Este condominio Horizonte del Sur es perfecto para una pareja o familia! Situado a pocos pasos de las playas más hermosas del mundo, Horizon South ofrece 4 piscinas, pistas de tenis, sala de juegos, tableros de baraja, cancha de baloncesto, columpios, sala de fitness y completo de 18 hoyos en miniatura. ¡Y eso está todo en la comunidad! ¡Nunca te quedarás sin cosas que hacer aquí!

El apartamento en sí está muy bien decorada y impecable. Condo tiene espacio de vida espaciosa, usted tendrá un montón de espacio para toda su familia. Viene con una cocina completamente funcional y comedor son perfectos para la hora de la comida, y te espera para relajarse frente a la TV de pantalla plana en la habitación familiar después de un largo día en la playa. Este condominio cómodamente duerme 4 - 6 personas con una reina en el maestro, literas en el pasillo y un sofá seccional que podría dormir a dos personas. Sin embargo, con tanto que hacer en PCB, es posible que no dormir mucho!

Perfect family unit

The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool outside the unit was great for small children. The walk to the beach was safe and close. Would certainly rent again.

Perfect For A Quick Getaway

The location & the setup were perfect for our family of four. The specific location of the condo on the Horizon South property offers relatively easy beach access (across the street from the beach). If you have a lot of beach gear, plan to bring a wagon to help haul it all across the street. Pool was clean and surprisingly right out the front door. Neighbors were all quiet & respectful. Wouldn’t mind staying here again!

Perfect Stay

Everything exactly as listed in the description. There were no surprises. We truly enjoyed our stay. We weren't in the room often but for people that plan on doing so, just be prepared to bring your own coffee/filters, extra toiletries and such (wasn't a big deal for us but might you might be sad when you wake up to sit on the patio without your morning cup of joe).

We had the best time. The description of the condo is exact! Everything we needed and everything we had hoped for! A real short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Pier Park which we also loved! One of the pools is literally right outside our door. We never even used the other pools available. We had no issues. We will definitely be back next summer!! Kenny was awesome! We had several conversations before and during the stay. He replies almost immediately and keeps you updated! I have nothing but great things to say about this owner and condo!

There is a huge construction project to replace water lines going on in this resort. The owner of the condo did not include this information with the listen or after we booked. We arrived to a complete mess, Internet outages, constant noise to include at 6am in the morning, blocked roads and entrances and limited or no access to the beach as was described in the advertisement. The owner of the condo and the HOA management company blamed each other for the mess and provided no real solutions. Everyone staying for the week was irritated by the mess. The owner did not provide complete instructions for entering the report or the condo. On top of the mess and noise there are 20 something security guards who go around on golf carts asking at random for guests to show them the band you are required to wear everywhere while at the resort. Even if they’ve approached you once they approach you over and over to display your band. Maybe this is to be expected in a five star resort but this resort barely meets three stars. No one should have to spend their vacation in this mess. I’ve included a few pictures of the large trucks that go all day long and block parking and roads. I would never stay here again. I thought renters had to been informed of these types of situations.

Great location, short walk to the beach

The unit was a very short walk to the beach. & was overall clean- however it was very clear that their cleaners do not dust any of the decor or fixtures on the walls. This wouldn’t by any means stop us from staying there again, but they should probably look into a new cleaning service that pays more attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay. Heads up- the coffee pot requires cone filters, which were impossible to find during fall break. Had we known that in advance, we would’ve brought some from home. But we made regular filters work. We didn’t utilize the pools, or any of the complex amenities- so I cannot speak to that. Again- overall we were happy with our stay, and would consider staying here again.

I was in town for the SeaBreeze Jazz Festival. Location was fine.

Location was great. When renting the property a street name should be given. I initially arrived a darkness. I couldn’t locate the building. Address only gets you to the main gate. So I was frustrated initially so I had to call the property manager to guide me to the rental site. Also the next day when I went to my car I had a citation from the property security!!I didn’t have the hang tag for my car. I think the owners should provide their customer a free hang tag and at least 3-4 wrist bands. Each wrist band is an extra $10/person. Ridiculously expensive!! Yes I can see the need for both, but not for a fee!!

Nice place but...

The experience with the condo was fantastic. My only negative was that the dishwasher stunk....bad. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, I didn't like the fact that we had to buy the green bracelets at $20 each just to be in the "resort". The resort "police" were very rude and unwelcoming. We had a few issues with them while attending the pool. Other people who stayed in the condo units had these bracelets provided for them and when I brought that up the man in the office he told me that they were likely not valid bracelets. It was kind of annoying to have someone check your bracelet every hour. The room itself was very nice and we actually got to meet the people who were in charge of our room. They were extremely nice and helpful about places to eat in the area.

Our Winter Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year as snowbirds staying at Horizon South, for 3 months. Six years in the same unit. HS is very close to the beach. A 5 minute walk from our unit. Unit is very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Everything works. Just got a new 57” Roku TV, for the LR. Furniture is fairly new. In good shape. Although, the carpet needs to be changed. HS location is very convenient. Pier Park is less than two miles away. Traffic not as busy on Front Beach Road. March is busier because of spring breakers. Need the code to enter HS. Security has never been an issue. There is security in March, patrolling the property. Charging $40 for wrist bands, and $50 for parking is a bit much for snowbirds! I was told it pays for upkeep of property. Does the HOA fee pay for that? Overall, our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying there.

The only thing that did not work was the toaster and the light in the microwave, also if you plan on cooking you may want to get a cutting board. They will love all the amenities the property has to offer and proximity to the beach, not to mention all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. Just to name a few - snorkeling, water park, white sandy beaches, Pier Park, endless restaurants, shopping, state parks, and so much more!

One of the several pools is right out the front door. This pool is often quieter than the others so almost like your own private pool. This condo is one of the closest to the beach in all of Horizon South! Very easy walk to the beach.
