The Space:
This is a fantastic, bright and modern 4-bed home, with homely traditional touches that make this the ideal base for your trip to London, whether you are travelling for work or leisure.
With the main living space and the two main bedrooms air-conditioned, this space is perfect for your stay.
Ground Floor:
- Large open plan kitchen and sitting area - make full use of the AGA oven and cook up a feast, or relax in front of the TV after a day exploring (has AC)
- The living area overlooks the charming, carefully curated garden, a wonderful spot for a morning coffee (or evening glass of wine!)
- Dining area that can seat 8 people (it is a little tight but is possible!)
- Formal sitting room, lovely for socialising
First Floor:
- Small twin bedroom, cosy and comfortable
- Bathroom with shower
- Master bedroom with king Sized bed, AC, and an ensuite shower room
Second Floor:
- King sized bedroom (can be made up as a twin on request)
- Bathroom with bath and overhead shower
- King sized bed with ensuite shower room (has AC)

Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the back of the cellar and some cupboards which will be marked.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

Family London trip
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home during our trip to London. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Bus stops were close by and the tube was a 15-20 minute walk. The town of of Wandsworth was great and we enjoyed being able to walk to some restaurants.

Cute, large house, cute neighborhood.
The house was lovely, and large enough for our big group of friend and family traveling together. Air conditioning was nice since it was very hot during our stay. Would have loved all the bedrooms to have it. Well equipped kitchen. Garden was nice, would have loved some chairs out there.

London fun done
Very nice very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It took us a couple days to figure out the heat system because the upper two rooms were incredibly warm little uncomfortable to sleep in the heat but once we figured that out and cooled it down, it was a wonderful stay.

5 Stars for Families
This was our first trip international with our kids. We absolutely loved our time here at this property. The apartment was clean, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms and linens. The backyard was such a sweet space for coffee in the mornings. We brought our picnic blanket along for the children to dine al fresco and they loved it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and a short jaunt to the bus or train station. We would 100% recommend this property! Give them a try!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood
This apartment was everything we could have hoped for. There were 7 of us, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 teens. Plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms were large and clean and very quiet. The kitchen and sitting room were modern and nice, but the highlight for us was the incredibly lovely garden in the back. We also loved the location. The apartment was in a quiet location and only 10-15 minutes away from lovely shops and restaurants and the main metro station. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect house for 6-8 adults
Our group was two couples in 70s, one male in 60s, one male in 40s (3 brothers, two wives, one son). House was perfect for us. House was spotless on arrival. Furniture was high quality and very practical. Beds were great. Each of four bedrooms had its own full bath. Showers great and plenty of hot water. Quiet, residential area; 5-10 minute walk to Northcote Road, with loads of restaurants and buses. 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction rail station. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 on location was the walk to train or tube stations was a bit long for one of our group who had some issues with walking distances. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 on check in was that picking up the keys at a retail store location was mildly inconvenient. Understand the need for security however. Would not hesitate to recommend highly.
