Situada en la tranquila zona de la isla de Čiovo, con sus impresionantes vistas al mar, Villa Mirjana ofrece un perfecto refugio de vacaciones en una posición privilegiada, en primera fila del mar y la playa.
De diseño moderno y amueblado con todas las comodidades necesarias, el interior de la villa se extiende sobre un área de 380 m2. La villa se encuentra dentro de un amplio jardín lleno de plantas mediterráneas y consta de casa principal (250 m2, 4 habitaciones con baño) y un apartamento con jardín separado (100 m2, 2 habitaciones con baño). La Villa cuenta con una piscina al aire libre con jacuzzi, fabulosa zona de barbacoa y una amplia terraza soleada, ideal para las tardes de verano con una copa de vino local.
También hay una sala de juegos con ping-pong, billar y dardos, sala de fitness y 2 kayaks para todos aquellos que deseen unas vacaciones activas y sauna para aquellos que buscan una relajación genuina.
La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y está equipada con satélite con pantalla LCD y conexión Wi-Fi. Cuenta con 6 habitaciones con baño y puede alojar cómodamente a 12 personas. Hay un estacionamiento privado para 4 vehículos; 2 de los cuales en el garaje y 2 en el aparcamiento privado detrás de la villa.
La casa está rodeada por una maravillosa parcela privada totalmente cerrada y ofrece unas vacaciones relajantes en paz y privacidad. Todas las comodidades están a solo unos minutos a pie; A solo 100 m encontrará un mercado y 2 bonitos chiringuitos. A una distancia de 150 m hay 3 restaurantes donde podrá disfrutar de todos los placeres de la cocina local. Esta parte intacta de la línea costera ofrece kilómetros y kilómetros de paseos por la isla, pequeñas playas solitarias, pesca, snorkel y buceo.
Villa Mirjana se encuentra en la isla de Ciovo, a solo 15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Split ya 2 km de la histórica ciudad de Trogir, protegida por la UNESCO. Se puede llegar a Trogir en autobús o taxi acuático desde el pueblo cercano, a solo 10 minutos a pie de la villa. Desde el cercano pueblo de Slatine (3 km) puede tomar un ferry a Split que también funciona regularmente desde Slatine y Trogir.

Great villa in an ideal location

Thank you to Matko for a wonderful stay in his villa. Matko was very helpful in organising a boat trip, recommending restaurants and advising on local taxis. Fantastic villa

The villa and the location are so beautiful. The owner, Matko, is extremely kind and helpful giving advice on the local area and activities. There are lots of different places to sit and enjoy either the sun or the shade. The view across to Split is just as good in the day as in the evening. The sea/beach is directly at the bottom of the garden and the water is warm and beautifully clear. Some bars, restaurants, supermarket all within walking distance. A big thanks to Matko and his family for making us feel so welcome at their villa, we all had an amazing time.

The most wonderful holiday

We celebrated a big birthday and took our family with 4 grandchildren to Matko & his wife’s beautiful house on the beach . It was perfect in every way . Extremely spacious , luxurious and the most stunning views . Everyone young & old enjoyed every minute . We would highly recommend. We are so glad we found this beautiful villa for our multi-generation stay in Croatia. We couldn’t have hoped for a better home base for our exploration of the Dalmatian coast or for a more delightful host! From the time of our booking, Matko was extremely helpful in aiding us with our plans and making arrangements. We appreciated his periodic check-ins to help with the house but also to help us learn more about the sites and culture of Croatia. Checking in was super easy and the villa was immaculate upon arrival. We had everything we needed and there is a small market very close by where we could pick up essentials. There are three refrigerators on the property, helpful after making an American-style grocery run. The showers had the best water pressure and the tap water was cold and great for drinking. The outdoor spaces were the highlight for us, especially the pool and hot tub. However, the star of the outdoors was the gate opening directly to the sea. Yes, the beaches are rocky, but we kept our water shoes and floats handy, and enjoyed the sea daily. The views are magnificent!The location is great, there are wonderful restaurants that you can walk to and Split is easily accessible via ferry from Slatine. We used our own rental cars or drivers arranged by Matko to get to our desired destinations.We would love to return and next time, we’ll take Matko’s advice to stay for two weeks - one week to explore and one week to relax and enjoy this fantastic villa.

The best villa I have stayed in. Perfect location and a fantastic host ( Makto).I would totally recommend this villa to anyone. Loved the quality of the rooms and the facilities in the garden. I miss waking up with an unbelievably beautiful seaview through the palm trees...stunning. Makto is a lovely guy. So helpful. He arranged restaurant bookings, help us food shopping and transport down to the ferry.....really could not fault anything.

Une semaine de vacance extraordinaire

Nous avons sejournées dans ce logement durant 1 semaine à 12 personnes au mois d'août. Un endroit magique où l'on ne s'ennui jamais ! Beaucoup d'activités sympa sont à disposition dans le logement pour passer un agréable moment. De plus, la rue est plutot calme, avec quelques restaurants à proximité ainsi que des supers marchés (possible d'y aller à pieds). Le logement est très propre, la cuisine est bien équipées afin de faire bon repas et les chambres sont très agreables avec des matelas très confortables. Et enfin, Matko... un hôte tres sympatique et serviable! Il nous a emmené faire des courses le lendemain de notre arrivée dans un grand supermarché et une boucherie locale. Il a également organisé toutes nos excursions et trajets en taxi (voiture, Van ou encore minibus). Il se montre toujours très disponible! C'était un réel plaisir de sejourner dans ce logement. Un grand merci !

