RECIÉN RENOVADO PARA 2026

Este apartamento de planta baja tiene una piscina comunitaria y está en un barrio tranquilo, a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa de Llenaire.



El apartamento es uno de un bloque de solo nueve. Como está convenientemente ubicado en la planta baja, no hay escaleras y hay acceso directo desde la terraza del apartamento a la piscina y el jardín comunitarios. La piscina también tiene una zona separada y poco profunda para niños.



Las reglas de la comunidad establecen que el área de la piscina no debe ser utilizada entre las 3 y las 5 de la tarde, durante el tiempo de siesta. Le pedimos amablemente que respete esto. ¡Gracias!



Dentro del apartamento, hay una sala de estar de planta abierta donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de un gran Smart TV y un área de comedor. La cocina está completamente equipada y tiene una bonita terraza de desayuno con vistas a la piscina.



El apartamento duerme seis personas en tres dormitorios: dos habitaciones dobles y una habitación con dos camas individuales. Hay dos baños. Uno ha sido renovado recientemente y tiene una impresionante ducha de paseo y el segundo baño tiene una bañera con ducha superior.



Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del paseo de 20 minutos a lo largo del bonito paseo marítimo hasta el centro de Puerto Pollensa, donde hay muchos restaurantes excelentes y supermercados. La playa es muy adecuada para niños y hay un área de juegos de madera que entretendrá a los más pequeños durante horas.



Hay también muchas tiendas de alquiler de bicicletas con precios razonables en el puerto, por lo que puede alquilar fácilmente bicicletas y pedalear hasta el centro de Puerto Pollensa o el casco antiguo de Alcudia. ¡No se necesita coche! Aunque hay un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado junto al apartamento si decides alquilar un coche.

Lovely property next to a beautiful safe beach with lifeguards. We loved our stay here and found the property agents exceptionally responsive. Highly recommend. Apartment is really lovely with two lovely bathrooms.

May holiday to Puerto Pollensa

I stayed for a week with the family at Codone PBA in late April this year. We were delighted with the apartment on many levels. It was spotless, comfortable (the beds were super comfy, as was the sofa), and tastefully decorated. The two bathrooms made life easy, and although there was no aircon in the bedrooms, we didn’t mind that as the cool air from the aircon unit in the little hallway was moved around by the fans in the bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a big TV, plenty dishes/pans etc in the kitchen, and of course a gorgeous pool. Being on the ground floor meant we had immediate access to the pool from our verandah. It was just a couple of minutes walk to a great spot on the beach near a friendly little bar that became a firm favourite (try the mojitos!). And we could easily walk into Puerto Pollensa for bars and restaurants, plus it was a doddle to catch a bus to Alcudia. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Gale

Great location for our early October cycling trip with easy walk into town. Directions received were accurate and access to the unit was fairly easy despite our jet lag. The management team was very responsive to fixing a refrigerator issue. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and dishes. I would consider staying there again.

Great Stay

Just spent a week here in August and the apartment is perfect, nice pool for kids to play in and cool off in the heat and the apartment has AC now also which is ideal when the day gets too hot. A few very good restaurants only 1 min walk with the beach the same distance Really enjoyed the stay as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children)

Great communication from the host. The apartment was lovely and clean. It’s well located for the beach and only a 10 minso walk from the actual port with more bars and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay. Balcony area was a bit smaller than expected but that was the only drawback. Would happily recommend this place and the host.

Location of the apartments is very good, much closer to the sea than we expected. Living on the ground floor with the pool just in front is great solution for families with kids. There in absolutely no problem with parking on the street. We had very nice holiday.

Lovely stay in Puerto Pollenca

The property was perfect for our family. Close to the sea and beach and nearby restaurants. The property itself was spacious and had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It could possibly do with a couple more sun beds as some days there were 3 families round the pool and also some residents from the building and only about 6-7 sun beds altogether, but we came and went from the beach most days anyway so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Absolutely superb accommodation

This apartment has everything. I went in a group of 6 adults plus bicycles and it was very spacious and bright. Comfortable beds to enjoy a good nights sleep. Okay it was early in the year but it was quiet around the pool. Close to seafront and beaches. Perfect thank you

Lovely stay

Travelled with my husband and 2 year old. Property nice and safe for toddler, balcony has a gate which locks and pool has a kiddies end. Area was lovely and quiet, 2 minutes to the beach and 2 restaurants and a beach bar. 20/25 minutes along the promonade to town with lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely return. The door for accessing apartment is at the back by the carpark which we didn't realize on arrival.

