This was the second time I have rented out this flat. This time I was in the flat 20. Like last year, the flat was clean when I arrived and there was plenty of towels and toilet paper. There was plenty of cooking utensil, pots, pans and dishes. When I arrived there were 3 out of 6 light bulbs out. I texted the property management and they were responded within 5 hours and the lights were replaced the next day. Then the following week, the washer/dryer door broke. I texted the property management and they sent maintenance same day. Maintenance took some pictures and said he would order the part as soon as possible. In the mean time, property management offered the use of another flat's washer/dryer if I needed to do a load of laundry. It took 3 business days to replace the door, so not too bad. I was quite happy that this management company, especially Angela and Danielle, responded to my text within a couple of hours of me sending the text. Excellent customer service. If you can, rent out this flat, primarily due to their customer service.

Groovy pad near Farringdon Station!

Loved this apartment! So clean, welcoming, supplied with all the things we needed. Towels, kitchen, dish soap, laundry soap, drying rack. Comfy beds and bathrooms Great location. Would definitely stay here again when we have the chance!

Beware

When asked to pay for the accommodation I was taken to a third party payment website which also asked for licence and passport details. This raised serious red flags, and I was unable to contact the accommodation provider.

Great location, several pubs nearby!

Easy access to tube stations and bus lines, so we could get anywhere in London easily. Three pubs within a block in each direction, each with different food options. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped but cabinetry designed for those 5’7 or taller with no step stool available. Also no paper towels or basics like salt and pepper, but nice basket of coffee, teas, and snacks.

Central to tube and bus options. Loved our evening exploring the many restaurants, pubs and bars in nearby Exmouth Market area. The flat had ample space in common living/dining/kitchen area. The flat was clean and we found sufficient bath towels for the group (5 adults). The bedrooms had both drawer storage as well as closet space. Bathrooms had ample space. The lift was most helpful in getting our large bags up to the third floor. The photos in listing are accurate in reflecting how flat looks. Things to know that don’t translate to photos: If weather requires you sleep with open windows(no a/c in flat) then you will experience evening street noise(note there is a very popular pub within 1/2block of flat).The mattresses in bedrooms are of low quality thus you may not have a very comfortable night of rest. In summary the flat worked for us but the older folks in our group left a bit tired due to late night noise and uncomfortable sleeping.The young adults in the group thought it was all GOOD!

Just okay

While the location is very good, this is not a five star lodging. Dishwasher with metal strip impeding the door, poor water pressure in second shower needing repair, no coffee pot until we asked, third bed in living room impossible to sleep two people, unable to open a bedroom window for ventilation. Bed sizes were smaller than expected, so describe as “UK/EU” if that is the case. Welcome sheet with directions for stove and suggestions of dining or attractions in neighborhood would have been helpful. The repair man was friendly and efficient.

Nice Flat, Large Living Area

The Two bedroom, two bath flat was clean, well equipped with a large living room, dining room, kitchen area. All the rooms and hallway were equipped with radiators and kept the flat comfortable. All the appliances were name brand and of high quality. Both bedrooms had flat screen television on the walls and there were plenty of storage for your clothes. Would suggest that the flat came with instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances. People who don’t understand how to use a combo washer/dryer would have a problem trying to figure out how to use it. Also would be nice to have paper towels in the flat. There were plenty of toilet paper though. Only issue was that the power went out in the building at midnight and there wasn’t an emergency number to call. Needless to say the flat was getting cold by the time we could call the property management. And to make matters worse, the smoke detectors in the whole building went off at 8:15am. So we had no power and blaring smoke detectors. And it was snowing/raining We were all in the lobby but the sound was so loud, we had to leave. Found out later that one of the flats had a defective detector. At least the property management was responsive. And luckily the detectors didn’t go off during the night because there isn’t an emergency number to call. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay. I would definitely rent the flat again.

El apartaments está en una buena ubicación. Aún asi, el apartamento tiene detalles que se deberian revisar. Los colchones són muy poco comodos, se hunden. El calienta toallas no funciona. El horno sucio y el extractor no funciona bien. Todo el apartamento debería revisarse y darle mantenimento.

4 Friends in London

Four adults stayed at this property July 2022. The pictures on the website were accurate and represent various units. Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was hot during this time, but there were several fans. The fans were helpful, but we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat. It was noisy due to street traffic and early morning workers in the area. Our unit had two bedrooms with comfortable, queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. There were two bathrooms. Both had a full shower. One had a tub and shower. There are gems like a dishwasher, washer/dryer combined unit. There is a toaster, microwave, and a full complement of pots, dishware, and utensils. There was also a clothing rack to hang clothes. Unfortunately, the washer dryer unit took an extremely long time to wash and dry clothing. It was more efficient to wash the clothing and hang them on the clothing rack. We took full advantage of the stove and refrigerator. We cooked breakfast and occasionally dinner. It was a home away from home. Everyone in our travel party was quite comfortable. Also, there is access to an underground (tube) station and a bus stop nearby. The property owner must fix the elevator as it was challenging to bring luggage up several flights of stairs. It was difficult for 2 members of our group as they both have medical conditions that made taking the stairs each day very challenging. We were not the only ones who struggled to do so7.5/10. 9/10 if the elevator works.

Charming Flat

Great location and apt

Enjoyed our stay - 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with plenty of room for 2 or 3 people. Kitchen was lacking a bit in terms of things (no spices, paper towels, oven mits, etc.). Did try to call one time for help and no help or return call. Figured it out so didn't follow up. Appreciated the fans since it was quite warm while we were in London. Great location - will stay again.
