Great experience from start to finish. Lovely clean apartment close to beach, bars & restaurants. Although on main street it is very quiet. Roof terrace is amazing. Very friendly hosts. Would highly recommend

Fantastic location

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It’s in a great location just one street back from the sea and a few minutes walk to the central square. The host and his family were great to deal with and lovely people. Spacious apartment with a great roof terrace too.

Summer holiday

We enjoyed staying here very much. The flat is nicely decorated and comfortable, and has a roof terrace. It's near to the sea front, with beach and restaurants. The process for check in and out was easy. Gave us a very happy few days.

Lovely apartment

The property was in perfect condition and very clean, with a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and shops. The terrace was a highlight, with gorgeous views out onto the port. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, overall a wonderful experience!

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

This was the perfect apartment for our family holiday to Puerto Pollensa. It’s right near the beach, the restaurants and the bus station to go to other lovely nearby places (such as Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala sant Vincenze). Hosts were very accommodating and we would stag again. Thank you!

Fabulous stay in this central but peaceful gem!

We felt like the apartment was the perfect balance of central location and quiet peaceful escape where we could cook, eat together on the terrace and enjoy stunning views! Despite being a super hot week we were able to stay cool, enjoy meals on the wonderful roof terrace and take a wander out for drinks, dinner and a sunrise & sunset swim - the beach is just a few steps away! This is a great spot if you’re looking for a coastal get away, with good links to nearby towns and beaches by car, bus or boat. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a restful holiday, we loved it! Thanks so much for having us!

Perfect holiday apartment

Our family really enjoyed this well located apartment with exclusive use of the roof terrace. Supermarkets at hand and the beach just a minute or so away! The host and his family were good communicators, friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was good during the very hot hours. We appreciated the facilities provided and the complimentary wine, water and oranges! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is comfortable and has an amazing roof terrace. There was enough space for 4 adults, as long as you don’t mind bunk beds in one room,perfect for older teens. The location is central just a road behind the pine walk and close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and communication was excellent.

Everything you need

This is a small apartment suitable for 2 or 3 people. It’s not fancy but it is very functional. Exceptionally clean and in a great location close to beach, restaurants etc. Small kitchen and washing machine is a bonus. Would recommend.

Sea view apartment in central Puerto Pollensa.

Lovely apartment with roof top terrace to enjoy breakfast, lunch and enjoy the sunshine at any time! Spotless apartment throughout, great location for everything. Beach is a 5 minute walk away! Hosts were fantastic, and communication was excellent. All the family were so nice and helpful. Air condition was great to have as well. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and quiet apartment in a street parallel to the beach promenade. We were very warmly welcomed by the parents of the owner who live downstairs. Numerous restaurants of all quality levels nearby. The kitchen is very small and equipped only with the bare necessities. Parking can be difficult at times but we have always managed to find a spot no more than 250 m from the flat.

Cosy apartment, ideal for a couple

Cute apartment in a great location in Puerto Pollensa.i would come back. Pros Location - very close to the beach and the town square and ample parking nearby. Bedrooms face an interior courtyard so are very quiet. Roof terrace - huge terrace with comfortable furniture. Ideal for breakfast and evening drinks. Washing machine was super convenient Cons The towels are very thin and small and need to be replaced

Great Location

The apartment is ideal and very centrally located. The sun terrace was a real bonus for us, especially as the weather was so nice. Everything was ready for our arrival and Aitor's Grandmother very kindly showed us around the apartment. Very clean and tidy. Aitor's communication throughout was excellent which gave us every confidence in our booking. The accommodation is good value for money and we would like stay again in future. Thank you to Aitor and his family.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a great holiday

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in June 25' and found the apartment to be immaculate and well equipped for all our needs. It's a 2 minute walk to the sea front, marina and restaurants but not noisy. Very spacious for 2 people with plenty of good storage for clothes and suitcases etc. Comfortable lounge with large patio doors and small balcony open plan to the kitchen, just perfect. Double bedroom was spacious and airy and there was also a second single bedroom with utility off. The shower room was the perfect size and plenty of towels were made available. The roof terrace is accessed through the main internal stairwell and is totally private and very large and well furnished with lovely views to the mountains at the rear and the marina and sea view to the front. The only downside for me personally is that I have a fear of heights and from the internal stairwell you can see a drop straight down to the ground floor level so I only used the terrace once but could not face the stairs again. The aircon was well used as we had a very hot spell also. All in all this was a perfect little apartment for our holiday. Sorry I didn't get to meet the owner personally but I did get to meet his mother who stayed up to greet us and show us into the apartment at about 2.15am!! Lovely lady, so sorry we kept you up late. Thank you for the use of your lovely apartment.

Un buen lugar para conocer Mallorca

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en una de las zonas mas bonitas de Mallorca que permite visitar la costa oeste y sus impresionantes paisajes y pueblos. El Apartamento, impecablemente limpio y muy bien equipado, dispone de terraza solarium con vistas a la bahía.

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu viert im Frühjahr gemietet und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Selbst für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt ist sie bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral, strandnah und guter Ausgangspunkt zum Entdecken der Insel. Der sehr nette Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Ein entspannter Urlaub.

Great apartment, perfect location

This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Puerto de Pollensa. Fantastic landlord, apartment and location. The apartment was spotless, with clean linen and towels etc when we arrived and was the perfect size. Aitor is very helpful when you arrive, explaining parking restrictions, markets and providing advice if you are new to the area.The roof terrace has gorgeous views of the mountains and ocean and is very comfortable for lounging on or eating meals. We will be staying again next April as it was like having our own place. The only downside/negative to this apartment is that we can't stay permanently!

10 tolle Tage Urlaub

Wir verbrachten 10 tolle Tage Ende Dezember auf Mallorca. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber. An und Abreise war perfekt. Das besondere Highlight war die Sommerterrasse die zu der Wohnung gehört und zu der kein anderer Zutritt hatte. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Aitor der Vermieter stand einem auch immer zu Verfügung wenn man fragen hatte.

Estupendo apartamento. Wonderful flat

Apartamento muy bonito y funcional en pleno centro de Puerto Pollensa. Perfecto estado y con todas las comodidades. Con una terraza estupenda ideal para cenar. Nos lo entregaron perfectamente limpio y hasta con detalles de bienvenida. Aitor es encantador y estuvo siempre a disposición para lo que necesitáramos y aconsejarnos que hacer en la isla. Sin dudas repetiríamos. Very nice flat in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Very clean. It has a wonderful terrace where have dinner. Aitor is a very nice person. He gave us welcome presents and was allways available for whatever we needed. We hope to be there again next year!
