Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Mission Hills! This stylish downstairs condo offers a delightful blend of comfort & modern decor, making it an ideal retreat for families or couples. With 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, you`ll find plenty of space to unwind. Explore the vibrant local scene, indulge in delightful cuisine, or simply take a leisurely walk through this picturesque neighborhood.
Whether you`re here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this condo is the perfect home base.

This trendy haven is located on the ground level (with an identical vacation rental above). The bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: Bunkbeds (twin over full)
2 full bathrooms
Mini split heating and air conditioning system in each room
Smart Tv`s
Washer and Dryer in unit
Outdoor patio dining area
Working desk area

Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee or an al fresco dinner on the inviting outdoor dining set. Inside, the fully-stocked kitchen is a culinary enthusiast`s dream, equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.
There is parking for 1 spot in the driveway.

Guests have unfettered access to the entire condo. In the front of the property is a 3 bedroom house (also a vacation rental) but there are no shared spaces. There is also a vacation rental of the second floor of this complex.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Wonderful place to stay. It’s cozy and feels relaxing. Comfortable beds too. I like that they had driveway parking too. Very clean place and area is pretty quiet. Would stay again!

The house was super clean and has a fresh, new feel. The decor is simple and welcoming, very classy. The beds and linens were high quality and very comfortable, pillows, too!

Beautiful home in the perfect location with everything we needed.We made the mistake of booking with a diffeeent host that could not provide us with the means to enter or lock the property and we needed to find a new place quickly during spring break.I thought that we would have to settle given the short notice and instead, we upgraded to this lovely home in the perfect spot with off street parking, plenty of space, and a beautiful view.We all looked at each other and said we would be happy to live here.Thank you! We will be back and we plan on staying in the same place.Thanks for making this trip fantastic!

Parking was very convenient and easy. Check in was easy. Entire place was clean. Only issues were that we could hear everything the upstairs tenants were doing - very footstep sounded like it was going to step through the ceiling. Additionally, the AC/Fan mini split systems were not working at all - even with following their instructions carefully. I messaged the manager and they said they’d have a maintenance person come by. They never came, and there was no follow up about it. Overall great rental and location. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the convenient parking, easy check-in, and cleanliness of the space. We're so glad those aspects of your stay worked well! We sincerely apologize about the noise from the upstairs tenants - we understand how disruptive footsteps and noise can be, especially when you're trying to relax. Unfortunately, sound transmission between floors is something we're limited in controlling, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it's important information for future guests. We're truly sorry about the AC/Fan mini-split systems not working during your stay. We're even more disappointed that our maintenance person didn't arrive as promised and that we failed to follow up with you. He is not the best at responding to our calls and we'll have a talk with him again about this. Despite these issues, we're grateful you still found the rental and location great overall and that you'd consider staying again. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience next time - one without AC issues and with proper follow-through on our commitments.
