This wonderful semi-detached cottage rests in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
Seaview is a charming semi-detached cottage resting in Castlerock on the shores of County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The reverse-level accommodation offers three bedrooms which include a ground-floor double, a ground-floor bunk room and a ground-floor single, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom, this property is suitable to sleep up to five people. On the first floor there is also an open-plan living space consisting of a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as a utility area. To the front of the cottage is a large lawned area, and to the rear a tarmac area for two cars to park and some lawned spaces with storage. Seaview is a wonderful cottage to base a family retreat to Northern Ireland.
Amenities: Oil central heating and wood/ coal burning multifuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Starter kit for stove provided. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Front lawned garden and rear enclosed tarmac garden with lawned areas and storage, great for children and pets to safely enjoy. One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.5 miles
