Junto a la playa, recientemente renovado, justo enfrente de Public Way 2. La unidad ofrece 2 dormitorios, 1 baño completo, capacidad para 5 personas. La unidad está a poca distancia de la playa de Beautiful Wells, el restaurante Forbes, helados, tiendas locales, Roller Over Café, Boardwalk Arcade, Billy's Chowder House y Varano's Italian Restaurant y mucho más.
Ofrecemos 2 estacionamientos para autos. También estamos ubicados en Wells Beach Trolley Line, que ofrece transporte para recorrer Wells, Ogunquit, York y Kennebunk Maine.

Beach access couldn't have been more convenient, ample parking, quiet street, clean home, included plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, wagons, toys, hosts are incredibly nice and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beach Getaway

Great rental properry with fantastic location. Owners were very responsive and easiest check-in/checkout process I've ever encountered. The rental had everything you would need for a getaway to the beach.I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Spectacular Week!

We had the best week! Weather was beautiful and the apartment was adorable. So cute and charming and felt like home. We had everything we needed and more. Maureen & David were very nice, great hosts!Minutes from beach; they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon to carry all your stuff to beach, etc.Would definitely recommend staying here :)Kathy

This is a wonderful property!

We love this property. I do have to say that it a second floor walk up so it may not be for everybody, but as long as you can do stairs it's absolutely wonderful. The apartment is decorated nicely and has a well appointed kitchen and bath. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice size closets. The backyard is a good size with a gas grill and nice tables and chairs for chilling and eating.

A really great place

This is a second floor apartment. Very well appointed with new appliances, a terrific full size bathroom and two very nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the little town area. You have a view of the ocean from the living room window.

Our Family Weekend Away

Cute place nice and close to the beach. Was a little warm on the 2nd floor with no AC but they did have plenty of fans. other than that it was Great Weekend Away! Maureen and David were very friendly!

Beach House Heaven

Thank you Maureen and David! Our stay at your house was the best it could be. We just loved being steps away from the beach. Our daughter and grandson joining us was a last minute request and you were so accommodating including toys that made him over the moon happy! The beds were so comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We feel so happy with our time away and made great memories with our family. We would love to come back. Thanks again!

Wonderful stay in Wells Beach

We just returned from a lovely stay in Wells Beach. The cottage is located very conveniently, a very short walk to public way 2 (2 minutes to the beach for an adult- with a 4 year old add five minutes). It’s also a quick walk to Forbes seafood and the shops there at mile road. The unit is definitely small, but it has everything you need and a lot of thoughtful touches that make up for the size- things like lots of hooks on the back of every door. The small backyard was perfect for a place to get some air and eat a meal, plus it was easy to leave beach things outside by the gate. There was an extra hanging rack to dry towels and bathing suits out there as well. Having a real bathtub was extremely helpful with young children. Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was compact but had all the things you need plus space in the cabinets for things you bring. There is no AC but lots of big windows provide a cross breeze and there were box fans provided, so I was comfortable even on the hottest day we were there. Communication with the owners was great. I would highly recommend this rental as long as you don’t need a lot of space to spread out.

“Worth a visit. Worth a lifetime.”

We LOVE this place! We have vacationed for a week at this property twice and both vacations were awesome because of what this property/owners provided. Beautiful, super clean, & convenient. The owners are very attentive and responded quickly every time we contacted them. The proximity of the property to the ocean is perfect. It is a very short walk to the beach making it extremely easy & relaxing to go to and from the beach. No need to plan and pack for a whole day at the beach nor worry about parking/fees/restrooms. Able to come and go as needed conveniently. Walking distance to shops, arcade, food, playground & many places to explore. Only one problem with this property… it’s so awesome we hate having to leave and begin counting the days til next year!

Wells Beach

Great location, with comfortable furnishings with all the conveniences. In the second floor just a short walk to the beach. The beach is visible from the living room. Nice cross breeze with the windows open and plenty of fans when it got a little warm. Close to grocery store and drug store. Easy parking. Would recommend!

Great Location and Super Clean Home

We stay in Wells every year and this was one of our favorite places. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the house was beautifully remodeled, and the owners were great. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Excellent location and sparkling clean!

We rented the week after my daughter's graduation. We were greeted by a congratulations balloon on the door, graduation napkins and plates and a cake in the refrigerator as well as a bottle of wine on the table! The owners were so gracious and they are available at a moment's notice if you need them. The beach house was sparkling clean and the backyard was very convenient with grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a big patio table. There were unlimited amenities that made this very convenient for us. It was just a walk across the street to the beach which was not populated at all. The beds were comfortable and brand new and the decor and furnishings were also new. There was a wonderful ocean breeze upstairs in all of the windows which made the evenings very pleadant. You can hear the surf from the living room. And the convenient location was wonderful for a midnight stroll. Excellent neighborhood! David and Maureen were friendly and fantastic to rent from. I would highly recommend the beach house! We will most certainly return and were more than pleased with our stay! Their thoughtfulness with our daughter's graduation made the weekend extra special. We had a perfect vacation getaway! Thank you David and Maureen!

This was our first time in Maine and the experience was fantastic! Maureen and David were great hosts. The communication with them was easy. The duplex was very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach; we had only few steps to do to get to the ocean.
