¡Ven y relájate en esta hermosa propiedad frente a la playa de arena en Sturgeon Lake! Esta cabaña se encuentra a una hora y media al norte de las Ciudades Gemelas y a solo 45 minutos del Lago Superior. Sturgeon Lake es un lago de 1.705 acres que ofrece excelente pesca, natación y paseos en bote. Leucomas, Northern, Bass, Sunfish y Perch son los peces principales con los que el lago está cargado para una excelente pesca. Esta playa es de arena y el lugar perfecto para que los niños de todas las edades disfruten de la natación. Esta cabina viene bien equipada con platos, toallas, utensilios de cocina, etc.

Esta cabaña cuenta con 3 habitaciones con ropa de cama y ropa de cama nuevas, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, Netflix y WiFi gratis. La cocina está bien equipada y cuenta con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora y microondas. Disfrute de su café matutino en el patio con mosquitero mientras contempla el lago. Por la noche, disfrute de un libro o un juego de mesa junto a la hermosa chimenea o diríjase a la fogata y ase malvaviscos para fumar. La leña se puede comprar en Sturgeon Lake en Minit Mart o Sue's Firewood. Hay un bote de remos gratuito para su disfrute y si está interesado en pescar o navegar por el lago, también hay un pontón con un motor Honda de 40 caballos que está disponible para alquilar durante su estadía.

Cerca hay muchas cosas que hacer: caminar o andar en bicicleta por los senderos locales, incluido el sendero estatal Willard Munger. Fácil acceso a los senderos de ATV, incluidos los senderos de la línea Soo, y puede alquilar los ATV a la vuelta de la esquina. Our family had a great long weekend stay. The weather was perfect for pontoon rides & fishing & bonfires. We even caught enough fish for a meal, bluegills and a walleye big enough to clean and eat. The host was very responsive and helpful. The cabin was very well stocked and comfortable. We made some wonderful memories.

Cozy, rustic cabin with great view of the lake.

Cabin is cozy & rustic. Back porch is spacious, lovely & peaceful. It overlooks the lake & is setup well for hanging out with family & friends. A little piece of heaven. If in the area again, we would return to this cabin.

Family get together!

Spent a long weekend at this lovely property to enjoy time together. Our youngest recently graduated from college & one of our middle adult children was in Minnesota to visit. We had a very fun time. A lovely cabin, fire pit & beautiful shoreline. We enjoyed the pontoon & watching movies at night.

Beautiful cabin experience

Our cabin experience was wonderful-from the cleanliness of the cabin, to the view overlooking the lake. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and swimming in the water. Everything was provided what we needed to have a relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful, Quiet and Wonderful

The lake is fantastic! Very clean! The cabin is wonderful as well. 3 good sized bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, family room area with plenty of seating, games and movies in the cabin for guest use. Now let me tell you about the screened in porch! WOW! If there were a bed on the porch I would have slept out there! Amazing! Great Stay and would stay again. Definitely recommend this cabin!

Everything needed for a peaceful getaway!

What you see in the pictures is what you get. Cute, spacious, and clean cabin with amazing views of the lake! Plenty of linens provided, well stocked kitchen, even came with cooking spices. Check in was a breeze and Terry made himself available for anything that came up. Short drive to a cute little grocery store and a small town with all the necessities. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Great late August stay!

Great location with easy access to restaurants and the freeway. Fantastic backyard and great beach area for swimming. The lake is shallow for a really long way beyond the dock, so it's perfect for kids that can't swim too. Great communication from the owner and an effortless stay. Highly recommended!

A little piece of heaven

This little cabin was absolutely perfect! The front porch was used the most by me in the early morning hours drinking my coffee and listening to the loons and just enjoying the scenery. We loved the pontoon too. The lake was so pretty and clear. The weather was great and we spent almost every waking hour outside. I hope to return.

Cabin on the lake.

To me this is exactly what a cottage on the lake should be. The property to the lake was level, with a nice sandy beach. We walked at least 50 yards beyond the end of the dock and it was still sand and only about waste high. We saw and heard plenty of loons with several eagle sightings mixed in. We caught some fish (primarily large mouth bass and panfish). We had no problems with the property itself or the pontoon. It was well stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom.

Excellent Getaway!

Very clean and well stocked for your every need. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We had a question while there and Terry was prompt in answering! Terry helped us find good fishing spots for our girls! Pontoon was an excellent addition and we enjoyed being on the lake.

this was a great place and everything that was advertised was correct. no problems and Terry was very helpful. Even gave me some pointers on fishing spots. We had a wonderful trip and caught lots of fish. will be going back

We had a great time again! Second year here. Cabin is great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Didn’t use the pontoon this year as it was cold but loved it last year and so nice to have! Perfect up north getaway! Thank you for everything!

Dandy on Sturgeon Lake!

The cabin is clean and well appointed in kitchen, bath and bedrooms. It met our needs very well. If TV is part of your agenda, it is only Netflix, which didn’t bother us a bit. Wi Fi Is excellent. Road noise is moderate but did not bother us. View of lake and large screened porch were wonderful. Sandbag wall and tattered plastic below was a mild eyesore, but we were comfortable grilling and sitting below porch deck for evening times, and fire ring was thoroughly enjoyed. We brought our own charcoal grill so did not use the large gas grill below. We did so much cycling and exploring did not even put our canoe in the water or try the fishing. Overall we had a great time and certainly recommend this property for a good time on Sturgeon Lake.

Great trip!

Terry was very helpful in communicating the “ins and outs” of his place, even taking a phone call from us when we couldnt find the key insertion site on the pontoon,( it’s on the back side of the throttle box) We caught some fish and cruised the beautiful clear lake, finishing the days with the lakeside fire pit roaring. We would highly recommend this place for any group of 5-6 people looking for a relaxing vacation site.

Very nice place on a beautiful clear lake with good fishing and swimming that is only an hour away.

The process was easy and the proprietors were very nice. The cabin is located right on the lake. The experience was really nice. I would rent it again.

As Advertised with an excellent owner

Comfortable...Well stocked from towels/linens/pillows/comforters to adequate kitchen items. Nice hot shower...Good air and heat....Tv and internet.... Nice beach, boat and fishing......Wonderful setting and great porch area... Any shortcomings were addressed by the owner ahead of time and easy to work around ( sump pump and road ) Extremely attentive and accommodating owner... Would definitely stay here again ! And recommend highly to anyone looking for a north woods getaway... Thanks Terry !

My name is Terry Langlie and my wife is Mary Beth Langlie. We both were born and raised in Minnesota and we moved to California in 1984 where I am employed as a Head Counselor at a high school. We recently bought this cozy cabin to enjoy our summers back near family in Minnesota. We love to boat and fish, BBQ and enjoy the fire pit when hanging out with friends and family. We want to share this great Sturgeon Lake cabin experience with others when we are unable to enjoy it ourselves and we have to return back to work in California.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the location for the great view of the lake and having an actual sandy beach front access. The beach is excellent for swimming, especially for children as the sandy beach bottom is about 3-4 feet deep 50 yards out into the lake. The cabin has beautiful wood rafters and pine interior that give a real cabin feel. Our favorite aspect is the screened in porch the gives great views of the lake while not being harassed by mosquitoes. It has a great fireplace as well as a fire pit down by the lake for gathering around and making smores. One of the most enjoyable activities is taking the pontoon out every evening and cruising the lake, enjoying the loons and bald eagles.
