Esta escapada perfecta a la isla se encuentra en el extremo sur de Longboat Key, con una hermosa playa y zona de piscina.

Este condominio de lujo en el segundo piso frente a la playa tiene muebles nuevos en ambos dormitorios con colchones nuevos. Esta unidad de lujo cuenta con aproximadamente 1700 pies cuadrados con un lanai frente al mar abierto de 52 'de largo. Las vistas no pueden ser mejor! La playa es genial y la piscina y la bañera de hidromasaje también.

La gran sala de estar y comedor y ambos dormitorios abiertos a la lanai. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con horno de microondas y una lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con vestidor y baño. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y un vestidor y baño. Beautiful property with oversized balcony terrific for watching sunsets. Sandy beach was wonderful as was the pool. Property manager (FVC) was great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Nice beach front views

We enjoyed the expansive balcony overlooking the beach. The pool area and beach were very nice. The unit was large (although somewhat dated) and all rooms had nice views.

This is a beautiful, well-placed and spacious unit. Beds were very comfortable. Though everything was in working order, much of the condo itself is outdated. It’s a great value but just don’t expect it to be bright and sparkly. It is showing its 40 year age.

Beautiful and convenient location

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in the Longboat Key Club resort but without Club amenities. It has great ocean views and is right on the pristine beach. We’ve stayed several times and it has always been an excellent experience.

2207 Condo Inn on the Beach

This condo was a perfect set up for two couples. Both bedrooms are separated by the great room/dining/kitchen. The full balcony gives everyone a nice view from every room. The location was close to the beach and the pool. The house was clean and had all you would need to cook and/ or not. We will be back. The location is close to everything in downtown. Lovely decorations and very hard to leave.

Nice property in a great location.

Great to work with FVC who manage this property that sits within building two of LBK Resort. The apartment needs a little updating but it works very well and had everything you need. The. beach and access to it is great. We had a lovely trip and love LBK in general.

Ultimate stay on Longboat Key

Recently stayed at this VRBO property. Fantastic view from the balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. It's much larger than it appears on the pictures. All the conveniences of home. Had a fantastic stay.

Great location, clean, bright and good size rooms! Kitchen/laundry needs updating and additional utensil (sharp knives). Enjoyed our stay and pool staff could not be more professional and kind!!! The Beach our favorite!!

Great location and very quiet!

The view was AMAZING! The condo and decor was dated but the view made everything great! The only confusing part was the membership vs people that rent through an outside source. You have no access to the restaurants or pool bar. Overall the view made the trip!

Father’s Day Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! However, please know that the bellhops will not allow access to the luggage carts (locked up) unless you pay them. He was quite rude, and we decided to take care of ourselves. Aside from the bellhop, we truly enjoyed the property & beach.

This unit is huge, and while it’s a bit dated, was very clean. Views were great and it was a short walk to the beach, however the parking lot right next to us was under construction Monday through Saturday which started at 7 am on the dot. We didn’t mind the longer walk to the other parking lot, it was more so the construction noise that woke us up early every morning. The TV in the living room was small and only got cable, and the only smart TV was in the twin bedroom. One thing to note is that because this unit is “non participating,” you cannot go to the restaurant, the pool bar, nor can you order food or drinks at the pool / beach. Lastly, although this unit sleeps 4, you only get two beach chairs and have to pay for any additional. Next time, we will most likely rent through the resort instead.

Close proximity to club but without access

Even though we knew in advance we would not have access to the club’s restaurant, pool, etc; we felt slightly ostracized.

spacious but needs updating

large condo, great view. Did not like not being able to order even a drink from the resort. Kitchen was old and decrepit. Needs new coffeemaker and toaster and dishwasher. would not rent this unit again.

In regards to the resort amenities not being available, we do appreciate your frustration with this but as this owner does not participate in the Resort's rental program, the membership privileges do not accompany the rental of this condo. We make strong efforts to ensure that all potential and confirmed guests are fully aware of this at many customer dialogue touch points including property description information, on the confirmation email, in the confirmation letter, in our check in packet of information, in the condo, and direct customer touch point dialogue. Business and Beach Time

We conducted several meetings in the condo as well as enjoyed personal time. Location of the bedrooms gave lots of privacy and the large areas, with multiple tables, provided different options for business meetings. The only issue we had was the availability of plugs for phones/computers due to the age of the property. Also, TV in main room operated differently from bedrooms and were unable to operate it. Location perfect and view magnificent. Would definitely recommend.
