The view is spectacular. We visited during a cold spell in February, but the patio blocked the wind and stayed sunny and warm. We could sit outside in our bathing suits while people on the boardwalk were in long sleeves.Inside, the condo furniture and beds were very comfortable. One thing to note: the towels and sheets were heavily scented with detergent and fabric softener, so if you’re sensitive to fragrances, you may want to rewash them.Our host was very welcoming and quick to respond to questions via text. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed, which made cooking easy.The complex itself was quiet, with mostly seniors and their visiting families, and everyone was friendly. The indoor-outdoor pool was a big plus, especially with the cooler weather.
We came for the sun, sand, and sea. There is nothing like this view. So relaxing.

Great location and great view

Our stay was great. The only thing that was a negative for us was the smell around the lower part of the building, like a really strong mold smell around the underbuilding garage. And no place to rinse your feet late in the evening if you walk on the beach as they lock up the area by the pool. Other than that it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at the condo. The location was great and the condo was stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. Elizabeth, the property manager, was very helpful and communication during our stay was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

It was a wonderful time, accomodations were the best. Our host communicated everything we need to know from directions, parking, check-in and out and was available for our needs. The starter basket was such a nice surprise. We highly recommend this place.

Location was very important to us because we either like to be on the beach or super close to it.

The view from this property is one of the best views we have had so far which was a must for us. We aren’t too picky about the inside as long as it is clean. We like to be walking distance to the beach and have view of the beach from our condo so if you are the same I definitely recommend this condo.

Location!

Loved the location! Close to restaurants and beach rentals. Really handy having a souvenir/shirt store located below. The view was fantastic. We had morning coffee out there each day. I parked my car and never drove the entire time. It could use updated furniture, but it worked great for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Great View

The view from this property is spectacular. Overall the condo was great, could use some updating. Great location. The only real issue was the unit was very damp, could use a de-humidifier.

Great time!

The view was amazing!! When we arrived the air conditioner was not working and it was fixed very quickly. Mr. Edgar was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the condo. Other than that it was great!

Great location!

The condo is in a great location right across from the beach with a perfect view. We were walking distance to a few restaurants and shops which was great. The condo itself is a bit outdated but still comfortable. I do recommend replacing the mattress in the bedroom. It was so uncomfortable with a big dip in the middle. Other than that I recommend this property.

Location Location Location

Fantastic property and even though a 1 bedroom place certainly has enough for a family of 4 and 6 at a push with the sofa bed. Property was clean and all the facilities needed for our stay. The Location is to die for with beautiful balcony views of the Gulf. Just 2 observations that may be of use: Couldn’t find an information book for local attractions etc and procedures though, we had been to Majestic Sun before so didn’t need it but would be useful for a first time visitor. The bed is the softest and whilst comfortable the dip in the middle makes it feel like you are climbing a mountain to roll over or get out lol. Thanks we will be back to Destin from England hopefully soon

Dark spots on ceiling in master bath, mold? Floors in master bedroom & bath need deep cleaning. Appliances in kitchen and pots & pans need to be updated. Rust on some of the appliances..