Chilling on Ciovo Island

We can’t say enough about this villa! There was more than enough room for the 7 of us women given the roominess of the main house, the pool house and the many exterior terraces and zones available to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our use of the pool, hot tub, and exercise room—not to mention the swimming we did just outside our gate in the Adriatic. The kitchen is well-equipped and the nearby grocery store made stocking it an easy job. We enjoyed walking, but found public transport convenient, as well, as the local bus runs right past the door. Our location between Slatine and Trogir allowed us to make use of the local ferry, too. While chilling was really appealing, there is much to do and see in the area around Ciovo Island. Our visits to both Trogir and Split had us in awe of the sites—and a visit to Krka National Park was truly breathtaking. As a host, Matko can’t be beat. We were welcomed to the Villa with a bottle of Prosecco—and Matko appeared the next day with homemade sticky buns and a delicious homemade jam. He was always just a text away and helped us arrange day trips and private transportation, as well. We all agree we would return in a heartbeat if circumstances ever allow for a reunion!

Einfach nur SUPER! Vom Check in über das Haus bis hin zum Check out… so etwas tolles habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Super gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der IMMER hilfsbereit war. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bars/ Restaurantes sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Matko

Wir waren eine Gruppe von neuen Frauen und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen

Die Villa Mirjana ist genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr schöne und grosszügige Zimmer, ein hübsches Pool mit Whirlpool und das Highlight die Aussicht auf das glasklare Meer. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es kleine Kieslsteinstrände, wo man wunderbar baden kann. Unser Vermieter, Matko, ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ob man einen Ausflug machen möchte, ein Taxi braucht oder eine Reservation in einem Restaurant braucht, Matko ist immer zu Stelle. Vielen Dank nochmals für alle. Wir kommen wieder!

Exceptional Villa and Hospitality

The villa is exceptional - the location, facilities, equipment (canoe, bikes, paddle board, pool table, etc), pool, hot tub, proximity to the beach where fantastic. The view was amazing, so well curated through the palm trees. We all loved every minute of our stay. Matko and his family are wonderful, they assisted in the manner of a private concierge booking restaurants (with the best tables!) arranging boat trips and sharing the best information and advice to support our plans during our stay. As we were staying for two weeks, he even came and cooked a delicious PEKA dinner for us which was exceptional. We can’t recommend the villa enough - comfy beds which make a huge difference- one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Excellent Villa with a location to match.

We were a party of 8, (four couples) renting the villa for a two week stay in September. The location is spectacular with views across the water to the mainland, Trogir and Split. A superbly appointed spacious 6 bedroom property with an excellent kitchen. The external dining and BBQ area were fully utilised for all our meals taken in the villa. The games room, gym, sauna were all an added bonus. It is well situated on the quieter side of Ciovo with a local shop and a few bars and restaurants close by. Only a 10 mins journey Trogir Old Town or the other side of Ciovo by car or taxi and 30 mins to Split by road or sea. Matko and family were brilliant hosts ensuring we had everything we needed coupled with all the advice needed to enjoy the area to its full extent.

Awesome Vacation with Family and Friends

Just spent two weeks 7/17-7/31 with family and friends at this beautiful property. The property, location and host were above and beyond expectations. The house is large and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There were several places to spend time eating and drinking and enjoying the sea views. The BBQ according to the men was excellent!! This property is not only one of the best on the beach it is close to everything that you need. We walked to the grocery most days but there were also bikes available to us if we needed to go further. Quick Uber and you were in downtown Trogir, 30 minute Ferry and you were in downtown Split. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed Prošek :) We all had a great time and I would not hesitate to stay at this home again.

Toller Urlaub

Nachdem uns Matko (der Hausbesitzer) nach unserer Ankunft freundlich begrüßt hat, führte er uns durch die Räumlichkeiten und erklärte uns alles. Wir fühlten uns sofort in unserem Urlaubsdomizil sehr wohl. Die Lage ist optimal (direkt am Meer), die Straße hört man kaum. Mit dem Auto ist die schöne Altstadt Trogir in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch mit den zum Anwesen gehörenden 4 Fahrrädern ist Trogir erreichbar. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig, sauber, klimatisiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Matko kam alle 2-3 Tage vorbei und erkundigte sich, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auch Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Da wir auch mit dem Wetter Glück hatten, konnten wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern zwischen 10 und 17 Jahren) einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verbringen.

An experience that's even better than the pictures

This house and guest house made our very special trip to the Dalmation coast of Croatia even more special. The rooms were immaculate, the kitchen and eating area beautiful, and we even enjoyed using the workout room. Most amazing was the back of the house with two outdoor eating areas, a swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks, and direct access to the Adriatic sea. The owners were extremely helpful in answering our questions and guiding us on our prospective plans each day. Matko, the owner, owns a travel agency, so if you want additional help to see many cities and sites, he is a great resource. But he never once tried to sell us on any excursions. His recommendations were spot on and made our trip the best it could be. We could not thank him enough. We loved Croatia and we loved this house!

We are Slovenian-Croatian couple living together in Trogir and managing our family villa for years. In 2017 our little daughter Mirjana joined the "team".

Villa Mirjana is family owned villa renovated 10 years ago, designed and furnished in style with a lot of love. The house was built in 1960 by Matko's parents who were among the first to start with tourism in this area. Matko, the head of our family, grew up in Trogir, renovated his family house and continued his parents work. Constantly perceiving the wishes and needs of the guests, he has turned his family home into a premium holiday villa for a perfect holiday retreat.

Our villa is located on a superb position, right on the sea and the beach – you just need to wander down the garden and you are out onto beautful pebbly beach! Surrounded by a wonderful fully enclosed private plot our villa offers relaxing holidays in peace and privacy but with all the conveniences at just a few minutes walk.
