El Long Beach Resort está ubicado en 10509 Front Beach Road. Todas las unidades son condominios frente al golfo con hermosos balcones con vista al golfo de México. Long Beach tiene una gran piscina tipo laguna con plantas y cascadas. Esta unidad es un plan de piso dividido de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños que tiene aproximadamente 1400 pies cuadrados. The condo is located in a perfect spot. Upon arrival we had no trouble getting in room. The condo is very outdated, very disappointed the balcony doors do not open from the living room you have to go through the bedrooms to get out on the balcony. We was unable to sleep in any morning due to construction going on at the condo. We were not advised of this and the noise was very loud. The first night my friend had turned on the ceiling fan and a roach dropped off onto her bed. Several roaches in the living room area and bathrooms, I do have pictures. We actually left a day earlier than we was suppose to due to the roaches and not being able to get any rest.

Amazing

Some of the reviews were terrible and I know it was a while back but this place is perfect! Great views, very clean! The staff at this resort were amazing, security guards were very helpful, hoa staff was so kind! I would recommend this place all day and I travel A LOT!

Great location

The condo itself was cute but could use some updates. There is obvious water damage on the walls, ceiling, and around the tubs. There were no extra pillows and blankets for the sleeper sofa that is supposed to sleep two. Overall, the location is great and the resort was nice.

Do not rent this condo!

As soon as we walked in we were so disappointed! Looks nothing like the pictures!Curtain barely hanging.. could not open sliding door to get on balcony.. multiple light bulbs burnt out…handle on glass shower door broken.. light in shower out…couches were dirty and nasty. We tried every day for 7 days straight to get answers but no correspondence! We did find out this was an ongoing problem so that means we were rented this condo with the owner knowing the condition!!!But we cannot get answers from anyone!! We are not giving up trying to understand why we were not told of these issues.. probably because we would not have wasted our vacation time or money!!!We sent pictures and many emails!!! But we are not stopping until we get answers!!

Not recommended

This condo was not clean upon arrival with mold in bathroom and mildew smell throughout. We ended up cleaning it all over ourselves because we were disgusted. All patio furniture is rusted out and most chairs aren't even functional. There were very few towels and no washcloths available. Shower knobs were broken as well . I would not recommend this to anyone and will never book at this condo again. For the amount of money they charge for cleaning fee it is ridiculously disgusting.

Clean condo

Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was not in good shape. Washer did not work and was full of water with a smell. The cookware was in bad shape and there was barely any to use. There were many light bulbs not working. The lighting was so dim in the bathroom, it was difficult for my wife and daughter to get ready. The master bathroom commode tank and seat were not right as it leaned forward. Notified the property manager of all the previous issues and was told it was being sent to the maintenance people and we should be contacted, but we never heard from anyone.

Long Beach Condo’s friend getaway!

The property was fine, but not the unit, we’ve stayed there many times, but never stayed in a condo that needed so much work! The condo was not clean, the bathroom floors were so dirty. The dryer is stackable and was on top of the washer, you would need a small ladder to reach the dials that control the dryer. No step stool was provided. The bathroom in the bdrm with two beds had 4 lights in the bathroom and only one worked. It was like being in a dark cave. The toilet needs to be replaced or at the least re-seated, new seat and lid replaced with one that fits. The seal under the front door and the doors out to the balcony need to be replaced. There was a live roach in the kitchen, probably came in under the front door. The main bdrm with one king bed, the bathtube drain does not work, it’s a large tub but you’re unable to take a bath. Drain stopper needs to be replaced. Also, the toilet lid needs to be replaced with one that fits. There were no wrist bands or parking pass in our unit. The security guard at the gate said they would be in our condo. The office was closed. Overall, it was one of the dirtiest units we ever stayed in at Long Beach. I hope the owner of this unit will be notified and will take action to clean up this unit and maintain it better!

Fall Break 2022

We got into our condo at 4pm and it had not been cleaned yet. I called the property manager and within 15 minutes 2 cleaners arrived and got everything cleaned up. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. We absolutely loved the location and enjoyed being able to walk to Pineapple Willys.

Management and Maintenance needs major improvement

We notified management over a few items that were not correct. All we received was “we’ll report it”. No follow up and no one fixed the issues. We also had to supply batteries for almost all the controllers. We’ll definitely return to Kim’s Condos in the future. She communicates and follows up with you. Condo was nice overall but not impressed with management or maintenance at all. Whoever owns this condo needs to let someone else manage it.

Not worth the money

The rooms looked nice when we walked in but the deck left a lot to be desired. It was not inviting and a little scary. All of the chairs were rusty so you didn’t want to put your arms on them and some missing bottom pieces of legs due to so much rust which caused them to be wobble. The material in the chairs were not sturdy either. Next a couple days later, when we wash towels, we found out the dryer didn’t work. We had no way to dry clothes , towels or our swim suits. The people that stayed the previous week had also notified management but we were not informed until we called. And then we were told well things happen. When we touched the curtain in the living room area it pulled out from the wall. The shower in the master bathroom leaked all over the floor causing us to use more towels which we could not wash and dry. But I am not sure you would consider that a master bathroom since the room didn’t have a closet and the dressers had extra sheets and no room for clothes.

Property not well kept! Horrible! Bugs! Hair balls! Patio chairs rusted thru can’t sit on. Horrible!

