La casa de dos pisos cuenta con 3 dormitorios en la planta superior junto con un dormitorio para invitados en suite en la planta baja junto con una piscina climatizada. El dormitorio principal incluye vestidor, chimenea, baño privado y oficina privada. La cocina está hecha para el chef exigente y es perfecta para el entretenimiento. Los electrodomésticos profesionales de Viking y Sub Zero establecen el estándar para el entretenimiento a un nivel superior al resto.
Muebles y obras de arte son varios pasos por encima de la casa de alquiler promedio. Una hermosa mesa de comedor de granja antigua se sentará cómodamente. Los porches cubiertos delanteros y traseros completan el área de entretenimiento junto con la piscina de gunnite y la piscina para niños en un porche trasero proyectado. Our group of family and friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was absolutely perfect and very clean! The location was fantastic and within minutes of many great restaurants! Sean was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive! We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend!

Family birthday get together

Sean is a great host and extremely gracious. He was prompt, responsive and very accommodating. The property was excellent, as advertised and quintessential Hamptons. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the Hamptons.

Home for the holidays

Had a great time getting together with family for Christmas and New Years. We used every inch of the house and loved it! There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together as well as retreat to... the kids loved the back yard where they played every day... we even made it to the beach to watch the waves .... overall great stay.

Perfect Southampton escape

This house didn’t disappoint its beauty and Sean is an absolute gem of a host. The pictures don’t fully capture all of the amenities of this house or how spacious it really is. We had 5 adult couples comfortably stay here for a week and all agreed we NEED to come back! Thanks to Sean for a beautiful home and for being incredibly responsive.

Amazing Rental Experience!!

This home was the perfect size, and location for a fun filled family Christmas! Sean was a great host who allowed us to check in early and the kitchen is sooo well stocked I didn't need the things I brought form home. The dining room table that sits 14 made our meals inclusive. I would highly recommend this property (and I am certain it is even more fun in the summer as there is a pool!).

Beautiful off-season weekend

We had a fantastic long weekend at Sean's home. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and has just about everything you could need for a short or long trip! My group was so impressed. The artwork and furnishings are truly lovely. Wish we could snag a week or two in the summer months to enjoy the pool! Also, I left an item at the house and Sean shipped it back to me in no time flat. Thanks again.

A wonderful week!

This was our third year renting from Sean, and each time he has been an exemplary host. The house is lovely, inviting, comfortable - absolutely perfect, with every amenity you might need. The pool is just the right temperature, and our teenager loved the tree-swing in the yard. Each time we reached out to Sean with a question, he responded immediately and was extremely helpful. This property is our favorite rental property, and we had our best week ever.

Wonderful Week!

We had a wonderful week stay at Sean’s beautiful house in Southampton. It was just my husband, mother and me, but was the perfect place. This was our first time in the Hamptons and it was a very relaxing and fantastic experience. The house was great and close to both Cooper’s Beach and the village. Sean was very kind, responsive and helpful. We are already planning our next trip back.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!!

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home!! It is very clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated! We could not have chosen a more welcoming and relaxing place!! The kitchen is well equipped, has high end appliances and a large island where we made many meals together and enjoyed them at the huge (and gorgeous) dining room table. There is a grill and we were able to do lots of barbecuing as well. The beds are quite comfy and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer on the second floor. One of our favorite parts of the house was "the barn", a unique, cozy, and beautifully built area (connected to the house) for gatherings and for guests to stay. The location is great ...a bike ride to the beach and a walk to Tates! The village is close by with many terrific restaurants and lots of shopping. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions that we had, helpful , and so nice! There is so much to say about this house... it felt like home and we hope to come back!!

Perfect getaway!

I can't say enough nice things about this property and owner. The home is even better than the photos! Tons of space for all to relax. It rained and was chilly the week we stayed so we were indoors at the house a lot and it did not disappoint! So much to do, we played board games, ping pong, cooked amazing meals and watched movies! Oh and the house is filled with amazing books to read in every room. The house is clean, very comfortable and felt like our own home. Sean the owner is very kind and super quick with responses to any questions. Location of the home is a very quick drive to excellent restaurants and beaches! We can't wait to come back again!

Great Southampton Stay

This house was one of the better ones we have rented. The “barn” extension is a great gathering place for family, such a fun room. Will definitely go back.

Terrific Stay and a Great Host

The property was very accurately described and served our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and well-cared for by a terrific host, Sean. We stayed in the winter to just get away, but this would be a fantastic home for the summer with a really nice pool and good proximity to town and the Atlantic beaches,

Our Southampton Holiday Adventure

I am thrilled to write that Sean's lovely home was the center for our family to come and go, (all safely..being tested for COVID each time before returning) for November and December. The property was just as photographed, spacious, tastefully decorated with great care, fine art, and household items well curated. Each time we had a question or specific need, Sean was immediately available to quickly address. We loved our stay, had the most meaningful holidays for our family during these difficult pandemic days, and thank Sean for facilitating everything so well! None of us wanted to leave to return to our homes, and we will definitely return!

Best family vacation!

I have rented several homes in the past through VRBO and this was one of the best! The home is wonderfully kept and lovely. We were two families of 4 and grandparents, so a total of 10 people. Splitting the beds for 8 people in the main house was easy. But the last two people had to sleep in the pool house. The pool house is connected and a great place to hang out. However, compared to the main house, the basement room isn't the nicest (cold and dark). The loft trundle bed could use new sheets as well. Other than that, we didn't have any trouble. We love the house and the pool so much, we didn't even venture out much. The host, Sean was absolutely wonderful! We hope to be back in the future.

Great house for a family group

We had a wonderful weekend while in town for a family wedding. With 8 adults and a grandbaby, we all had private spaces yet plenty of room for being together for meals and gatherings. The house is impeccable and well appointed and the pool, outside play area and table tennis were added fun. Close drive to beach and town. Bring your own soap; none provided.

Great family and friends gathering spot

The house was ideal for four couples, an infant and a friend who came out from the city. The accomodations were very comfortable and the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were visiting Southampton for the U.S. Open PGA Tournament at Shinnecock and the location was ideal as well as convenient to the village for shopping and dining and an easy drive to the beach. Also, it was easy to get on the Montauk Highway and visit other spots on Long Island. We found the owner Sean to be very responsive to all our questions and quick to meet any needs we had. Our rating for the property is five stars.
