Al aire libre ofrece piscina privada climatizada de 7m x 3,5m, área de terraza con 5 tumbonas y barbacoa tradicional al aire libre. Hay 3 plazas de aparcamiento en la propiedad (cercadas)

En el primer piso hay una sala de estar con cocina totalmente equipada, comedor y sala de estar con salida al balcón con vistas al mar y a la terraza con zona de comedor al aire libre. Dormitorio No1 con 2 camas individuales, un baño familiar con bañera.

Arriba, lo lleva al segundo piso que también tiene aire acondicionado y ofrece el dormitorio No2 con cama doble de 180x200 cm, además de un sofá cama para 1 persona y el dormitorio No3 con cama doble de 160x200 cm, ambos con vistas al mar y salida al balcón y terraza con vistas panorámicas pueblo y mar. Dormitorio No4 con 2 camas individuales. Baño familiar con ducha y WC.

Wonderful Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed at stay at Villa Dawn. A very well appointed property with a lovely swimming pool, spacious bedrooms, communal areas and air conditioning, which was essential in mid-30 degree heat!

Lovely clean well located home

Great location 3 mins from the beach. Lovely views Well equipped villa with all you need. Host was welcoming and helpful Good base for exploring the area Pool was very clean and we asked for heating which was done with no problem. Would recommend.

Perfect stay at this beautiful house

We had a lovely stay at Drago’s house. This house was close to the beautiful beach. The pool was also amazing and it was very nice with all of the fruit and flowers around the house. Extra plus for the air conditioning working perfect in all rooms.

Great House for vacation

Very spacious and lovely house. Close to very good Beach with Aqua park on the the sea and boat rentals and boatride to Trogir. We loved the pool and and the terrasse with Nice view. Modern and clean house. It had all we needed, the pool was great and owner came mid week to clean.

Excellent Villa

Two kids and four adults spent one week at this great place. The house is spacious and newly refurbished. Watch the sea while you enjoy your morning coffee from the veranda. Only 3 minutes stroll down to the beaches. Thanks

beautiful villa in superb location.

Beautiful villa .Owner very helpful and friendly. Ev.ery thing in the villa was so clean,and very comfortable beds!. 5 mins to the beach and restaurants . Took the sea taxi toTrogir to eat in the evening ,so beautiful . Everything about this location is fantastic for a great holiday .Would highly recomend it.

Amazing house!

The house was just perfect for 9 people (3 were kids). More than enough space and so clean! Pool was spotless and we lived in it during the daily temp of 38C. Shop was only 2-3 minute walk away so easy to get daily groceries. Would look to book again! Thank you so much,

Very nice and clean apartment. Our group consist of 4 couple (8 people). The owner welcommed us very politely and give good information to spending time in the apartment. We had have enough room to sleep in own bedrooms and spend the free time in the apartment. The beach and restaurants were very near just walking down to beach street. Also there was the good connection (10 minutes) by little boat to the old town of Trogir. From Trogir there you also have the possibility to take the ferry to Split (about 1 hour).

Fabulous villa, great location.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this villa. As a family of three generations we found the villa and the location ideal, with all the comforts of home in a private villa but also being very near the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops, which are all less than a five-minute walk away, so a car is definitely not required. The property has four generous bedrooms, each with air con. The lounge was comfortable and modern, and again boasted air con. The villa is over three floors with the both the upper floors supporting large wrap around balconies with great views of the bay. It seemed to us this was by far one of the biggest and best villas with private pool in this location. The villa owner, Drago, was a very welcoming host who met us on arrival, was available via phone throughout our stay to help with any queries and even cooked us a lovely traditional lunch on the BBQ on our last day using freshly caught local fish. We would recommend taking one of the boat trips to the local islands and the blue lagoon, as well as taking the short ferry crossing to Trogir which is a stunning ancient walled town which we visited many times. We would be more than happy to recommend this villa to anyone.

Everything was just great!

We spent a week in August and had a fantastic time. Great house for four couples or 2-3 families. Fresh pool. Close distance to the beach and where we found plenty of lunch alternatives. Drago was really friendly and supportive. Thank you Drago! :)

Great!

We were two families that visited for a week. The house is perfectly situated close to the beach, with a nice pool and terrace. It was clean and spacious with well functioning air conditioning. There are shops and restaurants near by. We also visited Trogir several times, easily reached by boat and taxi. Drago was a great host and we recommend visiting his villa

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Dawn vom 01. Juni - 15. Juni 2019

Wir, zwei Paare aus Baden-Württemberg, sind mit dem Flugzeug angereist. Obwohl wir viel zu früh am Objekt waren, konnten wir unsere Koffer in der Villa Dawn abstellen. Bis wir in das Haus einziehen konnten, haben wir uns in Okrug Gornji umgeschaut. Die baulichen Aktivitäten entlang des Strandes bzw. der Uferpromenade waren voll im Gange. Gegen 14 Uhr wurden wir dann vom Besitzer in einem Restaurant abgeholt. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Beschreibungen auf der fewo-direkt-Seite im Internet. Wir wurden von Herrn Drago Šimić und seiner Frau aufs herzlichste mit einem Willkommensumtrunk begrüßt. Das Haus, der Garten und die Poolanlage lassen fast keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die TV-Anlage lies keinen Empfang deutschsprachiger Sender zu. Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße, die lebhaft frequentiert ist. Leider hatten wir in den beiden Wochen mit Baulärm einer Baustelle auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zu tun. Aber die wird wohl in nächster Zeit fertig gestellt. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub in der Villa Dawn. Vielen Dank nochmals an Drago für die kulinarische Betreuung.

Home from home!

We had a fantastic time here and can’t wait to come back! Drago was the perfect host and only a call away if we needed anything. The Villa is very clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Our boys spent most of the time in the pool 😁

Top, très agréable maison pour 8 personnes.

Parfait. Bon emplacement, qualité de la maison. Toute la maison vient d'être rénovée avec de beaux matériaux et de façon sérieuse. Le propriétaire a toujours été à l'écoute, disponible, et très agréable. Piscine chauffée, et climatisation à l'intérieur. Nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille et le séjour a été très agréable.
