El apartamento está ubicado en el primer piso de un edificio del siglo XIX, debido a sus orígenes antiguos, no tiene ascensor. Cuenta con un salón con biblioteca y TV LCD de 37 '(equipado con un dispositivo Chromecast), HIFI y reproductor de DVD. El sofá se puede transformar en una cama doble. Un comedor separado con una cómoda mesa para 6 personas. Una cocina totalmente equipada con mesa para dos y con TV. Un baño con bañera / ducha, un armario empotrado en el pasillo y una habitación doble con aire acondicionado.
El departamento cuenta con servicio wifi. Todo el apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado y está amueblado con buen gusto. Es acogedor y luminoso. Está bien conectado con el transporte público y hay tiendas cercanas para sus compras. Trastevere ofrece restaurantes, pubs, pizzerías, bares, cervecerías, etc. para todos los gustos y preferencias.

COMO EN CASA !

Desde la recepción hasta la despedida Alessandro está siempre atento a todo. El piso es tal cual se ve en las fotos con buena ubicación para ir a todos sitios y todas las comodidades q puedas necesitar . Silencioso para dormir por la noche y despertarte totalmente descansado pero muy cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías para que en unos 10 min a pie puedas elegir lo que quieras . Muchas gracias nuevamente, Alessandro, por tu ayuda inestimable!

Ruim appartement op fijne locatie

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij het Nest. Het contact met de eigenaren verliep heel soepel en waren zeer hulpvaardig. Het apartment is ruim en centraal gelegen. Goed bed. Punt van aandacht is de slaapbank. Deze is niet erg geschikt om op te slapen. In ieder geval niet voor grotere kinderen of volwassenen. Wanneer er een betere bedbank zou staan dan zou je met de grote van het appartement makkelijk met vier volwassenen kunnen verblijven. Dat zou ik nu niet aanraden. Tip dus voor de eigenaren, verder helemaal top!

This is a great apartment, within walking distance of many of the great sites at the heart of Rome, yet in a quiet residential neighbourhood, thus providing a good night's sleep. The inviting Trastevere restaurant scene is about a 10 minute walk away, starting near the Ponte Sisto. Highlights: -First and foremost, the host, Alessandro, was terrific--very helpful and responsive. Speaks excellent English! -The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. -Modern bathroom, with plenty of hot water. -Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. -The WIFI was strong and capable for streaming. -Loads of guidebooks and other reading material available. -If you are self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and good quality pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. There is a full-service neighbourhood supermarket (part of the Tigre chain) a 10 minute walk away (a short block across the bridge). Besides the staples, they sell fresh meat/produce/bread/dairy products and they also have a good little deli-counter. We were able to find everything we needed for self-catering there. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Very cosy, fully equiped apartment close to everywhere. There is no need to take public transport. The hosts are very kind and helpfull.

L'appartement d'Alessandro et Julie est très bien situé pour découvrir Rome et rayonner à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. Alessandro et Julie ont été très arrangeants et l'appartement est confortable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous reviendrons !

Tranquil, well located.

Clean. Parquet floors ,wooden beamed ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and master bedroom. . The sofa bed takes up most of the room in the living room which is the same size as the dining room. It was the perfect space for me and my daughter. There is only one air conditioner for the bedroom and the rest of the apartment was hot on those August days, although the fan in the living room helped. Also there was the rule that the air conditioner had to be turned off between midnight and 7 am. Apart from this, I would recommend this apartment, especially for it's location in the Trastevere area and other important sites within walking distance.

Rome escape

Excellent property, centrally located. Walking distance to all the sites Rome has to offer, especially 10 minutes walking to Vatican, yet away enough from all the hustle of bussy Trastevere restaurant scene to have a good and quiet sleep. Alessandro is an amazing host, who is always avaliable to help, no matter what the need might be. Thank you Alessandro!!! I would definitely return to this wonderful property

Optimaler Standort in sehr schöner Wohnung

Wir waren über Sylvester in dieser für zwei Personen wunderbaren Wohnung, am Rand von Trastevere und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Man kann selbst kochen oder zu Fuß viele Lokale erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zB Petersdom , Engelsburg ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Informationen durch Alessandro. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wonderful apartment

Stayed here by myself while in town for a conference and it was great. Great location and I felt very safe. Very spacious and had all the amenities one could want. One large caveat is that there is only AC in the bedroom, and this with the request not to run it "all night". Not sure when else you would want to run AC in a bedroom? There is only one fan for the rest of the house and during the heat wave, it was uncomfortably hot in the apartment.

Excellent pour visiter Rome en son cœur

La position est remarquable, avec en plus le calme et une bonne résistance aux températures élevées. On peut s'y rendre très rapidement à l'arrivée et en repartir aussi bien vite. Pour le reste, on est à proximité du Trastevere et du Janicule (l'animation et le calme d'un parc.

A spacious, quiet and well-situated apartment

Julie and Alessandro's apartment was perfect for our needs. It is spacious and very functional, with a good size kitchen and a very private bedroom, as well as separate dining and living areas and plenty of closet space. We used the pull-out bed in the living area for our daughter, and it worked well, not at all in the way of circulation. We mainly used the dining table to eat and work, and the kitchen too. The neighborhood is a short walk from the heart of Rome (just across the bridge) and the central Trastevere area to the south, but also pleasantly removed from the crowds, situated on a quiet, residential street. Everything worked well and our arrival and departure were smooth and easy. We were completely satisfied.

Clean, well appointed apartment with excellent owner attention.

This is a well maintained, very clean apartment, minimalist in style (clutter free) with all the appliances and kitchenware you should need for an apartment stay. It is located in a residential area of Trastevere, away from the hustle and bustle so it is quiet, but you will not find a cafe downstairs or a market in the immediate area. It is located about a 20 minute walk to Campo de Fiori, or the Coop. Piazza Navonna, Piazza Sta Maria in Trastevere or Piazza San Pietro are also easy walks. There is no Metro nearby but two buses run irregularly along the river and will take you to Piramide Metro stop or Stazione Ostiense. This is a perfect apartment for a stay in Rome if you want to feel like a Roman! The owners are thoughtful and promptly responsive, you could not find better hosts.

A comfortable apartment in a good location

My husband and I spent the month of November here and enjoyed the apartment very much. The location is good, able to walk to many places and also get buses nearby. The apartment is on a small street out of the main center of Trastevere so it is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a supermarket nearby where we could get food to cook at home. (Even though the food in Rome is spectacular it is good to eat at home sometimes!) Alessandro met us when we arrived and explained the details of the apartment to us and he was available to help when questions came up. He also made some very good restaurant suggestions. He arranged a taxi for us on the day we left. I would highly recommend staying here while in Rome.

Fantastic Apartment in Super Location

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 15 nights and we were absolutely thrilled with the apartment. We have stayed in Rome multiple times and this apartment is at the top of our list of favorites. It was very quiet and in a great location close to everything Rome has to offer. We are DEFINITELY coming back!

Perfect location and wonderful host!

We stayed here for 10 days and loved every day! The location allowed us to get into a good routine of sight seeing, shopping, eating, walking, being amongst the locals. Alessandro provides instant feedback and response on all inquiries. I highly recommend his place! We hope to return next year.
