Amazing View, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this resort! It is in a great location, perfectly out of the tourist chaos, but not too far if you want to be a tourist as well. The Unit was in good shape and was very clean, however, the appliances do need updating. The freezer and fridge doors were broken and make noises when you open them. The ice maker was a frozen mess, we turned off the ice maker and thawed it out, when we put it back in it froze up again. The water dispenser was cracked and leaked on the floor when you open the door and the water was yellow. The dryer makes a high pitched squeal, but not all of the time. These are not complaints, because these issues did not spoil our vacation, just wanted you all to know.

Condo is definitely in need of some updating. Especially the dishwasher and dryer. I had to hand wash dishes before we used because nothing looked clean even though they were put i. Dishwasher and had to run Dryer 3X to get things dry. Also some decent pillows and patio furniture would be good start because we enjoy sitting out on patio to look at the Beautiful view of the ocean. Otherwise was clean when we arrived and also had adequate towels, clean and paper products which was Nice because you dont always get that. Pools were Really nice would have liked a hot tub but wasn’t a deal breaker. Went to golf course several time was nice and decently priced. Over All would stay again!

Water in the fridge didn’t work, there was a mismatched top on the trash can and toilet seat. Nothing too big, but it’s pricy so I tend to expect better on these sorts of things.

Th furniture and entire Condo needs updating.The sofa and small stools are filthy with stains all over them.The Condo needs to be cleaned. The picture is misleading. I called an emailed the property management issues were not resolved. The view from the balcony is nice. During checkout only 2 elevators were working. Condo should be taken off all websites. Very disappointed 😞

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors left your feet black and no mop or bucket provided. There was a smelly, mildewy rug folded up and dumped on the balcony. There were splatters on the walls and nails with no pictures on them. The pots, pans, dishes, small appliances were filthy. Ceiling fans dusty. No batteries in the tv remotes. Management told us to relax by the pool while they had housekeeping take care of it. Called daily, never came. Still waiting on two promised call backs from management. Failed on all counts..

Perfect beach view

We had to use shoes while in unit or feet would be black. The tv didn’t work maintenance came to fix and got it on but then I could not get off and I believe it was remote that was the issue. (Maybe batteries...I left note in unit so it would be fixed for next person ) Balcony light was burnt out so maintenance fixed. Maintenance was very nice. The bunk beds or pull out couch bed was not super comfortable but duable. The elevators we not all running so one or two were broke at all times so the elevators were slow getting up and down which is to be expected with so many units in building but would have been a bit better if all were up and running. All and all it was a great stay but thought I would pass along my experiences. We would for sure that there again. The resort was very safe and close to beach and the unit 2205 was a perfect view of beach

Great Location, Not So Great Accommodation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our condo through the Moon Crush Music Festival. The location was easy walking distance to the venue.Unfortunately, the condo was very "tired". There is no dining area aside from the kitchen breakfast bar. The one dresser's drawers did not open or close very well. There was an old, folded rug in the corner of the deck. There were several other "minor" items, broken kitchen cabinet hinge, etc. We were also surprised that bath amenities besides bar soap were not included. Given the price per night, a very poor value for the money.
