Terrible management!

Description was not correct! Check in time said 5:00 they were suppose to send out a code with the password for door access, we waited at the door for a hour, we called & called they said House keeping was cleaning it but we were at the door the whole time house keeping was not there, when they finally sent the code at 6:00, it was dirty! Paper work from other guest was still on counter top, sand in the beds! You pay for a cleaning fee but they require you do clean all dishes & take the trash out of condo, so your paying them to clean what! Terrible! Never again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GREAT location--easy walk to the best beach we've ever been to and a good restaurant on site.However, there were problems. The A/C does not cool below 74 degrees. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom has very little verticle space because it's under the twin overhead. It's also got a solid wall of frame, so if you're over 5'9" you won't be able to stretch out. The floor was not clean--the bottoms of our feet (after being at the beach AND showering, were dirty.The handle for the screen door in the living room is broken. There is is mold on the master bedroom nightstands.

The kitchen does need some help on what is available for guest. No cookie sheet, no spatula and the pan for eggs is horrific.... So some of the basics there were disappointing as I usually do not have to pack basic kitchen tools. Also, the fact that we only got two rolls of toilet paper per toilet was a new one for me. But obviously all units and owners are different on what they will provide and make sure is available. All and all it was a great space that worked very well for our family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very dirty and unkept. The couch was broken, stained and very dirty. The curtains were broken and heavily stained. The outdoor table was rusted, the chairs cushions were ripped. There were coffee stains on the tables, stains on doors, toaster oven was filthy, and there was dust on the headboards. We requested a new unit, but of course that was a no. Management was not very responsive to our needs. Housekeeping was sent up to clean those small things, and we were told maintenance would come up. After two days without hearing from management we were told the couch was NOT broken, we requested again for someone on management to come and just see the unit. We were told that was not going to be able to happen, and we could send pictures. Yet again after sending pictures we heard nothing. On Thursday we called again and got a different agent this time and she claimed there was nothing that could be done. They would look at the unit and make necessary repairs for the next tenant. At this point we were just done. While heading back to our unit on the elevator we noticed someone with a seascape badge, she was actually heading to our room with a 25 food voucher🥴. I asked her if she could just come and LOOK at our unit. Upon entering our unit she saw exactly what we had been complaining about ALL week. She apologized for the poor quality of our unit and the response from the front desk staff. She assured us that they would make this right. The worst part was that had they come and actually looked at our unit on day 1. We wouldn’t have spent the week going back and forth with the front desk staff. Our family and I have stayed in Ariel Dunes 1 six times. We have never had an experience like this one.

Very Nice Resort!

It's between 5-6pm. I waited until 6pm to call and ask for my access code. The front desk was nice & professional. Five min later I received the code. Cabana Cafe's food was real good. Pool was great. Little rain here & there, your normal July FL weather but we still enjoyed our first time visiting Destin. Beach was also good although the lime green slimy algae was a bit much! Many came out of the water lookin like Swamp Thing Lol

Loved it.However, the couches do need to be replaced, we were scared to sit on them. Worried they were about to break. The kitchen was great but only one small pan and it was not good anymore. I know for next time to take my own kitchen pans. Oh, and the elevator was broken few times...Other than that, our stay was GREAT!! I will return to Sea Scape!! It's perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off we love Ariel Dunes and this is our second time here. This room had some issues. The pull out bed under the bunks had a very large stain on it to the point where my daughter said nope and slept on the couch. 3 of the electrical outlets where just hanging on for life. Also we would have had to go the the store for a spatula a wish and tongs to cook with had our friends not booked also. This is our first time booking through seascapes we usually use Real Joy. And this time the room was almost double.

Awesome view and close to the beach

Love the view and the proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay again. My biggest recommendation is switching out the couch. It is stained and smells horribly.

beautiful condo with stunning view of the ocean!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo was clean, bright, and airy. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony. It is very close to the beach and everything is within walking distance. The location is safe and well cared for. Check in was very easy, and Austin was super helpful in getting us registered. I am very impressed with the entire experience and would love to return to this beautiful place.

Amazing Views

Overall we had a great experience. The views were amazing and the distance to beach was quick and easy. My only complaint was the unit could have been a little cleaner as there were a few areas that obviously had not been cleaned.

2000 yards round trip.

The 450 yards to the beach not so bad, but then the next 550 to the amenity chairs. Enjoy the hot walk back. COVID has the shuttle shut down. Security personnel at entry gates were all rude. Property was very nice. Unit was clean and we'll. Kept. Slick advertising where the map shows one spot and says more details after booking.

Great Place with Easy Access

This is a very nice place to stay. Very affordable and very quick and easy access to the beach and shops. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The pools are perfect. We had lots of fun meeting other vacationers. The condo was very clean. If you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own pots and pans. They were very small and limited. If we ever go back to Miramar, we would consider staying there again.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay and the home was nicely decorated. The only drawbacks were. The pillow shams in master had blood on them (not ours) and the couch felt like sand was on the cushions especially when we laid on it. It also could use an additional set of sheets and blankets. Overall state was lovely though just needed a little bit more deep cleaning/housekeeping.
