Fantastic Thanksgiving stay!

We enjoyed Connie’s beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the location was perfect. My family would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed hosting Pia and her family for the Thanksgiving weekend! Pia is very communicative, quick in response and very reliable. Having them as guests was a pleasure. They treated the house like their own home and I would love to host Pia and her family again in the near future!

Amazing stay!

Immaculately maintained and incredibly quiet and spacious home with decor very well appointed! Beds were very comfortable and massive heated pool with 2 small waterfall fixtures was amazing and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed an incredible 2 week vacation at Conny's beautiful home. The house is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need, especially the kitchen designed for serious cooking. The outdoor dining area is perfect for entertaining and the pool is large. Thanks to Conny for hosting us and to her property manager Michael!

Conny - this met and exceeded all expectations, you have a lovely house which was perfect for what we wanted. Amazing house and property

This was my second time renting this property after my family, and I had such a wonderful experience a couple of years ago, I can only say that the property has improved even more with time. The owner and property manager are incredibly kind and professional. The pictures in no way to justice to this beautiful gem of a home. Stunning home perfect for a family getaway

My family and I could not have picked a more beautiful home to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday! We had a few rainy days and two 18 year olds, who were more than happy to stay at home and take advantage of the pool table, ping pong table, full gym…everything! Conny was so warm and welcoming in all of her communications. Her home is absolutely stunning! It was beautifully decorated and had many spaces to gather as a family. We spent every morning having coffee on the front porch and afternoons in the gorgeous pool. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need! The location was very close to shopping and beaches. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation retreat. Thanks Conny!! Xo

Great place to end our two month trip.

This house has all the bell’s and whistles. A nautical theme, with comfy couches, a kitchen that any professional cook would dream of having. The pool was unbelievable. I got to swim everyday in heaven. Not to mention the beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I’ve never experienced such luxury! We had an eagle that hung out in the backyard.

Family trip

The house was great, especially the pool and gym in the basement. Location is perfect, close to town but also private and quiet. The property manager was responsive when issues arose (problems with AC) and contacted the appropriate people to come and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Fabulous house

This house was amazing. I am always hesitant to rent a house because I am afraid it will never be as good as it might look. Pleasantly, this house exactly matched the description. The most important thing for me is cleanliness. The house was immaculate and I am very fussy. (I clean hospital rooms for friends so they are safer?) No peeling paint and chipping walls here. Everything was really up to snuff. The owner was lovely and her house manager was extremely efficient. We called him to help us work something and he was there within the hour.

Amazing home for a family holiday

The pictures do not do this place anywhere near justice. It is a gorgeous and comfortable house that my family and I enjoyed immensely. The communication with the owner and property manager were wonderful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. It was spotless and comfortable. We loved having a full gym and ping pong table, and the pool and yard are magnificent. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is accessible to the beach and town. The communication and attentiveness of the property manager was excellent. We would be thrilled to stay here in the future!

This property was even more than what the photos showed! We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful home. Michael the property manager was wonderful and the owner as well. Great home, very comfortable!

Stayed with a group of 5 co-workers for an editorial event in Watermill. The home was perfect for all. Mike, the house manager, was extremely helpful and replied to any questions promptly. Loved the gym! Would definitely recommend for pleasure or business stay!
