Con su posición privilegiada, en la villa soleada y tranquila de Mastichari Seabreeze villa ofrece una solución de lujo para aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones especiales y en total privacidad con su familia o amigos.

Se encuentra a solo 100 metros de la playa más hermosa de Mastichari, de arena fina y equipada con tumbonas y sombrillas. Para aquellos que quieran a pocos pasos, encontrarán un centro deportivo donde pueden alquilar canoas / kayaks y catamaranes / kite / windsurf.

La villa puede alojar hasta un máximo de 9 personas y consta de 3 dormitorios en dos niveles (niveles totales 3)
En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina a medida equipada con todo lo necesario, la sala de estar, un baño y una habitación doble.

Arriba hay otros dos dormitorios con baño en el pasillo.
También en este piso puede acceder a una gran terraza donde puede pasar momentos relajantes escuchando música mientras admira el mar.

En el piso superior encontrará una terraza adicional donde podrá disfrutar de la mejor vista.

En la planta baja también una gran puerta de cristal lo llevará a una terraza externa equipada con mesa y sofás.
Además, una piscina de 15 m2 en un jardín de 256 m2 completa la villa.

En el exterior también encontrará una zona de barbacoa donde podrá disfrutar de sus parrillas

La villa está equipada con los últimos sistemas de audio / video, como pantallas LCD Smart TV y sistema inalámbrico de difusión de audio (wifi) para conectar su teléfono móvil / PC
La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario.
También en la villa hay un sistema de ablandamiento de agua de última generación.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. It has everything we needed: from a pool to a hot tub to several outdoor areas to relax. Andrea and his wife were so helpful and always accessible. The town is completely walkable with beaches, restaurants and bars just steps away. Plus a gorgeous beach bar to watch the sunset just down the block.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Seabreeze. It's a lovely villa in a great location, close to the beach and very well placed for exploring the island.

We had a great time at Seabreeze Villa. Hosts were fantastic and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Great location in a quiet area but not too far to walk to the beach / bars and restaurants

Hübsche Villa in sonniger Lage

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und nur zu loben. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist für eine 5-köpfige Familie perfekt, da 3 Kinder in 1 Zimmer unterkommen können, und es wäre im EG noch ein grosses Zimmer für z. B. Grosseltern frei. Allerdings weniger Kleinkindgeeignet (Pool, Steckdosen, viele Treppen und relativ niedrige Balkonbrüstungen). Das Haus bietet allen technischen Komfort bis auf eine Spülmaschine, deren Anschaffung unser wirklich einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre. Aber das wird durch die Nähe zur Beachbar und zur Tavernenmeile wettgemacht. Sehr netter und persönlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer, die ganz in der Nähe wohnen und somit jederzeit abrufbereit sind. Wir haben uns insbesondere über ihre Flexibilität bzgl. des late checkouts gefreut. Obwohl die Terrasse direkt an der Strasse liegt, ist es ruhig und mit genügend Privatsphäre, da es kein Gegenüber gibt und es keine Durchfahrts- oder Promenadenstrasse ist. Sonne hat man den ganzen Tag, und die Terrasse bietet Schatten. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und haben willkommenen Mückenschutz. Auf jeden Fall eine zu empfehlende Adresse!

Exceptional nice villa

What an amazing villa this is!!! Near to the beach and a wonderfull small village. The swimmingpool and the jacuzzi were very nice and what a sunset!! The nicest place to stay in Kos!!!

Sea breeze Villa was lovely very pretty to look at and a very quite place to relax. If we had any problems Andrea came an fixed them. There is major road works going on by villa but that didn’t dampen our holiday. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Cafe bar Aplo is a minutes walk and has a fantastic atmosphere great food and the brilliant George was the perfect host totally recommend a visit. Airport not far and local supermarket there is Lidl about 15mins drive away if u want it. Shame there wasn’t a shower by pool as sun tan cream did start to show on water and pool sides. All in all a fab holiday xx

JUST.BEAUTIFUL.FULL STOP. First time I come to a place and it is even more beautiful than the pictures from the website. And that is a thing to say- because look at those pics on the website. The house is absolutely close to the beach where you have the possibility for kite surfing, a long walk at the beach as well as for relaxation - plenty of sun chairs and subumbrellas for a small fee per day. You can also find beach bars and restaurants in walking distance where you can enjoy a small snack, drink or lunch/ dinner. The house is very well equipped - even with sound speaker for the perfect sundowner music (do not miss to enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the terrace with a drink!), outdoor grill, very well equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms with rain shower, washing machine, towels for the house and the beach, TV in every bedroom (my daughter loved it ;-)) and not to forget a beautiful pool with comfy sunbeds. The house was in perfect condition - Andrea and Elena do everything to keep it like you are the first guest. They gave us a warm welcome and we directly felt at home. Should you require anything, they are always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and it was the most relaxing holiday I had in a long time. We would love to come again.

