Family birthday

This condo was a great stay! Plenty of room for five adults and a baby. We all had our own bathrooms, and the view of the gulf was beautiful! We walked right to the beach. However, using VRBO for the “home away from home” experience was disappointing- it was a hassle to have to buy dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper. Just a few basic household supplies would have made it a 10 out of 10! Have a couple water bottles and coffee grounds as your guests arrive and we’ll love you forever!

We have stayed at seascape multiple times We enjoyed our stay but have a few recommendations. The condo was outdated. The light in laundry room did not work. The floor lamp blinked pn and off. The tv,s were much smaller than pictured on line

Seascape vacay

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay during Christmas week. Overall our stay was great. Our only complaint was the master bedroom had a strong urine-like odor. I’m not sure if a pet had been in there or whatever. To be fair I didn’t complain about it because aside from getting the carpeting steam cleaned or replaced I don’t think there was much one could do about it quickly. A can of air freshener really helped. We needed an extra blanket on our bed and housekeeping was prompt in bringing one up to us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. The unit was furnished nicely and the balcony views of the Gulf were exceptional. We will definitely be back again :)

Amazing Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean, it had beautiful views of the golf and perfect location to watch the sunset on the balcony. Very spacious. Ton's of kitchen supplies! Only drawback was the King bed was extremely hard and the pillows were just cotton pillows with no substance. The one sliding glass door facing the sunset could not be locked. Wasn't a huge deal. I blocked it at night (my children slept in the living room). Pillows in the one queen bed with the bay view balcony were way too hard my Mother in law said. The pools were unbelievably cold lol on hot days it was nice, still hard to get used to, but on cloudy days it was way to cold to get into, but the kids still loved it. These were the only things and we could live with it because this resort was just perfect location! The pools were great and very clean, staff was friendly and lovely. Central location and felt extremely safe! We will be coming back!

Nice condo, needs a few renovations/updates

Reviewer Comments: Pros: excellent location, simple 2 min walk to beach, great amenities, wonderful views, massive wrap around balcony, back bedroom balcony, corner unit, plenty of space for our family of 4, pull out couch was extremely helpful, beach service was convenient! Check in/out was easy. Cons: carpet needs to be replaced, like a few years ago. Need more kitchen pots and pans, I understand keeping the A/C fixed at 70, so the owners bill isn’t astronomical, but I wish I could’ve turned it down to 68 or 69 at night. I sleep hot. Understand it’s all relative to each person. I’d stay again as I loved the property, I’d maybe look at a different high floor 3bd/3ba corner unit...but would be fine if we stayed at this unit again.

Everyone had plenty of space, and felt right at home. We are already looking at dates for next summer to book again. We felt safe, and the condo as a whole was clean and nice. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. Just a few things to point out. The unit does need some TLC. There were a lot of dents in the wall and it didn’t really look as nice as the online pictures. I think some patching and paint work would go a long way. I also got a parking ticket because I forgot to put my license and state on the tag. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just leave me a friendly reminder instead of a ticket I now have to appeal. Hi

Where do I Start??

Reviewer Comments: Dust filled rooms, stopped up toilet, broken dishwasher...the amenities grew! But the best one of all-the property managers are also on vacation! Try calling-you are caller 243! And then it hangs up on you! Go by the office? A lady who is hiding in the back finally comes out to direct you to another building. The “brown building” was nowhere to be found! And the best part? A ton of yellow bands (gold nuggets) are offered up for pool access. But you better not lose one! Why? $30 extra added to this already exclusive property! Thank goodness the beach was its old reliable self-turquoise water, white powdery sands, toasty sunshine. Had it come with those famous Ariel Dune amenities, I don’t think I could have taken any more! Enjoy!

Window shade broken in bedroom so it's either up or down, no in-between.2. The shade in the bunk bed bedroom is very thin so the outside light shines right through which is uncomfortable for sleeping.3. The bottom bunk bed mattress has a pretty deep depression in the center.4. The refrigerator - potentially the ice maker - makes a very weird loud noise. 5. Wish the property included hair dryers in the bathrooms. 6. Wish we'd known the pool wasn't heated during the month of October.

Beautiful Vacation

We had a short girls trip and couldn't have asked for anything better. Condo was clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular from the balcony.

Unclean Rental

Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely the dirtiest condo I have every stayed in. There were potatoe chip particles and left over hair on the floor from the pervious guest. I called customer service to have someone come to vaccum but no one nevershowed up. If you have allergies stay away from this place, there is dust in there from 2020! To come into a place and you can clearly see this place haven't been clean in MONTHS and To be charged $200 for a cleaning fee is totally unacceptable! The only thing good about this condo was the location.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times in the past and gave it a rest because it was starting to deteriorate but we gave it another chance. It is clear this unit needs major updates. The kitchen table leg was broken from the table when we arrive and the chairs were very unstable. The outdoor patio furniture was also broken,table and chairs. The silverware had exactly service for only 7 so we had to keep washing everything to eat daily. The towels supplied could fit a two year old, they were the smallest bath towels I have ever seen. At least two lamps were broken but were carefully perched so as to appear normal. No hairdryers provided and they had always been in the past. The seascape staff was very responsive to our needs. I am a local and used to love this rental building but now will most likely never rent there again. This building is old and the owners need to renovate.
