The place is ideally located near the Palma de Congress and the beach, within walking distance to the old town and is remarkably well appointed for a vacation stay. There is a supermarket across the road which is awesome. The checkin process was not particularly clear, and I personally object to paying extra for heating/aircon.

Excellent Town House Holiday Accommodation

Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return.

Perfect place

This is a perfect place for a family vacation. Peaceful and private with a nice backyard. The supermarket is next door and bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the city. Walking distance to nice beach and restaurants. The house was clean with fully equipped kitchen and even contained dishwasher and laundry. We’d love to come back again.

Great place - would stay again!

This property worked very well for our family of 3 generations (my husband and I, our son and his 2 adult sons). It is in a great location - we walked into Palma regularly and there are restaurants and a grocery store very close if you don't want to walk that far. There is also a regular bus into the centre of Palma. It is also a block from the sea and a wonderful walk along toe seaside. All in all we were very happy!

The company are brilliant

The company are brilliant. So kind and helpful. We would recommend others to book with you again. The house was very tidy and clean. House near local immunities but also in a quiet area. 20 mins walk into the centre of Palma.

Great place to stay in at Palma

I liked: Great place to stay in at Palma. Close to a good beach, if you have very small children it might get deep too fast, but for us it was lovely. Better then Playa Jardin further down on the beachwalk. So nice to listen to mostly Spanish on the beach. The house was great and had all we needed. If you book the air conditioner, check to see that they have started it and included the remotes so you don't have to start the first nigh without. The house is very close to a big supermarket. And Close to the buss stop for Palma city centre. We had a fantastic stay (2 adults + two girls 15 and 17 years old)

Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Summary: Overall, we had an excellent stay. I liked: The apartment had a fantastic overall design and layout, complemented by a beautiful garden. Its location was ideal, with easy access to both the supermarket and the beach. The facilities, including the dishwasher, washing machine, stove, grill, and more, were in excellent condition and extremely useful, particularly the stove. I did not like: The quality of the beds, particularly the two single ones, could be improved to offer better comfort. Additionally, the apartment’s cleanliness left something to be desired, as there was still a significant amount of dirt beneath the sofa, for example.

Logement très bien situé entre Palma et l’aéroport, avec un arrêt de bus à proximité qui facilite les déplacements. La plage est accessible à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Logement confortable, propre et bien équipé, idéal pour passer une belle semaine à Majorque. Quartier calme et agréable, parfait pour se reposer tout en étant proche des commodités.

Ottimo

Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Palma. C'è un parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dalla casa e un supermarket difronte. Casa molto bella, pulita e accogliente. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, c'è anche una cabina armadio. La cucina anche è molto attrezzata. C'è solo una vasca ed in 6 persone è un po' scomodo. Inoltre cenando fuori al giardino i vicini iniziavano a lamentarsi per il chiacchiericcio già dalle 21:00, quindi era praticamente impossibile cenare lì a meno che non si stava in silenzio. Però per il resto tutto ok.

J’ai énormément apprécié mon séjour dans ce logement,

qui est très spacieux, propre, avec tout les équipements utiles et pratique, les trois chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la pièce qui sert de dressing. Le logement se trouve en face d’un super marché, il est proche de la plage et vous pouvez aller en marchant au centre-ville. Les propriétaires sont très réceptifs. Je recommande pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis qui souhaitent découvrir Palma. ❤️

the holiday home fully met your expectations and that you were completely satisfied.

I liked: Posizione ottima, a pochi passi c'è un supermercato e nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti in cui poter mangiare, mentre con la macchina si raggiunge il centro della città in pochi minuti. L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso in 5 siamo stati molto comodi. I did not like: Ci sono due bagni, ma solo in uno c'è la doccia

Fantastic location! Very close to the supermarket, bus stops, restaurants and the beaches. The managing company was very quick to answer questions and offer suggestions to help us during our stay. House itself was spacious, well-appointed and easily comfortable for 6 people. 100% would stay here again!
