In a quiet but beautiful location by the water you'll find our Sneekermeer homes. The ideal location to discover all the beauty of Fryslân. Come unwind and enjoy our water-rich area. Enjoy quietness and space at the edge (approx. 750m) of the cozy water sports village of Akkrum.

🛋️ Living room with open kitchen

On the ground floor you'll find the hall with separate toilet. Next, you enter the living room with open kitchen. The living room contains a dining and sitting area where you can enjoy time with friends and family. Enjoy a good book in the armchair, or watch an exciting show on the couch together. When the weather is nice, you can open the French doors that lead to the terrace.

The open kitchen includes a hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer drawer, (filter) coffee machine, and kettle.

💤🚿 Bedrooms and bathroom

On the top floor you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 single boxspring beds. When you arrive, the beds will already have been made for the reserved number of persons. The bathroom is also on the top floor. The bathroom features a shower, and bathroom cabinet with mirror.



🌳 Yard with private jetty

The Sneekermeer homes are in a beautiful location by the water. Outside you have a lovely yard equipped with patio furniture where you can enjoy the outdoor life by the water. From your private jetty you can easily cast a rod, moor your (rental) boat, or take a refreshing dive into the water. You can also sail right up the Meinesleat to enjoy a nice trip. Now that's bliss!

You can easily park your car on your private parking space at the property.

Your stay includes the use of free Wi-Fi. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Pets (max. 2) are allowed in some accommodations. You can find these accommodations by entering your pets in the travel party.

The area has a lot to offer for nature lovers. Through countless hiking, cycling, driving, or sailing routes, there is plenty to discover in the heart of Fryslân.

Feel free to visit the reception for great tips on (sporty) vacation activities. At the reception, we offer a bread roll service where you can pick up fresh bread rolls every day (provided you have ordered one day in advance). There is also a laundry room behind the reception building with a washer and dryer that you can use for a fee.

Are you coming in the winter months? Late season, or do you have a day of Dutch wet weather? Even then you will not be bored! Visit one of the quaint (Elfstedentocht) cities or villages in the area. Tourist attractions include Sneek, Leeuwarden, Terhorne, Joure and, for example, Grou.
