Disfrutar de una villa con aire acondicionado de 1914 pies cuadrados amueblada con una decoración confortable y tropical. La ubicación es perfecta. En menos de diez minutos a través de un cinturón verde estás en la playa de Poipu. La cocina familiar está totalmente renovada y la sala de estar cuenta con cómodos sofás que son perfectos para relajarse después de un duro día de caminatas en Mahalephu o Kokee. La suite principal es enorme, con un magnífico baño donde puedes disfrutar de un baño relajante después de un día lleno de diversión en la playa. También hay otros tres dormitorios que ofrecen refugios privados para que todos los demás se expandan y tengan su propio espacio. El Regency está a poca distancia de la famosa playa de Brennecke. Your Villa también se encuentra muy cerca de las tiendas, restaurantes y de la emocionante vida nocturna de Poipu. ¡Estamos muy contentos de recibirte en Poipu Kai Resort! The property was great for our multi-generational family. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the big table to play games and eat together. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus. Well stocked with beach gear. Easy10-15 min walk along the paths to the beaches. The property manager was extremely kind and quick to respond!

I loved our stay. The only complaint we had was the water temperature in the showers was not hot enough. We couldn’t take a hot shower! Other than that everything was great! The location is a short walk to the beaches and some restaurants.

The condo location was perfect to a conference at the Hyatt and to a stroll to the beach. The occupants had their own rooms, space in the house and own bathrooms, all in working order. The kitchen was spacious and in good order. We had a concern with the dryer the was addressed in a timely manner. Would stay there again.

The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

The condo is in a very nice area ! The rooms were a good size, spotless, and well stocked, there was even a washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Beds were comfortable. Quick and excellent communication from the rental staff. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to Kauai.

We liked our stay

A nice place to stay. Good access to the beach and pool. It does need updating as the cabinets, shower and living room needs work. It has nice walking areas close to the condo.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location is close to multiple beaches that can entertain any age group. The only thing I would say is that the parking is not great and ony one car is allowed in a pretty tight space. The manager of the property checked in to make sure things were going well and the house was generously stocked especially with anything you might need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Dear Future Guest, This review was a surprise to us as the guest didn’t reach out to us during their stay at all except to request a late checkout. The photos of our Regency Villa are spot on, and depict the unit accurately. It’s nice and bright, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and well maintained carpet, great beach gear, central AC, and close proximity to the beach and shopping. We hope you’ll take this review with a grain of salt, look at all the other amazing reviews, and book!

Convenient and Quite Location

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here in Poipu. The condo was well equipped for our family. We enjoyed morning walks to several close by beaches and found the location central to our daily island explorations.

Lovely family friendly rental

Our spacious rental was perfect for our family and walking distance to the beach. The location was convenient to many activities on the island, shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future. Aloha and mahalo for the memories!

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning.

We have stayed in the Poipu Kai area many times. We love the location to the beach. There is a long green belt with a path which makes the morning walk to the beach very pleasant. We will continue to stay in this area whenever we visit the "Garden Island".

Perfect for families

Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and the proximity to the beach was amazing. It was a little confusing determining which pools were part of which complex, but that was a minor factor.

Worked perfectly for our family

The property was located in an area close to shopping, food and beaches in Poipu. It was clean and appears like the pictures. We did have trouble figuring out the tv (remote didn’t work) but we didn’t miss it…we were out and about most of the time and in Kauai! It worked perfectly for our family of 8.