I have pictures to back up everything I have said! And videos of the bug crawling on the pillow. There were no pool passes that we were supposed to have. Yes I did call they said they would bring them, they did not. “Private beach access” NOPE. it was torn completely apart and roped off so no one could use it. I understand about repairs but i should have been told so that I could decide if I wanted to stay there or not. The chairs on the patio were completely rusted thru and not usable! Couldn’t sit on the patio. I paid a lot of money to be able to have beach access and to have a usable patio and a pool. DIDN'T HAPPEN at this property! I used 2 glasses and when I went to put them into the dishwasher at the end of the stay it was full of still nasty dishes from the previous tenants. Not my job to unload or wash someone else’s dirty dishes. When taking the sheets off of the bed there was a bug crawling on the pillow that was on the side of the bed that I did not use. There was a huge ball of black hair on the floor in the bedroom and something left in the shower hanging up that was also black hair on it. I am blonde. Oh and the bug was alive and crawling. I called at 9:30 to let them know I had checked out and left a message and asked them to call me back so I could let them know about the issues then I called again aprox 12:30 still they never called me back. The curtains in the living room were torn out of the wall and the bracket lying by the tv and the curtains in the bedroom were also torn out of the wall. Oh and neither of the lamps in the master bedroom worked. Yes I did check the bulbs. The shower in the master put water all over the floor by the tub both times I used it. By the looks of the wood there it has obviously been happening a lot. Also the toilet tank leans forward so when you sit on the seat you MUST lean forward, cannot sit straight up like you usually do. Seems like I spent half of my time there finding and dealing with stuff at this condo. I did try to find another but everything Was already booked.

It was not clean and several issue with problems upon arrival, we could not even relax on back balcony due to broken furniture and awful outdoor chairs rust everywhere just overal not pleased !!!

Great views

The property was fine. It was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. It was disappointing that the sliding doors in the living room did not open. This apparently has been a problem for quite a while. Patio furniture was rusted and much of it unusable. Also, a problem for a while. The unit was also poorly stocked. One trash bag a one roll of toilet paper for a 6 night stay was lacking. Lastly, the fact that we had to go to the rental office to get a key code was ridiculous. The code could have easily been emailed. However, we did enjoy our time. The view and proximity to the ocean was wonderful.

Nice condo

Great stay. Exhaust fans not working in either bathroom. Shower control handle in walk in Shower not working properly. Last cleaning before we arrived was somewhat lacking. Cheerio in plane view on living room carpet but basically not dirty just looked like Last cleaning was a rush job. Long Beach overall is awesome.

Condo needs work

The management was good to work with...Travis had new pots n pans delivered because the existing ones were so worn out. Travis also had burned out bulbs changed For us in Master Bath. The lady that came was super nice and cleaned the sliding door track because she noticed we were having trouble opening it. Do not expect any closet space in Master bedroom as this closet is a locked owners closet. The patio furniture was so badly rusted that my 3 yr old grandchild fell thru and only weighs 28 pds. Owner needs to spend a little money to replace the living room couch and loveseat. Install decent shower curtains because escaping water is rotting the floor trim in the master bath. Also master bath tub faucet is not installed correctly and is causing water to run across top of tub into the floor...On the upside our bed slept comfortably. Washer/dryer and refrigerator were good. We love coming to Longbeach but I would choose a different condo in the future.

Great beachfront condo with lots of space

Very nice condo decorated with cute beach theme. We had a wonderful time. You can easily walk to Pineapple Willies. The curtain rod needs to be fixed, it fell every time we tried to open the door. Also a water heater guy showed up without any notice. Then came back while we weren’t in the condo without notice. I thought we should have at least got a heads up and did not like someone in our condo with our purses and personal items in there while we were down at the beach. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The rental company was super easy to work with and very friendly! I would stay there again!

Condo was clean but I would not book this one again.

We've stayed at many condos in Long Beach Resort but so I have a few in this same resort to compare this one to. I would not book this condo again. We booked at the last minute and this condo was very pricey but we knew the area well so went ahead and booked since we had limited options due to the time of the booking. The condo was clean but we could not open/close the sliding patio door without the curtains falling and the curtain rods coming apart because the curtain rods were screwed to the sliding glass door making it impossible to use. There were not the key items available found in most condos, like a hairdryer, wine opener and sufficient pots/pans to use for the week. Upon arrival, we had to go to the management office first, located off Thomas Drive, to get our info packet/parking passes/key code for the door. This was very inconvenient after a 12 hour drive. Normally, we are emailed with all of this info ahead of time and the parking passes are available at the gate so we can go straight to the condo. Also, Tower I is very close to all of the beach activity at the condo next door so it can be very loud at night. This part of the beach is very busy at night with all of the teenagers and young adults.

Family Vacation

Great location. Love the floor plan. Cons: Had to go to another location and pick up property bands and parking pass. Those items should be left in condo or with guard. A/C was not working when we arrived. We own a/c company so knew what the problem mite be and called mgnt company. Tech came out that night and did great job of getting unit working- but outdoor unit needs to be replaced. Mgnt company told us they gave owner the info- that was the last we heard from anyone. Thankful a/c did ok while we were there- we adjusted thermostat so that unit would not have to work so hard- we were hot at times but a/c maintained 74. Hope owner replaces asap or next guest mite be hot.