My husband & I found the instructions to find the apartment excellent (Thank you Wendy ) Everything went like clock work from booking to receiving details , including maps , to collecting the keys . The apartment was everything we hoped for , very clean , well equipped , lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated . There was lots of information in the apartment with recommendations were to eat etc . Also a good supply of books for the occasional rainy day ! Overall a very enjoyable holiday , hopefully we will return next year . Many thanks Wendy , regards , Vivien & Andrew

Great location, fab holiday

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Very close to the beach and a couple of lovely restaurants. About 10 minutes walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa along the front. A little spar near by too for bread and croissants in the morning. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped with a home from home feel about it. Great access straight onto the pool which was freezing at this time of year but the kids were still in it most days! The lack of sea view was definitely made up for by the way the pool area was sheltered from the breeze, making it a little sun trap in the afternoon. Wendy's instructions and information were very clear for getting us to the key pick up place and to the apartment. Highly recommended for families.

Great location- good communication with company- useful facilities- cleanliness not satisfactory.

We made a complaint at the beginning of our stay. They were very quick to respond and clean the apartment again. They apologised and agreed it wasn't clean to a satisfactory standard. We really appreciated this.

OK but dated and overpriced

The apartment is generally OK but very much in need of refurbishment and does not feel particularly clean or pleasant, the main bathroom in particular is tired. The man bed is comfortable ad it has a modern smart tv. The location is quite far from the nice part of the Pinewalk but is quiet. The balcony is unusable as it is so narrow. Disappointed as the photos make it look so much nicer than it actually is

Lovely Apartment

We have just returned from staying in this apartment for a week, we had our daughters, son in law and 18 month old grandson with us. The apartment was perfect, plenty of room and good sized bedrooms, the kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed. The outside space, the pool and the garden was just the icing on the cake and was enjoyed by everyone especially when our grandson was having his siesta! We have been to Puerto Pollensa several times so roughly knew where the apartment was, we loved its position, very close to the beach, several nice restaurants and bars close by and a nice walk into the center which we did many times. Wendy the owner was very nice to deal with, her instructions for key pick up etc were excellent. We would certainly stay at the apartment again and we were very sorry to leave!!

Needs work but still a nice stay

Photos are a little misleading and property itself is tired and really needs upgrading. We really made the most of our stay though but rarely used the pool as there are restrictions from 3pm to 5pm daily post siesta. There’s also a Spanish family with a rather annoying yappy dog in one of the other ground floor apartments that they allow around the pool all day which surprised me. I understand they spend most of the summer there too, so be aware of this if you are booking. All that said, the agent was super helpful when the washing machine didn’t work and fixed the issue as soon as they could. All in all not great value for money and we won’t be staying again but can’t thank the agent enough for their help. Would certainly consider using the agent again, but that’s about it. Location was chosen as it’s a quiet area towards the lower part of Llenaire. Shame about the restrictions and that blooming dog… 🐶

Excellent séjour. Le logement est à 20' à pied du port, loin du bruit des restaurants et commerce. La plage est à 5'. Logement très agréable, spacieux, avec accès direct à la piscine, assez peu fréquentée même en juillet. Linge, draps, et serviettes de bain à disposition. Très bien équipé avec four, LV, LL, SL. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, et mention spéciale, il nous a laissé profiter du logement quelques heures de plus pour attendre notre taxi pour l'aéroport. Seul point d'amélioration: du matériel de cuisine et des couverts! 6 couteaux et fourchettes pour un appartement pour 6...pas besoin d'utiliser le lave vaisselle... Et s'il vous plait, mettez une ou deux grandes poêles :). A ce détail près, je recommande ce logement !

Lovely break in a nice apartment

Before we arrived we had prompt and clear communication with clear instructions as to how to access the property. They had also set up our travel cot and provided a high chair which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was perfect for the quiet beach holiday we wanted! Just a short walk from the beach and in a quiet area for some peaceful nights. The pool was also perfect and was quite quiet during our stay which made it feel quite private which was nice. All in all it was a very comfortable stay at a nice apartment. We can highly recommend it.

Große Wohnung im EG nah am Strand

Sauberes großes Apartment, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand ganz in der Nähe. Nette Vermieterin, die sich schnell und unkompliziert kümmert. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe auch bei später Ankunft. Parkplätze vorhanden. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Werden wir weiter empfehlen.

Lovely appartment

Really nice well located appartment with great facilities in an excellent location. Minutes away from the beach, restaurants and bars. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great pool. Great for the family, easy to get out and about or just relax.

Such a shame

We were told within only a few weeks to go on our holiday, that the pool was out of action. With the flight, transport etc all booked it was too short notice to change. We did have a 20% refund but it was so disappointing . The apartment was fine. Also disappointed to have to go to the agent in Pollensa to get the apartment key. Which cost an extra 10 euros on the taxi .

Thank you for your review. We were so sorry that the pool was not available for use during your stay. This was due to an unforeseen delay in refurbishing the pool when major structural work was identified in addition to planned re-tiling. This work will now be completed by 1st July. I have added details of the arrangement for key collection to our HomeAway web page so guests are aware of this when they book. We always aim to ensure that guests have the best possible experience and we do hope that this did not spoil your holiday too much. Wendy

Great, clean and spacious apartment. Children loved the pool. Quiet area really close to beach.

Would recommend this apartment to families. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Well equiped with lots of home comforts.
