What you've described falls well short of the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're truly sorry for the stress and disappointment this caused during what should have been a relaxing week with your family. Each issue you raised is valid and concerning — from the plumbing and maintenance problems, to the condition of the comforter and couch, to the kitchen being under-stocked, and especially the early entry by our cleaning crew during your stay. That last point in particular is a serious lapse in respecting your privacy and check-out time, and it shouldn't have happened. We're grateful you loved Majestic Suns enough to return 4-5 times, and we don't want this experience to be the reason that changes. We'd really appreciate the chance to make this right — please reach out to us directly so we can discuss a resolution and ensure these issues (the linens, furniture, appliances, and communication with the cleaning crew) are addressed immediately. Thank you again for your honesty, and we're sorry we didn't meet the mark this time.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the cleaning and maintenance concerns you experienced. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can address the issues you mentioned, especially the cleanliness of the restrooms, condition of the extra linens, and the water and shower concerns. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and we’re actively working with the owner to make necessary updates. We appreciate your honesty and are grateful you still made the most of your trip.
