Ancient monastery between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. On the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, natural border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, we find the Agriturismo Bevignano, in a very quiet and panoramic position. Its origins date back to 1600 when it was used as a Monastery, as demonstrates the presence of a church. This ancient hamlet still preserves its architectural features unaltered and will be the ideal destination for those who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.
Two farmhouses divided into four independent apartments. The property consists of two farmhouses, in the main farmhouse there are the apartments Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the owners' home, while in the other farmhouse we find Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina. Between the two buildings there are a swimming pool and a tennis court. Each apartment has private entrance and equipped outdoor space. By renting all the apartments (groups up to 15 people) you can benefit from the privacy and independence of a single house. Casa Vana is equipped with everything you need to gather and eat together.
The tennis court, the swimming pool and the activities of the farm. All around the houses there are 70 hectares of wood where it will be very pleasant to take long and relaxing walks and 1,200 olive trees, thanks to which the owners produce an excellent extra virgin organic olive oil that can be tasted and bought at the farm. The owners, to maintain the origins and traditions of the place unaltered have chosen sober and essential finishes and furnishings, combining them with the comforts of modern life, such as the swimming pool (size 7x14 m - depth 1.00 - 2.50 m . - open from 1st May to 30 September), the tennis court, the table tennis, the barbecue, the wood-burning oven, the laundry service and the Wi-Fi internet access (available on request to the owner's house and garden). Your small size four-legged friends are also welcome. The village of Monte San Savino with shops and services is about 10 km away. Guests upon arrival and throughout the holiday can benefit from the assistance of the owners also in English and French.

First floor apartment with entrance from external stone staircase and typical small loggia. Wide living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath, connecting room with twin beds, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath.
CASA LINDA
Mezzanine apartment (2 steps) composed of living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

CASA GESUINA
Ground floor apartment composed of living-dining room, small kitchen, twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath. The rooms are connected with each other through two or three steps.
