Step off the boardwalk and relax in your own water front haven. Our home is a welcoming space for entertaining with plenty of outdoor areas offering spectacular views. Just minutes away from beach ,Casino, shopping ,boardwalk , nightlife..

By booking your group is acknowledging our house rules and agreeing to follow all rules during your stay. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund, loss of security deposit and possible legal action. Do not book our property if your group is unwilling to follow our house rules.

Guest acknowledges the presence of exterior security cameras monitoring devices. By booking, you are consenting to video/sound being recorded on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the property or any that intrude on private space. Any tampering with or disconnecting cameras will result in immediate eviction of your stay without refund

Prior to ever checkin a walkthrough video is taken to document the condition of our property, furniture, electronics, supplies and general cleanliness. We hold ourselves and our staff to a high standard and do this to ensure we are providing our guests with a fully supplied and well maintained home. We expect all items are returned and in the condition they were found. Theft or damage will be taken seriously and result in loss of security deposit and legal action.

Effective January 2021 Atlantic City has placed restrictions on all short-term rental properties. Please be aware guests will be subject to a city enforced $2000 fine for any noise violations or if they exceed the maximum guest count. Please be considerate of noise levels after 10:30pm and only the number of guests on the booking are permitted on our premise.

Short Family Vacation

The house was perfect for my Family! Having the back porch and the balconies to sit on in the evening was exactly what we needed after a day at the beach! My Grandkids loved having access to his bikes that he let us use out of the garage… You can walk to the beach

Beautiful Property and View

We stayed at this house for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and it did not disappoint. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It was spacious on the inside, with incredible water views. The balcony off the master is large, and we loved the third-floor deck. Everything was clean and basically brand new. The host was also quick to respond and answer any questions. The location was perfect for us. The boardwalk was across the street; the closest (and newest) casino, Ocean, was a 4-minute drive. We had dinner at Chart House by Golden Nugget, which was only 10 minutes away. All in all, it was close enough to everything to fully enjoy the beach, boardwalk, casino and shows. It wasn't in the heart of the boardwalk and casinos, so we could then go "home" and sleep well in a quiet neighborhood that was also well-maintained. We will definitely book here again.

Great place and neighborhood

The place was amazing. You can be on the boardwalk in a few steps and it’s in a quieter neighborhood which was very convenient with an infant in a stroller. The view from the top is worth it and a very relaxing spot to have coffee or a drink and take in the views. We also were able to grill out a few meals which was kept in very good condition to use. Paul was also a great host, he answered all our questions promptly and offered any assistance with AC recommendations.

Nice Place, Super Responsive Homeowner

This place was the great place for a friends’ weekend in AC. Paul, the homeowner, was very responsive to all of our questions throughout our 3-night stay. He saved the day we we couldn’t figure out how to lock the garage door on our checkout day. ☺️ The house was a short Uber ride the concert venue which was on the beach near Caesar’s. The closest beach access was only a 10-minute walk. We had a nice view of the inlet, as well. The neighborhood was a nice surprise in an otherwise sketchy city. The home was comfy for the six of us and had everything we needed and more, including linens. BYO spatula, though, that was the only thing that we needed but could not find! 😂

Overall positive experience with some inconveniences

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's place in Atlantic City. Paul was very responsive and helpful when we had issues. However, the instructions for the locks caused some issues when we tried to enter the house and garage. By far, the biggest inconvenience was the chirping from the smoke detector. The battery needed to be replaced, and the chirping kept up the entire house all night. The smoke detector in the primary bedroom is located in a vaulted ceiling out of reach, even standing on a chair. There were no ladders on the property and the maintenance person had to come while we were home to unplug the detector. We lost an entire night of sleep because of a battery in a hard-wired smoke detector system. Also, minor inconvenience, the toaster oven did not seem to work. Thank you, Paul for finally fixing the situation. The house is great, perfectly located, and very comfortable.

Great house!

Paul was very communicative from start to finish. The house was very nice. Great large first floor with outside area. Second floor beds are comfortable! The third floor deck is great to sit and watch the ocean. We used Paul’s bikes and beach chairs, which we had planned to rent/buy. Great access to the boardwalk! We walked or rode bikes every day. Thanks Paul!

Great house and host!

Paul was amazing from the very beginning. He responded quickly to all my inquiries. I'm new to the whole vacation rental experience and he was super helpful! The house is beautiful, it appears to have been recently updated which was great. I love the location because we didn't want to be in the busy part of AC. And THE VIEW. Our family's favorite part of the house was the loft with the patio, you could sit inside or outside and see the water, the boats passing by, and the aircrafts (there was airshow during the days we stayed). We'd definitely book this home again! Sidenote: no TVs in the bedrooms, we just brought our own because we like to watch TV in bed.

Wonderful Friends Trip

Stayed here with a small group of friends for a girls trip. Had a wonderful time. Property looks exactly as pictures. The host was incredibly responsive to questions.

Home away from Home

Paul was an Excellent Communicator & Host! Quick Replies to any of Our Questions! There's a Private Beach Literally across the Street the Boardwalk is a little ways down, I wouldn't advise the walk we drove which was a 5 minute drive, The bikes he Provided were a Plus! I would Definitely book Again, The 3rd Floor Rooftop View is Amazing. 1 thing to Note there are No TV's in the Bedrooms but there's one In the Living room and Kitchen as well! Perfect Amount of Space! Thanks Paul
