was beautiful, with a welcoming and friendly staff that made our experience even better.

Perfect little getaway

We came for a girls birthday get together and had an absolute wonderful time. The place was perfect for us. Only had minor detail issues but nothing to ruin our trip. We would highly recommend this place.

The property, room, and service was awesome! Isabella was so nice and generous, her guac, pico and margaritas were amazing and such a welcome intro! Recommend this all very highly! Great location and incredible trip.

Excellent stay

Property and rental is extremely clean with pickle ball courts available. Pool is excellent and we have nothing bad to say about the one week we spent there. Ubers to downtown area 5.50 USA dollars so no need for a car. Beach walking fantastic.

Great Stay!

Just got back from a great stay at Villa la Estancia. The owner was extremely responsive, and the staff was out of this world with their professionalism. The property was immaculate. You will constantly see people cleaning, pruning, etc. Each and every one of them will stop and say hola to you when you walk by. The unit itself had everything that we needed. I found Estancia to be much more our speed as a family than Arco and Palmar. Both of those places gave off more of a party vibe, while Estancia was much more tranquil. There is a convenience store on property, but it is fairly expensive. You'd be much better off getting groceries at Walmart a couple miles away if you don't want to spend cash eating out for every meal. My kids absolutely loved this trip, and I got a lot of kudos from my wife for picking this unit. You can't go wrong booking with Joe.

Perfect Girls Getaway

Everything & everyone at the resort was perfect! The owner, Joe was very responsive & gave excellent suggestions. The condo manager Oscar was amazing! He had the entire condo stocked with all the groceries we needed & when we had questions or concerns he took care of them immediately! We will be back!

Amazing top floor unit

We enjoyed our first ever family trip to Cabo sooo much! Oscar welcomed us with a home made margarita and fresh guacamole, which set the start to an amazing stay. This top floor unit is perfectly close to the elevator, which was advised from previous friends. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. What a spectacular view from the deck. We can't wait to return.

World Class Perfection!

Absolutely everything about this condo and the Estancia resort are top notch. Our family of 5 (2 adults + 2 teens + 1 younger) had an unforgettable week in Cabo. Joe's condo was immaculate and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. If you think the pictures are beautiful, wait until you walk in the door and see the condo for yourself. Truly amazing. The views are spectacular from the top floor. The evening breezes and sounds of the ocean could easily keep you on the patio all night long. All the prior 5-star reviews of this condo are spot-on. Cleanliness, space, comfort, accessibility to town, activities, an entire resort service team who treats you like family, I could go on and on. Words can't describe how happy we were with this experience. Note: There are multiple safes available in the condo. When using the one in the master bathroom closet, be sure to reset the code or you will accidentally lock up your stuff like we did and need to call for help. The reset button is hidden on the inside back of the door near the hinge side. Hold the button in until the beep and smiley face appear on the front display. You can then enter your new code. I suggest testing with nothing in the safe first to be sure you got it right. :) Joe (the VRBO owner) and resort management were able to quickly resolve the problem for us. Other than this small self-inflicted problem, we had absolutely ZERO problems. We will be back!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 1807. The view was beautiful, the place was very clean and beds were so comfortable. You could hear the waves at night and sitting on the beautiful balcony was a favorite. Getting into town was easy. It was an inexpensive cab ride or about a half hour walk along the beach. There was a small glitch upon check in. When we pulled up to the guard gate, they did not have a record of our stay, neither did the resort concierge. After checking with the owner it appears there was just a issue with notification. We did not meet Ernesto however I did email him with a question and he replied quickly. I have stayed in rentals through VRBO and others for years. This stay was one of the best. I recommend without hesitation.

Cabo San Lucas Bliss

We found this gem of a place and fell in love with it upon arrival. The views from the balcony, the amenities on site, the close proximity to town, all made this the very best location for our vacation. The food at every place we went did not disappoint. We will definitely book this location again when we return to Cabo San Lucas!

Paradise!

What a fabulous way to enjoy Spring Break! We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous villa with a spectacular view of the ocean & resort. The villa/resort was everything we hoped for and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly communicative, helpful and generous. We felt very taken care of during our entire stay and were so pleased with the constant assistance navigating Cabo by both the host & staff We highly recommend this the Host & Villa - you won't regret booking a getaway!

Great unit, great location

This is a perfect unit for a family, everyone has their own space and there’s great indoor and balcony space for the family to hang out. We had several other families staying in other units at La Estancia and everyone agreed this place is great. The welcome “in room” margaritas and guacamole & salsa were such a nice surprise after we checked in and were hungry & thirsty after a travel day. The only caution would be to skip the “all inclusive” (we did not do this) but many of our friends did. It doesn’t not include alcohol and there are so many great restaurants around Cabo it would be silly to only stay in one place to eat.

Great property and perfect location!

The unit was perfect for our family and overall the property offered much more than we expected! The welcome with guacamole, chips, salsa and margaritas from Oscar and his team was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Joe was responsive to our needs and the unit had plenty for us to use for preparing and cooking meals. We were especially happy with the juicer! We would highly recommend this unit with the beautiful views, ideal space and helpful owner!

Look forward to returning to this property!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was exactly as described on the website. Top floor, very spacious, very clean with excellent customer service. The resort was meticulously maintained and had a quieter feel than other noisy resorts that we have been to. The beach was immediately off property and easy to access and very well-maintained. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was easy and safe to walk to and from town or take taxis/Uber but it was not close enough to the loud Cabo scene to feel its impact at all. We had three teenagers, one child and two adults and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the best pico and guacamole we’ve ever had upon arrival! I Hasta la proxima vez!
