We enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice house. I do have a few suggestions. Trim the driveway bushes. They smack you in the face trying to walk to the sidewalk. It would be helpful to have some sort of instructions how to use the TV. Lastly, 3 of the 5 of us used CPAP's. No place to put them. Thanks again. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable The home was: roomy, well lit, comfortable decor, cozy beds, and pool table fun for a rainy day. ( so much to see annd do in Nashville ). Our host was welcoming, friendly and communicated promptly. We enjoyed much of what Nashville had to offer. The neighborhood, the lay of the land, and wonderful shopping along with homes that were architecturally interesting; was lovely to drive around. Thank you again to our host. One of the best getaways!

Awesome stay....highly recommend

Everything was justed as we had pictured. Hostess was amazing. We had driven 13 hours through the night, checkin not until 3pm. We arrived in town at 630ish, grabbed breakfast and toured around a bit to acclimate ourselves to the town. I realize that the housekeepers need time between families to clean, launder bedding and get things ready for the next visitors. She agreed to have the place ready for us by 1pm. These 2 hours meant alot to four older women who had been up since 5am the prior day. We arrived and everything was ready. Thank you for helping make our trip amazing.

Amazing Stay

This house was a perfect stay for our family! Only 20 minutes from Broadway and five minutes from Publix. It was a great location! Great communication from the host and very helpful and caring to make sure our stay was comfortable.

21st birthday trip!

The property was exactly what it looked like online. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. Megan, thr host, was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood was great, a 12-14 min. Uber to Broadway!

Great Nashville House

Such a great experience at the Greenhills House in Nashville. Clean, spacious, and wonderful furniture and a pool table to keep us entertained! Definitely worth a visit and staying here.

Football,Hockey and Music

Great property, close to everything. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Spent a couple of late nights playing cool which was great. We definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

Family wedding week Nashville

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful house! We were in town for a wedding, and we had plenty of room in this lovely house! Great set up, nice and open, comfortable beds, and Meghan was so helpful And responsive!! Lovely neighborhood for walking.

Great location and great accommodations

The location is a 10-15 drive into downtown Nashville. The neighborhood is nice but it’s also quiet. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Meghan, our host, was very responsive and helpful. It was very hot during our stay, 90 degrees and humid, but the house stayed nice and cool. The only recommendation I have is to provide a cookie sheet or baking dish. We like to cook and that is the only thing we lacked. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house short drive to everything

Large central areas for playing board games and loved the pool table. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room! Great beds and bedding, everything you need… short drive to everything! Very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s a safe neighborhood and quiet. The home is beautiful! The beds were so so comfortable. Downtown was about 15 mins away- Uber seemed to be cheaper than lyft. The pool table was fun to have!! The host is very responsive. The check in process was easy as well as the check out. It’s nice we didn’t have to worry about anything at check out, just taking trash out, didn’t have to strip beds like with usual rentals. Definitely recommend!

Nashville fashion trip

This was a good fit for our family. We could spread out and we really enjoyed the pool table. It was very clean, and close to where we needed to be. Would love to have had some kitchen essentials as we all like to cook. We've grown accustomed to that at other rentals. The host was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Would stay again.

When we bought our home, every detail was accounted for. Home is where the heart is, and there hasn't been a day spent here where life wasn't enjoyed to the fullest.
A home meant for memory making, waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and birds chirping. The sound of serenity in nature while enjoying the babbling creek behind our home while grilling out on the patio in the summer evenings. We love taking drives through the neighborhood and seeing the beautiful homes nearby, grabbing a quick bite at a trendy hot spot or sometimes a unique mom and pop spot for a little BBQ. Often, one of our favorite shows known as "Triple D" will showcase a neighborhood favorite. These hot spots are well worth the trip down the road!
Being so close to our high end shopping district is wonderful for our shop til you drop family members, as well as the local spas for the ultimate girl's retreat. During these times, our sports fans are off to the fun zones, hitting up Predator games or a soaking up the day checking out the music scene. Everyone can agree on the Bluebird.. espciaially if youre a fan of the show Nashville.. just to see what the buzz is about! Vanderbilt is minutes away as well!
We know you and friends or your family will love our unique home, as we do. Plenty of our traditions have been had here.. Granny's special pie, mom's home cookin.. you name it, we've enjoyed a lifetime of goodness here and cannot wait to hear about your stay in our beloved home. Welcome to Nashville!
