Magnificent! Pure bliss.

Cannot express enough how happy we are with our experience with this property. List of favorite things:the unobstructed view.The lingo and ability to open up the sliding doors for an open air feel.The excellent tri-zone AC for the few times it was too hot and we needed to cool down. The beds! So comfy!The loft space for the kids. So much space for family!The beach chairs/umbrellas/and wagon. Made it an easy stroll to a fantastic beach.The well stocked kitchen! Beautiful kitchen and appliances. We lacked for nothing.Napili market (spicy poke!) and the surrounding eateries had all we needed but we also were so close to the Gazebo and Merrimens for some special treats.No pests! I expect this as a reality of a tropic location but the place was surprisingly pest free.Washer and dryer on both levels! Didn’t really need this but if you have a lot of laundry you would like this place.Comfortable furniture and layout.Close to the pickleball/tennis courts and pool. Had some great pickleball battles and BBqd at the pool. Pool is 8 feet on one end so even taught our teen to dive.Whale watching. Saw quite a few. If you go during season then bring binoculars!So much more! No negatives. Gave one less star on accuracy only because the listing had said 1 bathroom but in reality there are 3 full bathrooms!

The condo had an amazing view, and every amenity you could possibly imagine, especially the kitchen. The family clearly puts a lot of love and attention into the property. We loved the location in Kapalua... just enough privacy and still close to points of interest.

Nice condo with beautiful view!

Conveniently located, well-maintained, well-stocked condo with beautiful view. My husband and I stayed in the downstair bedroom, our 13-year-old slept in the open loft area upstairs. Morning light did not seem to bother him. This condo has a wow effect and is tastefully decorated. I especially like the wood carving screens on the street side. It gave us privacy and was easy for me to find our condo.

Spectacular view property

This is the nicest Kapalua Villa we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to Kapalua for over 20 years. The location is beautiful and I especially liked being able to sit out on the lanai, looking at the ocean, and being in the shade. It’s nice to be able to sit and read without having to put on sunscreen! The unit is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. The view from the bedroom when you awaken each morning is breathtaking. I look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful Ocean Views

Beautiful views of the ocean in a gated quiet community. The condo was well stocked with everything you need for the beach. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and cooking necessities. Condo was spotless and well decorated. Our family would not hesitate to book a future stay at this property!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view

The view of the ocean and Moloka’i from the condo is jar dropping. And Inside the condo is super clean and up to date with high end appliances. The beds are all very comfortable including a sofa bed. The owner is very friendly, kind and easy to reach. The location of the condo is ideal for visiting 4 beaches near by without driving. We recommend 100% staying at this condo!! Thank you very much for sharing wonderful condo

Amazing stay!

We just got back from a wonderful 12 day vacation in Maui. Part of what made our time in Maui so special was getting to stay in this beautiful condo. Where to begin? The views are simply incredible. Everything has been thought of with this place--the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you could need to make meals at home. The beds are comfortable and even the couches and chairs made this such a lovely place to come back to after a day of adventures. We loved the location too because we were in walking distance of coastal walking trails and nearby bays and beaches. The area was quiet and calming, as opposed to some of the other areas of the island. We've stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this one is our favorite thus far. The Baskins are awesome hosts! We thank them for a wonderful stay!

Unbelievable view in beautiful, spacious villa

The views are spectacular and the villa is quite spacious. Hiking trails, beaches, and great snorkeling are within walking distance. It was truly easy to get to wonderful food and shopping. We have never stayed this far N on Maui but it did not disappoint. We enjoyed every aspect of this stay!

We had an outstanding stay. The property was even better than described. Location was perfect. Just a few feet from the pool and a very short walk to an awesome sandy beach. Snorkeling was also close by. We had three teenagers and there was plenty of room to spread out. TV had Roku and tons of cable stations. Kitchen was well appointed and finishes throughout were top notch. Highly recommend this property for great views, great location and amenities.

Excellent Getaway

The Condo is even better in person! We arrived mid-day and were blown away by the location and the views, and proximity to the best beaches! We had everything we needed to enjoy cooking, relaxing, and going out to enjoy the local beaches. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful Property and Location

The communication with owners was excellent. They were very concerned with the quality of our visit and the maintenance of their property. We really enjoyed the beach, snorkeling and cliff jumping which were all just a short walk from the property. The views from the property are amazing.

Excellent stay!

We are a family of 4 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We played tennis everyday, swam in the pool and visited the beach just below the unit. Superb location and amenities. Condo had everything we needed to cook, visit the beach, and relax! It was also tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. We hope to visit again!

Our stay

The property was exceptionally clean and just as the site showed. Lisa helped us get in early as we got in the day before so we were able to enjoy the pool before picking up our friends. Only comment to all visiting is shut off the air and enjoy the fresh air as it was fantastic and the breezes keep it cool. Plus you get to hear the waves all night which is soothing.

The View!

Everything about this property was top drawer. Well provisioned and stocked. But the view from this place was stunning. Entire North wall on main floor is glass (approx 33 linear feet, and floor to ceiling) yielding a spectacular view of the ocean and the mysterious island of Molokai. Spent most of my spare time viewing humpbacks with a spotting scope I set up on the lanai. Only negative, and this is soooo minor, is mastering all the random electronic remotes on the property.

Amaxing Kapalua Views

This beautiful condo does not disappoint. The living spaces and bedrooms are large, comfortable, well lit and the high ceilings make you feel like you are outside. The kitchen is very well equipped, as it the closet with beach accessories. The location is handy for the Kapula shuttle, walks along the coastal trail, walking distance to Kapalua Bay beach - one of the best snorkelling places on the island. Our favourite part of the condo is the panoramic view and the balcony whale watching. A truely special place.

Beautiful Stay in Kapalua

My family including my husband and my adult son and his girlfriend had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful Baskin Bay Villa. The 180 degree views of the ocean from all the windows were amazing. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was, likewise, was well equipped and stocked with the basics for cooking. The villa was perfectly located for a walk to the beach and the pool was close by too. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Also, the property manager was available to answer all our questions and responsive to all our requests, especially when we forgot a piece of luggage. They were easy to communicate with and took care of shipping it back to us expeditiously. We would definitely love to rent this villa when we return to Kapaula in the future.

Our 5th and best Stay in Kapalua

Where do I start. Our stay was for 11 nights. The large size of this unit offers panoramic views with sliding doors all around which open to the beautiful view and Tradewinds. This unit has 3 seperate central air conditioning units/zones (up stairs, master bedroom and lower level). The AC units were quiet and cooled the unit quickly. The kitchen and restrooms were well stocked. Lots of pool and bath towels. Two washer and dryer units (up stairs and master bedroom). More then enough beach equipment- 5 Tommy Bahamma stairs, two umbrellas and lots of beach toys. Bonus... a beach cart is also available which is perfect for transporting chairs, tents, and boogie boards to the beach. We didn't know it until we purchased a cart from Walmart. Now there are two carts!!! Parking... another bonus... right in front of the unit!! Everything was high end quality and worked!! Prior to our arrival we had a special request which Quam Property Managenment glady accommodated. Mahalo
