Quiet, peaceful setting, perfect for families or groups seeking a true four-season Minnesota lake escape.

This multi-level lakefront home sleeps guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sweeping water views and a private sandy beach on Sturgeon Lake. A 6-person Cal Spas hot tub on the upper patio is available year-round, and a small private sauna sits in the boathouse by the lake (seasonal access — may require shoveling to reach in winter).

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, cookware, and dishware, plus a Traeger grill and 36" griddle for outdoor cooking. We provide linens and towels, including dedicated beach and hot tub towels, along with a small selection of books, games, and toys — including beach toys. Two kayaks and a paddleboard are available for summer use, with a mix of adult and child life jackets. WiFi is available throughout the home. A Pack 'n Play crib and queen-size air mattress are available upon request.


Summer: Start the day with an outdoor breakfast on the griddle and coffee overlooking the lake, then head to the private sandy beach — a sand-bottom lake with clear, shallow water perfect for swimming. Paddle the kayaks or paddleboard, relax in the hammock, grill dinner, and wind down with a lakeside bonfire and s'mores as the sun sets.

Winter: Warm up by the gas fireplace or head out with snowmobiles, cross-country skis, or snowshoes — the property offers close access to the Soo Line and Munger Trails, plus nearby state parks and forest. Come back in to thaw out in the hot tub or by the Solo firepit. (Sauna access in winter will likely require shoveling a path to the boathouse.)



Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage.

**Please note this is a multi-level home with several sets of stairs, including some without handrails, and multiple staircases down to the lake. The property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

-The sauna is located in the boathouse near the lake and may not be accessible in winter without shoveling
-The beach firepit may not be usable in winter, and portions of the beach may be inaccessible during dock and lift storage season
-The outdoor TV near the hot tub is not weatherproof and must be brought in nightly, or during rain or heavy snow — guests are responsible for any damage from misuse
-Additional charges apply for hot tub misuse or excessive sand/debris left in the home