Just awesome

Es war einfach alles super. Die Lage (Nähe zum Kitespot / Strand) die Villa, die Tipps vom Vermieter, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und und und. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Geputzt wurde einmal pro Woche das Haus und dreimal den Pool. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Für 6 Personen sicherlich etwas zu klein.

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Der sehr schöne Strand und die Bucht sind ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und von guter Qualität. Für alle die selbst kochen möchten fehlt allerdings in der Küche einiges an Utensilien. Pfannen, Töpfe, Salatschüsseln etc. sind kaum vorhanden. Ebenfalls ein Nachteil für Selbstverpfleger ist die fehlende Spülmaschine.

Es war alles Top. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Pool, Küche, Grill und Zimmer war toll und sauber. Wir waren 7 Personen 2 Singels und 2 Paare mit eine kleine Kind. Für das Kleinkind bekamen wir ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zum essen. -:)

Beautiful Villa

My daughter and myself stayed here for a week. Fabulous villa done out to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Besides being close to the beach, there is a supermarket nearby. It is only a stroll away from some excellent restaurants. A car isn't needed as there is a regular bus service into Kos town and you can book tours in the village. Overall an excellent villa and we will definitely be back.

Truly outstanding!

We have just got home from our holiday in seabreeze villa and I can honestly say it's the nicest villa I have ever seen! The decor is absolutely gorgeous there is nowhere else to stay on Kos island like it. Everything in the villa is to a very high standard. The beds are really comfortable, there's plenty of space, a pool, a smart TV, wifi, even a Bluetooth speaker! The views from the balconies are amazing and it's right next to a lovely beach bar and just a 2 minute walk from the beach. There really is no compromise on anything in this villa! The owner, Andrea was lovely and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. We will without a doubt be coming back to stay again.

Fantastic!

Fantastic location, on the side of the island where you can enjoy awesome sunsets every night and very close to the beach and the village. The house if GREAT, all new, very tastefully decorated, has all the comforts and the outside features, including the pool, make it a great place to hang out and relax! Andrea and the rest of the team are great, responsive and very helpful! We had a great time, look forward to going back at some point... and it would be at Seabreeze for sure!!

Great place for family vacation

Wonderful house, perfect location with almost direct access to the beach (no sunbeds and umbrellas but, what's more important, almost no people). House was very clean, comfortable, really well equipped (everything you need plus good sound system and a number of flat screen tv's) and also good looking - arranged with good taste. Walking distance to nice and friendly beach bar, restaurants and shops. What didn;t really work was wi-fi, which I found unreliable, water in the shower was rather lukewarm instead of real hot and also the close neighbourhood was not relly neat as some construction work is still going on. But all that didn;t really mater as the house itself and pool (cleaned regularly) would compensate for these little setbacks.The service and care provided by Andrea were just great and highly appreciated.

AMAZING VILLA!!!

This Villa is simply amazing! the sea is next to, to few metres. The center is only 150 metres, the first beach bar (Aplo) is only 30 metres. We spent fantastic week with all my family. The house is new end every small detail is studied to get our holiday fantastic. To the arrival Elena and Andrea (the owners) give us a welcome present with homemade olive oil, homemade wine and homemade jam. They were so frinedly with us from the first day . They give us also the possibility to use a telephone inside the house to call our friends and parents for free, with unlimited calls. We enjoy a lot also outside in the garden area looking fantastic sunset and with fantastic barbecue dinner. Everytime we think to our holiday in Kos we stop thinking how much we relax there. We feel to be at home ... and also better!! Thanks to Elena and Andrea to be so kind with us. We will come back sure next year!! Marco, Luana, Simone and Paolo

Perfect Holiday / Great location

The Villa is totally new build and very well equiped. We ( 2 adults + 2 Kids) spent a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice Interiour the biggest plus was the closeness to the Beach in combination with the Pool. So after some Time at the Beach you can Return to the Pool and relax there while the Kids Are Swimming and Planying. Andrea and Elena were perfect hosts: friendly and Caring but also with a sense for Privay and the Time of the year when all the Family is together. We ve seen many Great villas, but this is the First Time we want to Return to one Place.

Gorgeous villa with spectacular views of the sea

We had a fantastic time in Kos . My husband, daughter and her husband were on the Island to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We couldn't have picked a better villa for our celebration. The view from the villa was spectacular and we were so happy to have a pool to cool off in because it was pretty hot even in May. The villa is beautifully furnished and had everything that we could have wanted. We loved the location of the villa because it was an easy walk to Mastichari. There were also plenty of restaurants that were very close to the villa. Andrea and Elena, who manage the property was extremely helpful and nice. They explained all of the places that we should visit and all of the different things that we could do. They were also very responsive when we called them with questions. We loved swimming in the Agean Sea and the sunset was gorgeous. I don't know when we'll be able to return to Kos but I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
