This 86 square meter apartment is located on the first floor, a shaded balcony can offer you nice coffee breaks . It consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom with a rain shower. There is a stylish comfortable living room with a smart T.V. sharing space with a custom made wooden bar table with bar stools where a laptop working station is located. Open-air fully equipped kitchen with a dining table complements the living room space. Kitchen has a regular size oven, large refrigerator, dish washer ,Nespresso coffee machine and all the needed kitchenware making the apartment an ideal habitat for even longer periods of time when someone desires to combine work with pleasure. The bar table with the stools is ideal also for breakfast whereas the large wooden dining table offers an ideal position even for laptop working. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed along with a non-spring biologic aloe mattress. The second bedroom has two twin size beds that can turn to a king size if placed together. The large bathroom contains a washing machine, convenient modern cupboards and plenty of space for personal items. The sofa bed in the living room can turn into a queen bed or two twin ones. There is a possibility for a baby cot if necessary.
