Este es un condominio de lujo en Penthouse, frente al golfo, bellamente decorado en Long Beach Resort en Panama City Beach, Florida. Este condominio cuenta con 2 master suites que están frente al mar con ventanas de piso a techo con vista al Golfo! Que no encontrará en ningún otro condominio en la playa con un plano de planta como esta !! Por favor, lea nuestros comentarios de clientes. Cada cliente nos ha dicho que las fotos no hacen justicia a este condominio. Esta casa es muy exclusivo y prometemos que usted se sorprenderá cuando entras. Es en Torre 4 - en el piso 14.

Cada habitación tiene una vista espectacular del Golfo de México con ventanas de piso a techo con vista hermosa playa de arena blanca! Usted simplemente tiene que ver este condominio! 18' azulejos de diseño a través de todo condominio! 400 Count sábanas de algodón / satén, toallas de baño extra gruesas. cocina totalmente equipada cocinar puede ser un deleite! Cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. DSL, acceso rápido seguro de alta velocidad de conexión a Internet !!!

La sala de estar / comedor tiene un techo de 14 pies y se abre a un 270 pies cuadrados, terraza de baldosas con vistas al agua esmeralda y arena blanca del Golfo. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para seis y la barra de la cocina con capacidad para cuatro adicionales. Las dos habitaciones están frente al mar con ventanas de piso a techo y techos Trey.

La suite principal está amueblado con una cama de matrimonio, un armario con una televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana de 39' y tocador doble y bañera de jardín / ducha en el baño. La segunda suite principal tiene dos camas tamaño queen, una televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana de 39' con reproductor de Blu-ray y tocador doble en el segundo baño con una bañera de jardín. Ambos dormitorios tienen armarios y puertas francesas que se abren a la terraza frente al mar!

La sala está equipada con un sofá cama de matrimonio y tiene un armario pintado a mano con un 50' HDTV, barra de sonido y reproductor de Blu-ray.

El mobiliario de terraza incluye una mesa con cuatro sillas y dos sillones. Es un gran condominio 1.400 pies cuadrados! Las dos habitaciones son enormes!

piscina laguna grande (6500 pies cuadrados) con cascadas, piscinas de hidromasaje, dos piscinas de la Polinesia (climatizada), en el sitio bar y grill, una zona ajardinada, así como 24 horas de acceso cerrada y la seguridad.

We had a wonderful stay & the room seemed very clean and well taken care of for the most part. Easy check in & did not have to bother the host for a thing! Great views from the balcony and we saw dolphins in the morning from there. The lagoon pool is partially roped off due to construction though right now- just fyi. Thank you for a great vaca.

Quite amazing!

We loved this condo. From the million dollar view of the ocean to the very high ceilings, tasteful decorations, and the lagoon pool that we loved, this condo has everything a couple or family could want! If we ever decide to visit Panama City Beach again, we would definitely want to stay here again

Great stay right in the beach with all the basics! Enjoyed easy access to the beach and a beautiful pool! The outdoor furniture needs updating but other than that the condo was great

A bit more dishwasher soap, hand soap and Toilet Paper - silverware holder in dishwasher needs to be replaced. Windows in Living Room need replaceing though an expensive proposition. Overall a great condo and location,

Loved Long Beach Resort!

My family stayed at this property late in August and we already can't wait to return to Long Beach Resort. The location is great and the beach was just lovely. I feel the listing description and all the photos are very accurate. We did need to contact the property manager for minor repairs (just a towel rack that had come off the wall, no biggie). He responded quickly and sent a handyman as soon as possible which we appreciated. The property was in need of a good, deep cleaning but the manager explained with us staying at the end of peak busy season with back-to-back reservations, it's not possible for a deep clean to happen. This does make sense, just something to keep in mind if booking in August like we did. Things like light switches and corners were pretty grimy but the basics were clean. The waster is HE and the rubber ring around it is covered in mold. The entire drawer where detergent goes was also moldy so I had to pull that out and rinse it out. I'm sure that's due to it being HE washer and some folks not letting it air out. I'd rather have had a super basic washer honestly. Overall, I feel this listing is very accurate and you will have a nice time. I personally will not be staying with this particular property manager again but I will definitely be back to this resort!

"Penthouse".....however......

This property is advertised as the “penthouse” when in all reality you are on the top floor in the middle of the building. While the top floor views are great, and the patio is spacious there are some things to think about before booking this property. There isn’t a pool directly at this building. It’s at the building next door – just a short walk – however not at the building you are staying in. The property does NOT have an electronic keypad lock. The owner mails your keys are you are required to mail them back – at your cost. There isn’t a latch lock on the inside of the door – so someone could make a key and enter when you aren’t there or even worse when you are! The property is in desperate need of deep cleaning. Clearly the cleaning crew doesn’t look at anything eye level. The washer is disgusting with black mold! I tried to clean it just to use it. Wear shoes while inside or your feet will be totally black from the dirty floor. The furniture in both bedrooms is terribly dated. The living room and dining room furniture is great – clearly updated.

Long beach resort

The property is nice, but the beach chair service is pathetic. The staff was very rude and extremely lazy. They promised the chairs and umbrellas would be set up by 8am, but there was never a morning that it wasn't until after 9am. The staff road a John Deere UTV up and down the beach all day. It was impossible to ever relax with the constant sound of the UTV going back and forth. If you like a rude beach staff and the sound of a UTV running constantl, then I recommend this condo complex for you.

Long Beach resort is our go-to at PCB and this unit did not disappoint!! It is literally just like the pictures listed and the view from the 14th floor is nothing short of amazing! Bill, the property manager, was more than helpful and accommodating. We will definitely consider this unit on our next trip back!

Perfect Picture

We always stay in the Long Beach Resort when we come to our Happy Place. This unit checks ALL the boxes. Starting with the manager Bill. He made sure that the unit was ready. Very clean, new living room furniture. He is very easy to reach when we found that the unit next door had flooded and he was ready to help with the issue. He checked in to see if everything was good. The Kitchen has the supplies needed to cook everything. We enjoyed cooking our Christmas Dinner and we decorated our home away from home for Christmas. The ocean was the perfect backdrop for our stay. Can’t wait to get back to PCB soon. You need a breath taking view and a great place to call home if only for a short while this is IT!

Home away from home with a beautiful beach view!

This condo has a large, covered balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets, which is often where we started and ended each day of our vacation. The condo was very clean and everything was in good working condition. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were plenty of towels, sheets and pillows available so we could travel light. There's three new TV's, including one large 4K smart screen TV in the livingroom. The Wi-Fi is very reliable as well. Dealing with the property manager, Bill Pedersen, is a pleasure and he responds very quickly to emails and phone calls. This condo felt like home away home and we'll definitely stay here again!

We choose Long Beach Resort for several reasons. First, Long Beach is centrally located. It is near the Wal-Mart for shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and many wonderful restaurants. The floor plan is the best on PCB with floor to ceiling windows in every room. The property itself has the largest beach area than any other resort. We just love PCB and hope you choose our vacation home for your next family memories.
