Our family from ages 3 to 79 had a fabulous week at this beautiful home. We love Anna Maria and have visited many times- this house is our favorite so far. The location- close to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach, setup- spotless, well-stocked, great layout for a group- and amenities- beautiful pool and hot tub, pool table, beach gear- were all superlative. We feel very lucky to have had the chance to stay and hope we will be able to come back in the future.

From the start the elevator to haul our luggage and groceries up was next level for our vacation. The home was spotless and every restroom having all you needed was such a plus. The entire house is beautifully decorated. All of the beds were super comfortable and each room had a smart TV. The kitchen fully stocked with everything that you would need for cooking meals while on vacation and a grill downstairs with propane already stocked. The pool was awesome after our days at the beach and a shower downstairs to get the sand off before taking a dip or playing a game of pool. This was our first trip to Ana Maria Island, and we fell in love with everything including the house. Hopefully it will be available for our next trip to the island. Patrick is an amazing host always responded when we needed anything.

Birthday trip

We have always wanted to visit Anna Maria Island and this house was the highlight of our trip! This house was so dreamy and even more beautiful in person. The host was so helpful and answered all our questions. We will absolutely be rebooking in the future!!

Family trip with the grandkids

Fabulous Family Getaway

I took my 2 adult children, their partners and children to Anna Maria for Spring Break as all the kids’ schedules were totally aligned. We LOVED the house: its location, amenities and set -up were perfect for us. We LOVED the pool and the toys that were there; we LOVED the wagon, chairs and beach supplies. On our last night, when there was a problem with the AC, Patrick was totally helpful and accommodating. Everyone agreed wend love to come back.

Perfect stay!

Absolutely wonderful house with amazing backyard and pool. Quick access to Beach and Bay, and central to everything. House was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely recommend the property. Patrick was responsive, and everything was as expected.

Perfect beach getaway!

This house was AMAZING! The gorgeous pool gets lots of shade in the morning (until practically noon!) and early evening, and we loved spending time in the huge patio areas both upstairs and downstairs. The house was exactly as it was in the description and photos. It took us under 10 minutes to walk onto Anna Maria Beach, and coffee/ice cream shops and gift stores are all two blocks away. Very clean and well-equipped home. I would recommend it to anyone!

Awesome property, location, and host!

Beautiful home. Great pool, spacious rooms, and the walking/easy cart distance to many great spots to eat, drink, and be active made this an awesome choice. We had 2 families meet there and both were really happy with the choice. Host was communicative to any questions before and during. You will be very happy with your choice to stay at this location!

A perfect vacation house

This house is even more amazing in person. Simply stunning. The layout is perfect for families. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outdoor areas give you almost no reason to go to the beach. The house was spotless and attention was given to every detail. We felt privileged to be able to call this house home for a week.

Great Family Stay!

We have rented with Patrick (the owner) before and this time was as enjoyable as always. The house is in great condition and Patrick is always available and able to help us with any questions/requests. To be honest, his response time is simply amazing; he gets back to me so fast any time I reach out. This property, with an incredible pool/hot tub set up and proximity to down town and the beach cant be beat. Highly recommend and we are already hoping to go back next year!

A SLICE OF PARADISE

SEA VOUS PLAY is a hidden gem on the lovely island of Anna Maria. The house is spacious and airy and feels like home as soon as you walk in. The elevator made "moving in" easy. Make sure you hunt for it because it is in the garage :) but it will save you lots of effort! The house truly has everything you need and more you didn't know you needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our whole crowd. And it IS a true hot tub which is uncommon but was very much appreciated! We used the pool daily. The bar, pool table, bbq and seating under the house is the perfect hang out spot and we used it daily also. All the furnishings are perfect for a beach home. We cooked dinner multiple nights and the kitchen was well equipped. It would be nice to have a powder room, refrigerator and more electric outlets on the lower level but none of these things were essential. The location of the home is fantastic and you can walk to just about anything or take the free trolley. The amazing thing is how quiet it was at night considering it was spring break and Anna Maria was definitely at maximum capacity but you would never know it. There were people out walking and bike riding but you could hear a pin drop after 10 pm. We have been coming to Anna Maria for 20 years and Sea Vous Play is certainly one of the best homes we have stayed in. None of us wanted to leave!

Plenty of room for family

Everyone (my husband and I, our two boys, and our respective families) enjoyed our stay. The house allowed us all to have personal space while also providing several comfy gathering areas. We were grateful for the hot tub and heated pool because it was a cool week!

Perfect in every way!

This property is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It is located in a great area of AMI, close walk to everything, beach, bikes, restaurants, stores, trolley, etc. It was the perfect size for 7 adult women. We all loved everything about it!

Perfect AMI beach house

This was our first time staying at AMI for our son's college graduation trip. He has been to the island before so was familiar with the area and knew this house had a great location. It was perfect. We could walk or take our golf cart to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Location is perfect. The house itself lived up to the pictures. Everything was so clean and up to date. I loved having the en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms and everything on 1 floor. The outdoor space was amazing and so private. It was like our own little oasis. We spent alot of time after the beach in the pool (it was like bath water, but we didn't care) The pool didn't seem clean when we arrived, but after messaging Patrick he had someone there the next day. The only recommendation I would make is to update the beach chairs and umbrellas as they have taken some wear and tear, but they were still nice to have and not have to rent. Overall, our stay was just perfect. We would recommend AMI and this particular house as being a place we would return to. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect Stay

A great property for our family of six adults and two children. Perfectly laid out and decorated. Great patio, decks and pool with only a short walk to the beach. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive, and promptly answered all questions and inquiries.

Wonderful Home & Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved our stay! This property was beautiful and well-kept and a great setup for our family (2 grandparents, us and our 3 yo and 6 month old kids). The pool offers great shade and sun, coffee on the back deck & all the rooms were very comfortable. So close to both the beach and the shops & restaurants nearby. We felt like it was an ideal location. I was so impressed with Patrick, the host, who was so helpful and responsive when a few issues came up! They were out of his control but he acted quickly to help us to resolve. I’d highly recommend this property or any property this host operates. We’ll definitely be back!
