A solo 5 casas de la playa de arena blanca del Golfo. Cerca del corazón del pueblo de Anna Maria se encuentra esta espaciosa casa con un ambiente relajado de isla. Esta ubicación ideal le permite caminar a la playa, restaurantes, bares, muelle, parada de tranvía y tiendas de Pine Avenue. Hay mucho espacio para sentarse y disfrutar de su entorno en esta casa privada de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños con una piscina y un patio nuevos.
El nivel principal incluye un dormitorio con una cama nido doble y un baño completo. Una sala de lavandería / despensa separada y una cocina totalmente equipada se abre a un área de comedor grande, luminosa y bien ventilada. El área de la sala de estar ofrece dos sofás y sillas grandes para relajarse y ver una película en el televisor de 60 pulgadas con sonido envolvente Bose, que conduce a una gran terraza con vista a la nueva y reluciente piscina. Tome las escaleras de la cubierta a la piscina y al patio privado que incluye un baño y una ducha al aire libre.

Perfect Family House

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! It was clean, well stocked and within walking distance of the beach. We also loved having a shaded pool to relax in. Our son has already asked to stay at this house again during our next trip to AMI!

Perfect location! Awesome pool area!!

Our group of eight recently stayed at this location for ten days, and we had a wonderful experience. Eleni was incredibly communicative and responsive, and the property was accurately described. We especially loved the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas, where we spent most of our time indoors. The couches were also very comfortable. My teenagers enjoyed the ping pong table.The pool was a pleasant surprise—the pictures didn't do it justice! It was larger than I expected, and it was my first time experiencing a saltwater pool, which was absolutely fabulous.The beach being just a three-minute walk away was incredibly convenient, allowing our family to come and go as we pleased. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and a cart to get them to the beach. We made sure to catch at least one sunset there, which was beautiful.With a cafe right around the corner and Pine Street just two blocks away, we found ourselves rarely leaving the area, aside from grocery runs and one dinner out.I highly recommend this property and we definitely plan on returning!

Perfect spot for family vacation

Location, location, location.Walking to the beach and restaurants, made the stay so extra enjoyable. We stayed memorial day weekend and didn't have to worry about the traffic because everything we needed we could walk to.

Our Family Favorite!

This house has become our home away from home every other year for Thanksgiving! Eleni is an exceptional Property Manager and goes out of her way for her guests. The house has everything we need for indoors and out! It’s perfectly located a very short distance to the beach so a day at the beach feels effortless. We will definitely be back!

Memorable Memorial Day 2024

This home is great! Location couldn't be better if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Great pool that we enjoyed daily, super easy walk to the beach and back, plus lots of extra beach toys, bikes, chairs and floats to make vacationing there easy and fun! This is our second time back to this same house and it was as great this time as last time. Thanks to the property owners and managers for offering such a nice place to stay.

Can’t wait to return

Location, location, location! We’ve stayed on AMI several times over the years. We prefer to be on the north end of the island. This location is perfect. We were one block from both the beach and Pine Street. We could easily walk everywhere. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and basic supplies. The beach and pool equipment was perfect for our full family of eight. We used the wagon and chairs and it made beach days so easy. The only con I have is the TV in the main living room. We could not get streaming to work. The instructions and welcome book seem to be out of date and didn’t match any remote in the home. Other than that, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing vacation!

What a beautiful and relaxing home for our family vacation. The house is clean, well furnished and was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed the warmth, even on the cooler days. We all slept so well on the most comfortable beds ever. This house is one we will come back to again and again as we love the island and the memories that we come home with each time. Thank you for having us!

Perfect vacation!

This is the perfect vacation home! It is spacious, clean, has all the amenities including a great pool and is a two minute walk to the beach. They have all the beach items you could need…chairs, umbrellas, canopy, toys, boogie boards and a cart to wheel it all to the beach. They also have two bikes which our teens used to cruise all around the island. We rented a golf cart and explored the island and it’s restaurants and shops. The property manager was great, readily available and very helpful. It was a great vacation and we’ll be back to stay in this wonderful beach house soon.

Not quite the perfect week!

Sorry but having paid a lot of money for what looked like the perfect property we ended up being somewhat disappointed. We had issues gaining entry to the property and then couldn't lock up again the next day when we were going out. However when we contacted Eleni, she came and sorted it. Property in great location. The main living area was lovely and very well equipped in kitchen and utility. However the main master bedroom bed had very hard mattress and springs in frame made noise with every movement. We could not run the bath after the children went to bed as there was awful noise in their bedroom from inside the wardrobes. The beds in third bedroom also had very hard mattresses which our son-in-law had to swap with the ones from bedroom 4 downstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were very hot at night. There was no light switch on upper landing to see the stairs once you had turned off the lights on living room floor - particularly dangerous! Unfortunately the property immediately behind was being renovated inside and out (not your fault) and the builders started at 7.15am with disc cutters, saws, drilling etc which went on all day so we were unable to sit out at property on deck or around pool due to noise! It continued at weekend. We had storm on first night and beach had red flag for the first three days so we would have liked to have been able to use pool and deck area at property and we were only there for a week. We have been coming to Island for over 30 years and renting properties. This holiday was our first in four years and our grandchildren's first visit to Florida. I am sorry to say that this is the first house have had issues with and were particularly disappointed as this was by far the most expensive. However we enjoyed our stay and it was well appointed with new living/kitchen areas and items for beach etc.

Fabulous, met all our expectations.

We loved it here, travelled with grandparents, parents and grandchildren 7 & 8. The house and location were perfect for us all. Would not hesitate to come back.

We loved the house and proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The house is well equipped and has everything we needed! The owner was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the TV that we struggled with on the first night. All in all a fabulous place to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Snowbird Destination

We have just returned from our third 8-week winter stay in this wonderful home, and already dreaming about our return same time next year! Location just a block from the beach is perfect, and we literally had all the comforts of home and so many amenities that enhanced our stay. Perfect place, perfect location!

Our first time at Anna Maria Island, and this house and it’s location made it a truly special trip with our family. The house itself is great and has everything you need for the beach and the pool, and for cooking and relaxing throughout the week. The location is amazing! Wonderful, relaxing vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home. It was the perfect location, being less than a 2 minute walk from the beach! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. The home is well stocked and ready to enjoy. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, and out by the pool. The bikes were so nice to have access to, allowing us to explore the island a little more closely. We had such a fun, memorable trip and look forward to staying here again!

Never disappoints!

Always incredible!

The house, amenities, location and the property manager are all top shelf! This is our fourth year at this property and we love it! It is really well stocked, beautifully furnished and the location can't be beat. 100% recommend this property!

Great stay

Family of 8 stayed at property. Access to beach was within 1 block, water was beautiful with white sandy beach. Many shops within short distance from house. It was a beautiful home to stay in.
