Property Details:
This 75-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed and a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
Both bedrooms are street-facing and furnished with queen-size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
