Odies Beach Vacation 2026

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience at Ariel Dunes I was excellent. Great location for my stay - walking distance to the event venue and the beach. Loved the convenience of the Cabana Cafe on the first floor! Even though I was checking in/out as the same time as multiple people, there were enough luggage carts to make the process easy. The unit was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay there again!

Concert Weekend

The only thing that wasn't so good was the elevators. One of the was broken the whole time and the elevator wait time was crazy. We will still go back though.

Great location and pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Only took a few short minutes to walk to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony as well, which you usually don’t get unless the condo is right on the beach or right across the road from the beach. I believe they may have been having a slight plumbing/leaking issue. The laundry room floor was full of water when we arrived. We didn’t have to use the washer or dryer so not sure what was going on, but there was also one side of the rug in the living room that was soaking wet upon arrival and never fully dried. The owners also didn’t allow access to a smart tv remote so we could not access Netflix or any other subscription networks, which was slightly inconvenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved that there were ceiling fans in each room to keep them cool. Our 5 year old also loved the pool!

Not a clean room!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed as soon as I walked in to the master bathroom. There was a very unpleasant smell. As I tried to figure out where the smell was coming from I noticed a lot of cleaning errors. The walls by the toilet seat had stains (poop, pee) the plunger and toilet brush were so dirty and nasty. Doors, baseboards, blinds, mirror's, ect had dust and stains. I let management know about the smell and HK came in with 2 cleaning rag and a bottle spray to “clean” but never saw any difference. Smell and stains were still there. Location is great. 3 min walk to beach.

Fun at the Beach

We needed linens for the sleeper sofa and a sauce pan because there was only skillets in the condo and they got them for us right away. The reason I did not give the condo 5 stars is because the floor could have been cleaner and it is the first condo I've rented where trash bags and dish soap was not provided. We will stay again! We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing!

The curtains hanging in the main living area and the primary suite are aesthetic and do not have a complete curtain rod allowing them to close. With sunrise around 6 am, we were unable to sleep-in past this time. For this reason, I would not book this condo again.

Wonderful Rental

We had a great time. The condo was nice and clean. Only thing I would say is there needs to be a few more towels and wash clothes. The place is great and the resort very nice.

We will most definitely follow up with the owner regarding A/C restrictions, however do please note that it is common in Florida to prevent A/C units from going too low - as due to the heat and use it can cause units to freeze and not perform if set too low.

Overall good

Overall nice place. Condo as described, Beach sand was everywhere in the kitchen among other cleanliness issues when we arrived. Called manager and refunded cleaning fee-that was appropriate and appreciated. Great view from the balcony, beach access is a bit of a walk to get to. Not terrible but would be nicer if it was across from the resort and not 4-5 accesses down the street! This resort is large, 24 floors.elevators are short in supply, so be prepared to wait. Ample parking. Pool(s) are wonderful.

We just wanted a broom and trash bags.

Beautiful view of both bay and ocean but a bit of a hike to get to the water. Condo is not well stocked. Minimal dishes and cook wear. There was only one trash bag for 4 people for an entire week and no dish soap. Biggest complaint was that there were 3 dust pans but no broom! No matter how careful you are you still bring sand in with you and we did not enjoy walking on it in the condo. Would have been nice to be able sweep it up daily.

Wonderful Property!
