Impresionante villa de 4 camas con vistas al lago sin interrupciones en el santuario

Esta villa de lujo de Florida de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños, bellamente amueblada y decorada con buen gusto, con vista a un área de conservación en la parte trasera y ubicada en la comunidad cerrada y deseable del Santuario de West Haven. La propiedad disfruta de una posición aislada ya que no se pasa por alto en ningún lado.
Las amplias salas de estar incluyen un gran salón con televisión de pantalla plana de 50 'con televisión de fútbol, reproductor de DVD y películas. Una sala familiar donde podrá relajarse y escuchar música; un comedor formal, una cocina totalmente equipada y muy bien equipada con un comedor para el desayuno. La zona de ocio del loft de arriba tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, películas, DVD y una PlayStation 3 y juegos. La sala de juegos muy bien equipada tiene un gran ventilador de refrigeración. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King-size, televisión de pantalla plana y un gran baño en suite. Hay un segundo dormitorio principal con una cama Queen, televisión de pantalla plana y un gran baño en suite. Las dos habitaciones restantes tienen dos camas individuales, televisores y baño adyacente.
La propiedad y el área de la piscina no se pasan por alto en NINGÚN lado.
La espectacular piscina azul tiene una pantalla de luz que cambia de color y un spa con jacuzzi elevado que se puede calentar por separado (opcional). También hay una gran barbacoa de gas disponible para uso de los huéspedes.

Nuestra villa está ubicada a solo 12 minutos de Disney en la comunidad cerrada y deseable del Santuario de West Haven, a solo una milla de Champions Gate, que ofrece un supermercado público, tiendas, restaurantes, dos campos de golf de campeonato y un hotel Omni de 4 estrellas con Otros 5 restaurantes. Hay fácil acceso a los otros parques temáticos en Universal, SeaWorld, Lego land y Busch Gardens.

Perfect stay.

A lovely home in a nice quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault it. The house is large and spacious. The kids loved the pool and the games room. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit. Just one suggestion, a Bluetooth speaker would have been a nice addition as there was no where really to stream or play music

The house was overall perfect except the out dated furniture an the cleanliness of the house but I definitely would book again the pool was a hit with the family. My family had the best vacation we could ask for

Beautiful House

Very clean. Exactly as pictured on VRBO. Pool very nice. Great neighborhood. Gated community. Kids loved the pool table and games in the game room. Would definitely stay again!!

Villa in Davenport

Stay was overall good. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Back yard and privacy was also great. House was relatively clean. Games room is in the garage which was very hot and had lots of bugs so we didn’t use it. No Kleenex, paper towel, dish soap or clothes soap and I think for the price, these few amenities could be supplied, (also no extra toilet paper). We also had to purchase salt, pepper, sugar and I think for a house rental, supplying these things would go a long way and save guests buying and not using even half of it. Such a waste to leave it.

Lived up to our expectations

We had a great time at the house which meet our needs as a group of 7 in different ages. Could have been a bit cleaner and the house is a bit more worn than shows in the pictures. But overall a good experience and we would rent the house again.

Location is FABULOUS! Quiet and private. FYI ..Need to request BBQ grill to be moved out of garage prior to your start of you want to use it or you have to move it through the house because the garage does not open. Bought a box fan since we weren't allowed toturn the air below 74. Left it for future vacationers in the closet. Spider webs in living room by TV cabinet and ants in the leather couch. Pool was great and they come clean on Tuesdays. Only slept in downstairs primary, comfy. Headboard and footboard are really wobbly. Kitchen needs a bigger skillet, only a small one available, holds 2 eggs. If you need to report anything, need to call the management and not message the owners. Overall, good stay and recommend...as long as you know what to do and how to prepare ahead of time.

Beautiful & Relaxing

We loved the house! It’s perfect for our group to enjoy, relax, soak up the sun and swim! Lots of bathrooms and space for all 6 of us. Bedrooms are spacious and house was very clean! We loved spending every minute that we could out back at the pool and in the hot tub. The hot tub is attached to the pool and is the same water temperature as the pool is but there’s a timer on the wall that you can turn on to heat up the hot tub and it was perfect! *** Remember to bring dish soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters if you want coffee every morning. We left our extras there for whoever is the next guests 😎 We will definitely be back again! The hosts are amazing and easy going! It was a stress free stay!

Fantastic! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Margaret and Johnathan's house was the perfect getaway home for our family of 5. There was plenty of space to spread out or be together (the tables and couch could seat us all). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa and were very glad that we had paid to have it heated. As stated in the description, it is quite private and we appreciated that. The sanctuary in the backyard was full of beautiful birds- what a treat! The gameroom was another great place to hang out with something for everyone to do. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. There were grocery stores and food options very close. Overall, we were very happy with our choice and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing home to vacation in.

Family vacation

The house was as described. There was plenty of room for four adults and two children. The games room was a big hit with the grandchildren and the pool was enjoyed by all. One downfall was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No paper towels or facial tissue was supplied. No dish soap supplied. Luckily I had packed those items just in case they were needed. We took our own laundry soap. We did have to wash the baking sheets and frying pans before we could use them. The gated community felt very safe. The home is about a 30 minute drive to the amusement parks. Overall we enjoyed the home.

