Tan tranquilo es difícil creer que está a solo 4 millas de los casinos de Atlantic City. El primer piso de esta casa está a solo 1/2 cuadra de la playa de Brigantine. Después de un día en la playa, relájese en el porche delantero o en un patio apartado, a la sombra. Acogedor 800 square fee, con área de estar 24 x 30.

Quiet Retreat

The property was close to the beach, walking distance to shops and food and had great indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved the backyard in the evenings - so shady and cool. The kitchen and living room are smallish - but still had everything we needed and could be arranged for eating or watching tv, games, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and yet, icecream was right down the street. Will stay again.

A charming house in a great location!

The rental process was so smooth, the owners were great and we had a wonderful time at this charming, close to the beach spot in Brigantine!

Quaint and quiet close to the beach.

Owners are very communicative and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach, puzzles and games to play. Very nice.

Family get away

We very much enjoyed this property, neighbors was very friendly and helpful. The easy access to the beach was nice. Owners was very polite and easy to contact. We will be definitely using this location again on our next casino trip.

Great Place for Families

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything that we needed. It’s very close to the beach, has a parking spot, there is an outside shower. It was also helpful that the linens are provided.The hosts were friendly, helpful, and had a book of suggestions for restaurants and activities.

Perfect Getaway

We had the best stay! The property had everything we needed with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. The property was so close to the best and just a perfect location. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend. Would also love to go back soon!

Great home and location

We really enjoyed our stay here in Brigantine. We had a pretty busy schedule so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted but we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect house, great location

Cute, well stocked with everything we needed, very comfortable and super clean! Delightful, thoughtful owners. Steps from the beautiful beach (and from Aunt B's for the BEST Icecream on the island) We had a fabulous time here and hope to come again soon!

Perfect Place to Relax!

We stayed for over a week. Great location! Owners were amazing and contacted us right away when we needed to talk with them. Very Short walk to beach and to local sandwich place and ice cream place which were Delicious! Definitely going to look into this place next time when come to Jersey!

A great stay!

Elizabeth and Howard were excellent hosts. Always available but never intrusive. My family arrived in shifts but we were all comfortable during our stay. The house is close to the beach and had all the beach amenities which was very convenient. Thanks so much for a great stay!

First floor beach stay

Although a small apartment, it was accommodating for 4 adults and 2 children. With a galley kitchen, small room for dining and gathering area, there is a shower bath & powder room/laundry area. The location is great with 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Lots of amenities for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay in Brigantine

After years in OC, we decided to try Brigantine for our weekly summer vacation. We loved the quietness of the town and beautiful beaches. Elizabeth and Howard provided everything we needed for a relaxing week. The kids (age 6, 4, and 2 months) loved the beach toys, bunk beds, and how close we were to ice cream! The location can’t be beat and the house was perfect for relaxing after a long day of digging in the sand.

Perfect for an affordable get away

The property isn’t fancy, but it has everything you could need. It’s in a great location. The beach is a half block away and Acme, Aunt B’s ice cream, Ernest & Sons, and Aversas are all close and delicious. Elizabeth is lovely and available for any questions you may have. She even has sheets and towels which a lot of properties do not offer. We completely enjoyed our stay!

Cute little beach house!

Stayed with four adults for a cousins weekend. Lots of sleeping space. Owners left us a cute note and a bottle of wine in the fridge! Owners provided linens, towels, toiletries, paper towels and toilet paper. Check in was so easy! Overall awesome experience. I would definitely rent here again and recommend!

Wonderful Getaway

After not traveling anywhere for over a year, a long weekend in Brigantine was just what we needed! My high school friend and I loved the quiet neighborhood. And we all loved the house! It is exactly as advertised, and the owners are lovely and very accommodating. And so close to the beach. The kiddos had so much fun at the beach, even taking a few dips into the ocean despite the chilly spring weather. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location, very comfortable

Great location and property. We lucked out with great weather all week, and with the short walk from the beach. The indoor shower had great water pressure for a shore house. It might have been a little tight with an overactive toddler had we had multiple bad weather days but overall a good size and very comfortable. One room (bunk beds) didn't have a wall AC unit but leaving the door open at night with the family room AC unit running at normal temperature (not any lower than we would normally have it) kept it plenty cool. The shed was packed with toys different types of chairs, multiple carts and umbrellas. It was also nice not having to pack sheets or towels which saved a lot of room in the car. Covered overhang was nice to have to be able to leave beach stuff outside without worry of it getting rained on overnight. It was a very comfortable outside space, and while we didn't eat on the picnic bench nor used the charcoal grill they were in great condition and had some bag of charcoal in the shed if we needed.

Perfect little get-away spot

We loved our time at YOLO! The listing exactly reflects the property. The space is clean and nicely stocked with everything needed for a rest-filled trip. The location cannot be beat and the owners are responsive and communicative.

The house is so quaint and cute; very clean; beautiful location; quiet beach community. Highly recommend for a family vacation or a quiet getaway. Owner is very responsive and communicates well. Very close to downtown Atlantic City.

Elizabeth always wanted a place at the beach to get away from our busy retail life and this property became available but needed some tender loving care. We have been working all year to make it feel like a great escape for you.

You'll be renting the first floor of this home with private entrances front and back. Cozy 800 square feet, with 24 x 30 common area.
We live on the second floor part of the year and use a separate outside entrance.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Very short walk to the beach, mature tree shaded back patio and only 4 miles to AC night life. Expansive, clean beach perfect for flying kites, tossing the ball or frisbee and walking/running along the surf. Collect lots of shells especially after high tide.
30 minute drive to Ocean City, 45 minutes to Wildwood and 1 hour to Cape May---all beautiful day trips!

Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood at the southern end of the 6 mile long island. Explore the island while biking in designated bike lanes on the main roads. Youngsters enjoy the sidewalks if you bring scooters, roller blades or tricycles.
Volleyball nets on the beach and areas designated for early morning fishing
