Se encuentra a unos 100 pasos hacia el océano y a unos 100 pasos hacia la bahía. Hay un gran parque cubierto de hierba justo al lado. El histórico Belmont Park es una caminata fácil de aproximadamente dos cuadras. Central para todos los sitios principales, el zoológico, Sea World, Old Town, La Jolla y más.

¡Nos encanta su ubicación! No muchas áreas del mundo tienen el Océano Y la Bahía a solo unos pasos. Hay millas de senderos planos para bicicletas / senderos en Bayside, y, por supuesto, en Oceanside se encuentra el largo paseo marítimo de millas. Close to Belmont Park! Great location, awesome beach rental!

We loved it, had everything we needed for the beach and all the comforts of home! Most everything was a bike ride away and our GMC SUV even fit in the garage! Darrell was a great host, very quick to respond, he called to check in to make sure we didn't need anything. The bikes and boogie boards were a huge plus with teens. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place, super close to the beach!

This was our first time staying at a vacation rental, and the bar has been set high! Check in was super easy, and Darrell answered all of our questions and showed us where everything was. The house was very clean and well-appointed, including toys in the kids' bedroom and plenty of towels. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked wonderfully! The beds, especially the one in the master, were extremely comfortable. As far as location, it was less than a two minute walk to the sand! It's also extremely close to Belmont Park. The garage was a HUGE plus, and our minivan fit perfectly. The building itself was very secure and quiet, and even though we were facing a street we heard very little street noise after 9 pm. Any questions we had were answered very quickly, and Darrell checked in with us via text to make sure things were going well. This was a wonderful experience for our family, and we would highly recommend Darrell's place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mission Beach!

Location location location

It is obvious Darrell and Adam care about their guest experience. We were personally welcomed at check in and received a quick tour. Everything we needed was provided. We are a family of three, with an 18 year old son. Here are a few key points to help others decide if this rental will work for their family. Location- 15 minutes from the airport, zoo, La Jolla and Balboa Park, USS Midway and many other things. So easy to get around. We walked to Belmont Park every evening. Parking- thank goodness for the garage. If you are familiar with this part of town you know parking is at a premium. The listing says the garage will accommodate a small to medium vehicle. Heed this advice. Shorty after checking in people arrived in a minivan at another unit. They couldn't make it into the garage. Air conditioning - we visited in August, the hottest month of the year. AC was much appreciated. Also the white noise of the units helped block out the traffic noise. We are light sleepers, but we slept great here. Beach- literally a one minute walk. Gorgeous beach and sea breeze. If you have small children and prefer the bay it is just across the street. We are sure you will enjoy your stay!

Great Location

The location was great, easy access to the beach and the bay. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including boggie boards, beach towels and a surf board. Would stay again.

Beach Perfect!

The condo is the perfect location for beach vacation. The property is clean and quiet- we didn’t hear anyone on our floor, felt like we were the only ones there. We are a family of 5 and did our best to be as quiet since it was so quiet! We spent most days on the beach so that was easy! We met Adam for check-in and he was most hospitable giving tour of condo, while always making sure to make us feel at home as he showed us items we can use and make it feel like our “home away from home.” Darrell & Genie truly thought of everything in readying the condo for guests: comfortable beds, clean linen, plenty of towels, beach towels, comfortable seating/futons, TVs, Air conditioner in bedrooms, stocked kitchen with cooking pans, pots, dishes, utensils, fridge, dishwasher. Beach bikes- cruisers, beach chairs, mats, surf board, boogie boards. OMG! So convenient! Being a family of 5, we made a goal to eat out once a day, everything was within walking/biking distance! We cooked other meals in condo. Kids wanted surf lessons so we got lessons! We recommend Lance Maxwell with Surfing In Paradise!! We are sad vacation came to an end. Thank you Darrell, Genie & Adam. We hope return very soon!

Great Stay in South Mission

Darrell was a fantastic host - very communicative and welcoming! The condo was a great location and the space and sleeping set-up was fantastic. Bikes, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even a surf board included as well as laundry. Condo is well-outfitted - Very clean and very charming- This is a winner!

Great time at Mission Beach!

Darrell is an excellent property manager! He met us at check in, made sure we knew all the codes and where the amenities were. The condo was very clean and sooooo close to the beach. We took full advantage of the provided bikes and beach items provided!

Location

5 women stayed here on Mission Beach for 1 week. The location is fabulous. As the the description says it's right near the bay and the ocean! Check in was easy and Adam was very informative. The condo is very well stocked and all the beach items (towels, umbrella, coolers,boogie boards,sand mats) that were available to use was great. Would rent again in a heart beat.

Everything about this place was great! We loved being so close to the ocean, and so convenient to everywhere in San Diego. The setup worked great for our family of four. And the hosts could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great SD experience.

Great Experience!

Perfect for our group of 6 - 2 moms with 4 teenage sons. Moms took the master bedroom and kids each had their own bed. Loved the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The condo was well stocked with board games, card games, toiletries, condiments, and everything for the beach. The condo building itself is a little older, but everything was well maintained. The owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and Darrell was great!

Everything we needed was waiting for us when we got there! Awesome location, easy and close access to the beach, boardwalk and Belmont Park! Darrell was a fantastic host and the property had everything we needed! Also a 15 minute drive from anywhere you’d want to go to see this beautiful city. We very much enjoyed our vacation and hope to return some day!

Genie and I have been married 57 years. We had a wonderful 50th Anniversary cruise to Alaska with 25 friends and family. I retired from teaching in 2008 after teaching 38 years. We enjoy traveling, gardening, hiking, old houses, and everything outdoors. Genie and I graduated from San Diego State. I graduated from Desert High School at Edwards Air Force Base, home of the X-15 and where the Space Shuttles landed.
Genie went to Crawford High School.
We met in a Courtship and Marriage Class in college ! I came across our professor later and told him we were engaged. He said jokingly, "I see you didn't listen to me". Well fifty years later I guess we learned something from him,

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we were very poor newly weds, we would explore the beach areas with friends. Genie and I dreamed of having a place here someday because of its perfect location, "Steps to the Ocean or Bay". Finally with hard work and good decisions, we were able to purchase our dream. Being on this peninsula is perfect. South Mission is a wonderful community.

Easy walk to Historic Belmont Park. Lovely grassy park right next door. Sea World , Zoo , La Jolla, Old Town, Gas Lamp Quarter, and more all nearby.
