Ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen condo with plenty of space for couples, friends and families traveling together or travelers exploring alone. All the amenities and essentials of home to make your stay in Leavenworth as comfortable as possible. Located within walking and biking distance to downtown Leavenworth (less than 1 mile walking or driving). Comfy and ample seating for guests, breakfast bar, patio area with tables and chairs. Master Bedroom has 1 queen bed, guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and 2 rollaway cots available for additional sleeping space in the living room/dining room. Full washer and dryer in unit with laundry soap provided. Cookware, eating utensils, spices and cooking essentials provided, along with towels and linen. 2 bicycles are available for guest use. Secure Wi-Fi available, TV's with DVD players and lots of movie choices (no cable or satellite TV). Plenty of board games, cards, dice games and a Wii console available to keep you entertained while not our exploring. Dining establishments, breweries, wineries, grocery stores, shopping, gas stations and convenience stores all located within close proximity. Minutes to golfing, mini-golfing, river rafting, sno-parks, ski hills, walking / hiking / skiing / snowshoe trails and many more recreational areas and opportunities. Any adventure you choose is close to right outside the door!

We are located about 2.5 hours from the Sea-Tac airport, 45 minutes from the Wenatchee airport and 2 miles from the Leavenworth Amtrak Station. Rental car transportation is recommended if you plan to visit the surrounding areas for recreation (i.e. Lake Wenatchee, Stevens Pass, Lake Chelan, etc.) There are shuttle companies in the area that can provide transportation as well (Leavenworth Shuttle & Taxi). We do have a private, covered and dedicated parking space available in the complex for rental or private car use.

Private entry with keypad access allows self check-in and check-out. Minimal interaction with guests, but I am available by phone, text or email 24 hours a day. Will arrange for on-site assistance if needed.
