Napili Lani se encuentra en Puna Point en Napili. No estamos afiliados al Napili Kai Beach Resort. Directamente en el lado norte está la bahía de Kapalua y en el lado sur está la bahía de Napili, dos de las mejores playas de Maui y ambas playas están a solo unos pasos del condominio. Arena blanca, agua clara, excelente natación y esnórquel y excelentes puestas de sol te esperan. Hay gran observación de ballenas jorobadas en los meses de invierno y observación de tortugas marinas durante todo el año. La unidad está recién renovada. La ropa de cama es 1 cama King, 2 gemelas y 1 sofá cama Queen. 1200 pies cuadrados Alquiler mínimo de 4 noches. Hay $ 240. 00 tarifa de limpieza. Amazing Location and Well Priced

Truly cannot beat the location and the price paid per day. The resort contiguous to the condo (actually condo is on the greater resort property) is very special and has an old school feel. I am 47 now, and when I was a baby this is the resort my family would vacation at. So brining my family here was a great feeling and we had a wonderful time. The condo is well laid out and everything was great. The only complaint I would have is that the king mattress is not very good, and should be replaced.

Great spot!

Our family of five (two adults, three kids) had a fantastic, comfortable week at this property. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked and clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the size; it felt more spacious than what appeared in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the AC, ceiling fans, and laundry all worked very well. Possibly the best part is the location: You are within very easy walking distance (3 minutes) of two excellent snorkeling beaches and convenient driving distance to more beautiful beaches, hikes, Lahaina, restaurants, and shops. The view from the patio is beautiful. We had one minor question for the property management during our stay and they responded promptly. They provided beach umbrella and chairs were helpful and it was a short walk to Snorkel Bob's to rent everything else we needed.

Beautiful Stay in Nipili Bay

Nicely decorated corner unit right on nipili bay. The house was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was absolutely awesome, condo was clean and well-maintained. Only downfall was the smell of Pumpstation from patio and limited use of resort amenities due to different ownership . All in all great value for the money

If there's a better place I don't know it

We have been fans of Napili Bay and beach since friends of the family told us about 15 years ago. Since then we've returned several times, and as our children grew older we felt we needed a larger place than the one-bedroom units in Napili Kai's Puna Point. The answer was Napili Lani, a place we felt truly privileged to enjoy for six nights at the beginning of August 2016. The facilities proved absolutely topnotch and comfortable for our family of five that includes three daughters (20, 17 and 15.) Two daughters shared the bedroom with two twin beds, while our third daughter slept on the convertible couch in the living area. Having two complete bathrooms and a complete, well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances was a boon. No challenges with having a single bathroom and everything we needed to prepare many meals "at home." And that is how we felt about the place. But the typical home, no matter how special, doesn't have the incredible views of the ocean and the easy accessibility to one of the best beaches in Hawaii. My daughters and I snorkeled almost every day in addition to spending lots of quality time on the beach. And our lanai was so beautiful and accommodating that often we didn't want to go much farther. Some might see the absence of air conditioning as a drawback. We kept the big fans going during much of our stay, and we were very comfortable. The property management experience was terrific. Our emails were answered promptly and we had excellent telephone contact before our arrival and as we prepared to depart. Those looking for "big hotel" glitz and nightlife should look elsewhere, but if you want a more true-to-Hawaii experience, you can't top this place. Our vacation at Napili Lani was terrific, and the accommodations had a great deal to do with it. We'd return tomorrow if we could.

Excellent waterfront condo on Napili Bay

We stayed in this great oceanfront condo at Napili Kai in November. Wow! what a great location. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. Good place to SUP too. This was a real vacation, we didn't want to leave the property. The onsite restaurant (Seahouse) was a real treat. We will be back!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise.