Great place - could use a few things

We enjoyed our stay but felt the home could use some essentials. There were no hot pads or oven mitts to take things out of the oven. There is one glass measuring cup. It would be nice to have all sizes of measuring cups and measuring spoons that included tablespoons. The pillow quality was poor. They were very thin. Also it would have been nice to have a dishwasher tab to start our first load. The beds were comfy. The pool was wonderful and we were so glad we paid for the pool heat. Overall a good home just a few updates would do wonders!

Very Good Vacation Home

Overall a very good vacation home. Four adults on annual golf trip and we had everything we needed. PROS: House was comfy and clean. Everything worked just fine. Owner allowed us to check in a couple hours early which was nice. Pool area was great. Game room pretty cool. Location was perfect. Just far enough from the craziness but still close enough to everything. Overall great place for a vacation CONS: There were ants in the kitchen. Not a big deal as it is Florida but as described in a previous review they were there. Did not call owner as it didn't much bother us. TV's in bedrooms were SMALL. And I mean small. Didn't know they made them that small anymore. As older guys truthfully we could barely see them from our beds. Grill situation is weird but I get it. No temperature controls at pool or spa so was never quite sure what temp was. Spa was usually hot enough, pool was mostly cool. Overall would stay here again. Only 4 stars as I consider 5 stars to be excellent. A little updating to the home, and maybe a nice big outdoor tv would make this a 5 star property.

Just Okay

The house could use some updating and some general upkeep. We could not use the sliding glass door from the living room because it wouldn’t open. We used the door in the bedroom to use the pool but that door went off track every time we used it. There were ants everywhere! I get it, it’s Florida but just be warned they are in every room. The “hot tub” is not a hot tub, just an extension of the pool. We called to ask about it they said they are waiting on part and they would come out and fix it. They didn’t. The thermostat isn’t allowed to go below 74, because the AC unit would freeze up, what a joke. It was 95 degrees out the whole week and the house was so hot. Every night when went to bed the temperature in the house was 79. The kids slept on the couch downstairs because it was way too hot upstairs. The game room is in a garage and has no air so it was never used because of the heat. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.

Not all we expected

At first glance this property seems fantastic. Good location, large space, all the comforts of home. Sadly the pictures are deceiving. Im fine with dated furniture but many areas require improvement at this price point. Beds are old with completely worn out mattresses. Most furnishings are beat up looking as if were purchased randomly from a thrift store. The hot tub pictured is not a hot tub but, rather an extension of the pool which serves no purpose. The pool cover is there and is suppose to help keep the pool clean but, it was completely destroyed and unusable. One kids room had a broken light outlet from string lights hung over the closet. We encounted plumbing issues as well as a few bug issues. I understand its Florida and hot so bugs are always possible. However, having to communicate multiple times with property owners during a "vacation" does intrude on the experience. This was our first experience with a Vrbo so some items are acceptable but overall we were disappointed. The beds were a huge issue due to their age and sheer damage. The main bedroom mattress is in desperate need of replacement. A bug guy was sent out but we still encounted bugs in the game room, 1 bedroom and all over the kitchen. There comes a point when you have to just enjoy your vacation and deal with it. We will have to ask more questions before we plan our next Vebo trip.

Leider nicht so wie in der Beschreibung

Der Aufenthalt begann mit dem verschmutztem Eingangangsbereich mit Spinnen und sonstige, Ungeziefer. Das Doppelbett im EG ist sehr wackelig. Im OG ist die Matratze im Doppelbett so durchgelegen, dass wir auf die Kinderzimmer ausgewichen sind. Fernsehen war nicht möglich da die Fernbedienungen defekt sind. Auch der Einsatz von neuen Batterien brachte nichts. Das ganze Haus ist ziemlich abgerockt und bedarf einer grundlegenden Sanierung. Klimaanlage und Pool funktionieren. Die Garage mit den Spielgräten sind nur früh morgens oder spät Abends zu benutzen. Es ist einfacher zu warm in der Garage. Die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr alt. In den Badezimmern sind die Fugen schwarz vom Schimmel. Löcher in den Fliegengittern der Fenster und Terrasse. Somit auch Fliegen und anderes Ungeziefer im Haus und im Poolbereich. Die Vermieter antworten nicht auf die Mängelhinweise und kommunizieren überhaupt nicht mit uns als Gäste. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und den Urlaub trotzdem genossen. Würde das Haus niemals mehr mieten.

Not Bad Overall

Overall the house was "ok" and mostly what we expected and we didn't have any MAJOR complaints. We've stayed at several properties in Florida and all have their ups and downs. Some of the house seemed a little dated or "bland" compared to others. The game room was ok, but most of the darts were broken and shooting from an entire side of the pool table was impossible due to the wall being too close. We also didn't like that the grill is stored in the garage, and to use it you have to drag it through the entire house, which requires moving the couch, and out the pool doors, so we decided to just not bother. (you also need to go fill the propane yourself if it is out, where other properties will ensure it's filled for you prior to your stay for a fee) The rooms were fine and the beds were comfortable. The location is great and very private which is exactly what we were looking for. A few complaints: The pool heat at this house compared to others was very weak, making it tough to swim later in the evening. The grill issue mentioned above Ants.....We know that Florida can be buggy, and we are 100% aware of everything we eat, leave out, etc. We could not have been more clean during our stay. However during our entire stay we were finding ants in the bathrooms, kitchen, some in one of the bedrooms and by the front door. We dealt with the issue while there because we did not want to have our stay interrupted by an exterminator, but it was frustrating.
