Very nice and spacious condo. clean and well stocked with soaps, towels, garbage bags, TP for the whole week. Location close to beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic Location

The room and location were fantastic. There was a nice pool a short walking distance from the room. Poipu beach was a short drive from the location. The unit was well stocked with towels and beach gear. Would definitely stay here again.

Pili Mai Perfection

Perfect chill spot for our family of 4. Spacious stocked kitchen with all the necessities. Great location with restaurants and beach nearby. We were comfortable and so happy with our stay there and the welcome gift was a nice touch!

Amazing Trip

Our trip to Kauai was amazing and the unit at Pili Mai set the tone for the entire trip. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beauty in and around this area. I Can't wait for our next trip.

Clean Comfortable Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfectly stocked and clean as can be. The only downside was the daily presence of painters outside each morning (although they were very professional and courteous). I would highly recommend this property!

Beautifully decorated and completely stocked, walk to pool

We absolutely loved our stay at Pili Mai. The condo was newly decorated and completely stocked with everything you need. The concierge reached out before our trip and helped us book a couple of group events. Staff responded quickly and efficiently. The location requires a drive to the beach, but only a quick walk to the pool and nearby shops.

Kauai Amazing

The place was beautiful, clean and perfectly stocked and ready. Greets location near the beach and great food! The management company went out of their way to make it easy. The connected us with someone to advise and book our excursions. They had restaurant recommendations and were always prompt in answering questions. HIGHLY recommend to anyone!! Mahalo!!

Family Vacation

Perfect condo to stay at for 3 couples…we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony!

Great place

We had a 5 night stay and wish it was longer. Gorgeous house with all the needed amenities. Very nicely maintained and very clean. Short walk to the pool. This is not a first floor entry, so be aware if you have mobility issues.

This property was beautiful. It was less spacious than the other condos I have rented at Pilimai but it was still a nice space to spend time with friends.

Very comfortable accomodations

Very comfortable accomodations. We were a group of 8: 4 adults, 2 kids, a toddler and a baby. We had place for everyone and a kitchen where we could prepare food comfortably. Nothing felt like it was far away.

Thanksgiving trip to Kauai

My family of 5 stayed for 5 nights over Thanksgiving week. The condo is very comfortable and met our needs in every way. It's conveniently located to all of the sites and activities we wanted to do on the south side and not too far of a drive from the rest of the island. One minor opportunity for improvement is to upgrade the WiFi throughout the condo. It didn't work very well in the bedrooms or patio. But that was a minor inconvenience. We can't wait to go back and would definitely consider staying here again. Mahalo!

Tropical Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding rental, entire family wanted to extend our stay. Beautifully landscaped complex with good pool, clubhouse and workout facilities. Located approximately 1.3 miles form Poipu Beach, an easy drive. Beach parking was free and available making it easy to cart our beach chairs and toys. 3 br, 3 ba unit with plenty of room. Unit well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. Weather was great on the South Shore where this unit is located. Management company provided all the service we needed making checkin and checkout a breeze. They also had a concierge service that arranged a few activities for us and provided recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this unit to others. The only downside to the unit which is universal to the entire island are the loud roosters roaming the entire island crowing at all hours of the day (and night). Also, if you are looking for a certain restaurant for a special occasion, make sure to make reservations far in advance.

Very clean and good proximity

Very clean and had most things we needed. Good location in Poipu. The pool was a perfect place to hang out when we didn’t want to venture out. My only complaint would be that we had a very aggressive downstairs neighbor who kept complaining about our children’s footsteps during non quiet hours. We have preschool aged children so it was impossible to appease this woman. If you have children or heavy feet, you may want to consider a ground floor unit. Other than that, really great stay.

We had a great time. The location of the condo was great and really loved the included extra beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. The property was very nice and condo was very clean with a wonderful view!

Great time

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. The property had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 5. Location is great on the golf course and a close drive to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay again

Great Vacation Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely gorgeous vacation apartment. It had everything we needed for a family of six--large kitchen, dining table, and sitting room. The beds were comfortable, the place is spotless. Plenty of bathrooms. The deck is delightful with a distant view of the sea. The only thing I'd mention is, at first, the sea seemed a good distance away. Better directions as to how to access the beach would have been appreciated to minimize that initial walk when we all go lost. Awesome spot!

Perfect condo for family vacation in Kauai

Clean and new unit with three bedroom and three baths. Outside of the resorts so a nice feeling being at home. Close to beach and shopping. A little too far to walk be easy access to all Kauai activities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was nearly perfect for our adult family of 5. The location was great, the amenities within the condo were wonderful. Our stay was for 10 days, so having the in-unit laundry was clutch. Also, three separate full baths make all the difference on these types of trips. Our only issue was that we would have liked for the thermostat/AC to be lower or manually accessible. I can understand the owners concerns for over-consumption of AC (having it on 24/7), but we got warm at night (and the system went into sleep mode) and had minimal recourse.
